One of the most rude and probably can be ranked no 1 in the category for being rude. I forgot to put the tag in front of my cousins house and was there for an hour or so, meanwhile they towed the car away and charged around 400 bucks claiming around 90$ to be storage fee when the car literally wasn’t even there for an hour also. If your car gets toes in the evening, be prepared to wait for more than hour for someone to help you get your car back. The employee was not even budging or helpful when I asked if he could reduce the fine since I had the tag and forgot to put it in the car(showed him the tag as well). He literally kept doing the paperwork for 10 min being non responsive and it felt like I was talking to a wall. They didn’t allow me to inspect the car before I paid for the towing charges. (You have the right to check your car before paying as per the receipt they gave me). Even after paying the fine when I was checking the car in their premises, he asked me to “Get out” exactly in those words. Probably I would not have given 1 star if the employee was friendly or reciprocated for my queries or at least could respond in a better way that why he cannot reduce the fines than being compelstely unresponsive

I’m of two minds on this place. On one hand, they towed my car away in the middle of the night. On the other, they gave my car back without any damage after I gave them money. So I’m on the fence here.

I wish I could give negative. Extremely rude person who spoke bad and towed my vehicle right in front of my garage on a local street while we are packing stuff in the garage to move into the car. We were right there next to car packing. They just want to make quick buck during the pandemic. I respect everyone’s job, but this is extreme, towing cars right infront of people’s garages who are just loading/unloading.

Well, as far as the physical office itself, its very clean and the exterior is newly painted. The parking lot out front is newly paved, parking stalls are painted nicely and signage is clear with the name of the company easy to see.If you are requesting a tow, Im assuming they will get the job done quickly, hopefully as quick as they snatched up my friends car after he stopped by to visit for about 20 min.And if you happen to have had your vehicle towed in the middle of the night and you tried calling to find out where it is, the people answering the phone are NOT the towing company. They are a third party dispatch company and have no other info that will help get your vehicle back until the morning. Yelling at them wont help, so be nice to them.

May be opened 24 hours, but when I arrived there, no one was inside. Had to call and wait nearly an hour for them to arrive. The entire processing process is also quite long, took me around 20 to 30 mins to complete as well.On a side note. Do not act rude, theyll just place you last and take forever to get to you.

These guys are Predators who tow cars often without cause. Be prepared to pay $409 to get your vehicle out of their yard. Be prepared to deal with a rude, inconsiderate employee at their front counter with an attitude. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes after you get to their office and only if there is nobody in front of you. If there is a line it may be much longer. When you call to inquire how to retrieve your vehicle you get a very condescending operator who tells you to listen to the voicemail, however the voicemail only gives you the tow yard location. I asked 3 times how much to retrieve my vehicle and 3 times they transferred me to voicemail again... Listened to voicemail 6 times, still no answers to how much. Sign posted states ask for pictures of your vehicle yet when you ask for pictures they deny your request. Overall a shady, dishonest organization with a high lack of integrity..... Be careful, picture document everything, record your conversations with them and above all use extreme caution around Morris and Sons..... You have been warned!

This company is predatory, they take advantage of people and abuse how much they charge within one hour of towing your vehicle they make you wait 40 mins to 2 hours and the people who answer are rude. Use another toy company if needed, this company doesn’t deserve your business.

Funny that I am giving at least 2-stars to the company that towed my brand new merc from my communitys assigned parking spot and billed me $300+ and $90 for the storage fee when I called them couple of minutes after my car was towed. These stars are only for keeping the car scratch-less in between a pile of junk cars and the checkout process being smooth and professional.Looks like you are collaborating with these communities to rob off peoples hard earned money. Towing a car from assigned parking spot for not having a sticker without any complaints from anyone is atrocious and unacceptable. These rules should generally apply for unassigned parking spots, not the assigned ones. People laugh when I say about such rules.

Extremely rude people... spoke with Maria who just hung up on me. She said “well, I’m Not sending a driver out to you,” after paying $75 monthly for parking. Partnered with some app called “Reliant Parking,” seems like nothing is being coordinated well...A non-handicapped vehicle is STILL currently parked in a handicapped spot, and absolutely Nothing has been done to resolve this.Horrible. Would rate 0 stars if possible... I’m still in shock that People could be so rude...I was very patient and desperately need this car towed as my husband is handicapped.Please do yourself a favor and listen to the other reviews on this company because there is a REASON people are being so vocally upset.Completely unacceptable to hang up on a customer in that manner. The owner was helpful. He sent someone there to assist us. Towing a car isnt fun to having to pay so much money, but the car was towed and the owner worked with my bf and I. My apartments have strict parking rules, and the visitor pass had expired not even 2 hours when we noticed the car was towed. Overall the communication was easy..i see a lot of bad reviews but there are rules and regulations that musy be followed

No one is happy when a car gets towed, but the service to pick it up was great. Even later on the evening on Saturday staff were pleasant and professional. Getting you car towed and put in a lot is never fun. But that isnt the fault of the tow company. These guys were able to make it as painless as possible to get the car back.Id advise against getting your car towed. But if it gets towed by Morris and sons it wont be painful to pick up.

Their goal seems Just focus on Money and not focus on their responsibility.Recently there is a new rule in my apartment which required each car needs to be attached a sticker.Leasing office just send emails which I missed since my mom suffer Alzheimers and normally I am very busy, almost have no time to check email box.Yesterday early morning, I found my car is missing in my parking space and thought my car is stolen by someone. Then I went to car rental office, then go to Police station where I got notice it is towed by Morris & Sons.then I went to leasing office but didnt get any help, then return back rental car with $60, and get back my car with $280 from Morris & Sons.In my opinion, they should leave a warning note on my car since they do know there is a new rule in the apartment, it is possible some residents didnt notice the new rule.

In the middle of the transaction one person goes and next one comes in. I asked if they charged my credit card. He immediately starts shouting. You are insulting my intelligence. Well I dont have a car now cause they towed my car 2x in one week from my apt complex. The guy I spoke to today did offer to only charge me $255 so that was cool cause he could have charged me more but since I already gave them all the extra cash I had it really doesnt do much good. Lets be honest, people dont like their cars to be towed away but it isnt the fault of the towing company in most cases. There was a misunderstanding about parking at my apartment and a guest of mine had a car towed. These guys were pleasant, they treated the car with care, and were quite professional. It sucks when you get towed but dont take it out on the towing company and if they made a mistake then work with them to get it corrected.

This company has unprofessional individuals working for them. The only discussion they are able to engage is how much is it going to cost you. Now this company seems to be in secret deal with the Crescent Village apartment complex where they sweep through the garages at night so they can make the money. They towed out handicap parked car which had a sticker but not visible.Warning would be nice.

Do not trust them when they say u can pay $100 to drop the vehicle and u can go get ur payment. Then they say its because its not on property when several witnesses stated they are still on property. Then they said they record it but wont review it until several days later. They will tow anyways to make more money ($405). Looking to file complaint for unethical practices

The people working here are extremely rude.

They towed my vehicle (or should I say stole) from a residential neighborhood street where I had my car registered under guest parking.Their lot is a mile from my home and my car was there for less than half an hour, but they obviously want to make a quick buck after wrongfully towing my vehicle and charged me $305 for towing and a full day of storage.The employees are completely unknowledgeable and rude. When I tried to ask about the pricing that they had listed on their wall the employee started repeatedly shouting check 22658. I doubt any of the employees have ever read law section 22658. Its honestly laughable how they seem unable to even answer basic questions about their own companys policies and pricing and are trained to dodge questions by chanting 22658.Also it should be noted that they were never given authorization from my communitys property management to tow guest parking vehicles without at least hours notice.

The whole thing is a friggin racket!!!

They dont even deserve one star. The property manager had one of our contractors towed by accident because he didnt check to see that he was gettin a employee towed. When my employee arrived to pick up the work van he discovered that the wheel was completely off of the vehicle rim and everything the only thing the driver offered who is to take it to a shop but did not care that he stopped production for the day and that my company was literally losing on thousands when I called to see if I could speak to a manager the disgustingly rude dispatchers answered my call and made this experience from bad to absolutely horrifying I dont know where they hired these women but they do not belong behind a phone dealing with customers they do not care one bit they are rude unprofessional and have no sense of customer service. Came back to my car after 90min, (getting groceries and dinner, both places served by the lot in which I was parked) to find them towing my car. Told them to put it back down, and they demanded a $100 drop fee, cash only.Only after I got the manager from Safeway to come over, did they unhook me. They are supposed to ask all the stores to alert the customers that a car will be towed, which they did not. They were essentially stealing cars from the lot. Shady and horrible!

The people work here are bunch of looser and their family should be ashamed of having them in this society. They towed my car on Dec 30th ( Holiday Season ) from safeway parking lot while I was shopping at safeway. At 10PM in night when parking lot was empty.My $10 cookie purchase became, $10 + $400.I hope someone shuts down this business and makes them pay for doing this to people

In the rush of shopping and having roamed the parking lot for 1 hr, i found a car backing out of what looked like a valid parking spot. Due to frustration ended up parking in the spot that just got vacant. I still had a doubt about the spot. When i came back car was gone and ended up with a bill for 405$. Such cheats. charged for keeping car for 30mins. PUT A SIGN saying it is not a parking spot. It had enough space for car like a regular spot. Had my truck towed. Truck wasnt worth picking up and paying for so I asked if I can sign and give it up. They said I didnt have to come in to do so since the 15 day window to do so passed, that it belongs to them now. I called on them 16th day. I was out of the country. A month later I get letter from collections saying I owe 3,600 dollars to the tow company. I diffentely got scammed and basically stolen from. Morris & Sons are thieves...

Very very Rude people. I was in my apartment and i saw someone trying to open my car’s door and. When I approached the guy he said is this you car, i said yes and he aksed mebfor keys which were at home andbi didnt want to go home because i was afraid that hes gonna tow away my car. Being a retired senior citizen and permanently disabled, I was unable to secure my vehicle until 06/30/2014. The fees totaled $755.00, two-third of my pension. My vehicle, yet under warranty, was damaged during the tow.Because of this tow companys association with West Apartments and Regency Plaza, my husband and I are suffering life-threatening personal injuries, homelessness, loss of employment, defamation of character(s), and respiratory illnesses due to environmental conditions.Our vehicle (2007 Acura TL) was totaled [hit-and-runs; vandalism(s)] which has delayed our progress in further educational goals and small business venture(s). We have yet to complete medical follow-ups and pending insurance claims.Where is law enforcement in Santa Clara County, Attorney General Kamala D. Harris, when you really need them?

I left my prius in a santa clara county VTA lot. there were no obvious signs telling me that VTA passengers were no longer allowed to park there. they illegally towed my car and want me to pay $250i am planning on suing them in small claims court for the illegal tow

Very rude staff. Already on to charge you more. We visited there to pick our Van around 11PM. They said that their guy will come in 10mins to handle our car, but that guy made sure that he reaches there after 12am(i.e next day) so that we have to pay next day charge also.
