Scott was very responsive leading up to the event, and helped me decide which rental to get. The employees who handled delivery and pick up were great. We rented the giant inflatable slide and it was a HIT with both adults and kids!

I loved my experience with Astro jump! Scott was so polite and excited to help me make my son’s birthday special. There’s an awesome selection of bounces of all kinds for a great price. When bounce house was being set up there was communication prior to arriving to avoid any obstacles and Covid rules were enforced when installed. I highly recommend Astro jump !

I cant say enough about Scott and Chris! They arrived on time, supplied the hoses, a cushion for the splash pool so the little ones didnt hurt there bumms! Ive been using them for 16 years now... Nikos 16th birthday Splash, was the best one yet!

We rented the 18 tall water slide for our sons 8th birthday last week. It was absolutely perfect and just what we were looking for coming out of a year of Covid shut-downs. He was so excited to have an actual birthday party this year. The folks at Astro Jump were great... professional, on-time and reasonably priced. This is the 4th or 5th party weve hosted that theyve provided rentals for, and well be back again!

Last year we rented the toxic waterslide for 4th of july we would definitely do it again i highly recommend this company they are a very good company and they gave me a very good deal and reasonable price

This is my third time with Astro Jump San Jose for my sons birthday party - they are great! Each time I look around for options...and I always come back to Astro Jump. They have the best selection, the best prices, no extra fees for distance, responsive, and reliable...for my sons recent 8th birthday party, the driver arrived early for set-up, got the slide up quickly, and was very friendly. I definitely recommend going with Astro Jump San Jose. Several enthusiastic thumbs up!

Astro Jump definitely deserves 5 Stars! From the moment I called to make a reservation to the end of the party when they came to pick up the water slide, we had nothing but a great experience! It’s nice to deal with professionals that know what they are doing and are courteous to their customers. Our kids and guests had a blast on the water slide and enjoyed their snow cones. If I ever need to rent a water slide or a bounce house or a snow cone machine, I would for sure contact Astro Jump.

I was told to look for a waterslide very last minute and what normally would have been a very difficult process Scott made it easy. He talked me through the process of everything let me get all the details in order and helped me pick out the perfect slide for the event. Scott is very professional and responds quickly, I would definitely recommend this place.

Castle was good quality but was not staked to the ground on a windy day on a hill so it moved a foot every 10 min.The air pump was noisy as and the grill that protects the inlet was the perfect size for kids fingers to get chopped off.It’s probs more of a 1 or two star but that’s just not like me to do.

Scott was easy to work with VERY professional and responsive!! I appreciate the took time to do extras!! They put a mat under bottom of slide and provide a astro turf so my yard did take too much of hit (mud puddle). We have had this water slide before from and another company and did not get this extras. Their care to detail shows. Chris and Scott did and EXCELLENT job!!

I truly cant express just how terrific our experience was this past week with AstroJump of San Jose. The service we received from both Scott and Chris during the initial booking process as well as through setup and take down was truly outstanding. A few days prior to our event I received a call from Scott letting me know that the inflatable we had rented had been damaged at another event. Scott quickly made a suggestion for an alternate and we never would have known the difference. Both Scott and Chris were SO kind and professional. We would not only recommend that others rent from them but WE already have them scheduled ourselves for another event next month! THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything AstroJump!!!

They showed up on time, with correct jump house, it was clean and worked great. They showed up after party was over and were very polite, couldnt ask for better service.

This Is a great company to work with. We have rent with them for over year. They are Always on time and will fix any issue with their equipment, or give you a free rental.

Poor quality, jump houses smell like mildew.Friends rented one a couple weeks ago for kids party and the inflatable made the whole yard smell like mildew. Would not recommend.
