Very poor customer service!Have been a loyal customer for years and and the last 2 years have just become unacceptable! No return phone calls. Running 1.1 and 7.2 but paying for 50! When a company cant take the time to call you back or answer their phones its time to say GOOD BYE! And when they do finally call you back its another excuse or condescending. Its just sad!
Great provider and family owned company! Been with them since the beginning. Have tried others before and have only been treated like a client, here they treat you like family. Highly recommend!
Well, the internet works for what you pay for. 25 MBPS, but it only works when it wants too. Some of the worst support out there, The internet has now been out for the past 3 hours and counting. Nothing from anybody, no email, no nothing. We will be switching soon because of all these outages. They say they happen not often, but there has been atleast 4 within the past month, all lasting hours. If you want an unreliable connection to your friends, than Airfiber is for you.
Our internet has been on and off for weeks now. I finally called over the weekend. Received a call from a tech this morning who was overly rude telling me someone at the house was using internet as they could see it. Amazing that right as he called our phones, etc connected. He would not let me get a word in at all, kept talking over me. He claimed they have not had any outages, yet I had emails last week acknowledging internet problems. Needless to say, I told him nevermind, hung up and called another provider.
Phone numbers don’t work, 3 days in a row my internets gone out for upward of 30 minuets while I’m in the middle of working from home. Probably will be switching providers before they cause me to lose my job. Thought it was a good switch from century link but was wrong
Best internet in desert hills/new river. Install tech was very professional, 1 online school, 1 working from home and 2 xbox all together w streaming tv... never a glitch. 3 years and maybe 3 very temporary loss of internet episodes. Maybe 3. If your location is within service area- cant be beat. Highly recommend
I have been with AirFiber for over a year now. It’s not the cheapest, but was the best you could get in our area New River. The last couple months their service has been HORRIBLE! They don’t answer the phone, they don’t return phone calls, we loose service many many times per day! We are paying for a service that is SUPER spotty. My son is supposed to do online school, but can’t stay in a zoom meeting because our connection will go down. Obviously they don’t care or they would return phone calls. I’ve left over 10 messages, not one returned.
These guys are the best. I live in the middle of no where so our internet options are limited. Tried century Link and it was awful! The guys at Airfiber are always willing to come by my house and check my internet. They gave me some great service and advice on how to maximize my speed. They are even willing to help me set up systems that aren’t theirs. I bought WiFi’s extenders and they said they would help if I needed it. And they are very friendly and even remember my dogs name. Thanks guys for being the best
Had Centurylink and they were charging me wayyyyy to much! Speed wasnt as promised. I just had AirFiber installed last week and the speed seems to be very stable! As advertised!! An increase of 20% over Centurylink! Sure hope AirFiber is around for a Long time to come. I will remain their customer for sure!
I recommend them highly. I have them for over a year now and i got the 25 MB for$54 two of us easily stream movies at the same time. Quite a few switched over that i recommended to. Mention my name i would get a free month
We have been customers now for over two years and are very happy with the service. We had some issues with the speed previously and they came out and fixed our issues.
Not bad. Better than Centurylink. Speed is hit and miss.

The internet is always running ridiculously slow way worse than CenturyLink
Paul came by and took a look at our set up. It turns out that our router is notorious for having problems with air fiber wisp. We changed some settings, so far so good. Hoping that the problem does not come back. Great Customer Service.

I’ve had the worst experiences with AirFiber, got the middle package because I was told that was plenty for a household with few people and nothing ever loads, I always have to turn my WiFi off soI can load stuff on my phone, movies are hard to stream, I can’t connect to friends on Xbox. It’s absolutely terrible. I wish there was a negative number of stars option to leave a -7 review.

Superior internet service vs other options (centurylink or satellite). No contracts and great streaming with the 25Mbps middle plan. My kids love that they can stream their stuff.

I live in a semi-rural area and this was a great option for getting Internet services into my home. Really fast connection - much faster than the only other option I had, which was CenturyLink. The only reason I dont give it a 5-star rating is because I notice that several times a day the service goes down. Not for a long period of time; usually lasting just a few minutes. But for someone that makes a living working from home, those few minutes can be frustrating. Also, the company sounds like a mom-and-pop type of operation. When someone answers the phone when you call them it sounds like they are talking from inside of their house; certainly not a help desk type of call service. If someone doesnt answer the voicemail message sounds like it was recorded on an 80s style answering machine by someone in their house. Makes me a little worried about the long-term viability of the operation. But as long as they are in business Im happy because of the fast service.
The only ISP that matters in New River. Finally I can stream and watch live tv.
