Friendly and helpful. Most things are in stock and at good prices. They fixed a pool robot for me once and it lasted 5 more years.

Prices at stores differ. I drove to this store as he had the last Polaris 380 in stock and the closer stores tried selling me the new model which cost more. All they had to do was reach out on their system to get this discontinued model. Service could be friendlier and staff turn over is very high with poor training.

Ok, I have tried many times to give 5 stars; but theres is always something that they should have and is either out or out of service 🤔 example water pool testing.

Theyre always very proficient they tested my water gave me a printout gave me suggestions on her pool problem I was having with staining. Im generally very pleased with their service and would recommend it.
