Excellent service and super responsive to questions by email. Made the whole process easy and enjoyable, well worth the money. Kids loved the bouncy house. Highly recommend and would order from them again!

I always order from iJump. Its easy because it’s done all online. They email to confirm and on the day of the event they call when they are 30 mins away. Set up is a breeze and so is take away. They do call ahead too to pick up. Always friendly and respectable. You get what you give so I offer a glass of water and tip them for their service.

Great bouncy house. The person who delivered it was on time and did a great job sanitizing the house. It was easy to reserve the house my kids wanted.

2 stars. Why? At least I received a courtesy call - but, the person was far from courteous. I booked online and was called the day after to let me know the blow up was not available (why did it show as available on your website?) ... nonetheless, I am very understanding and said that it was fine to delay our order by a day, when they said the blow up would be available... just push our scheduled time to the next day and we would be good to go. However, in order to do that, I was told I had to reduce my reservation time by one day (yet! still pay the same amount).... While I explained that I should at least get the same time frame w/ the blow up, this seemed confusing to the person at ijump, who argued with me about how that reservation time wasnt even possible (it was a 3 day period... and was fully accepted, confirmed and paid for on their website).I will have some disappointed kids... but, Ill make that up to them. Instead, Im going to pay top dollar with ijumps competitor for an amazing jumper with great customer service. ijumps prices are cheap... but, dont be deceived, their service is just as cheap!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ill never recommend this place or be a return customer... I have 3 kids and manage large events for a silicon valley company. You have lost a lot of potential business with your awful attitude.UPDATE: I WENT TO A COMPETITOR: GOLDEN JUMPERS! I HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! :) GO TO GOLDEN JUMPERS!! I had a huge bash for my daughters 10th birthday, we ordered the popcorn and snow cone machine. They were absolute hit! The kids LOVED it and utilized both machines the whole time. They dropped the both off super early which was great cause we had to find power for them both, and pick up the next day at no additional charge what so ever. They offer range of drop off and pick up options, yes some options can cost a little extra, but hey.. they are a business and thats how they make money, plus they make it as covenant, and accommodation for you as possible with the times. They sent confirmation email and follow up calls to insure that you are not getting scammed, which is super nice with how easy it is to be scammed now a day. The only thing that could of been better is the amount of supplies that you pay for with the machines. I think their should be more bags and a bigger variety of snow cone flavors. I had a party of about 50 people. So if you have a small party then the amount of supplies they bring would be perfect. However.. all of those things are easily obtainable a Party City, just plan accordingly. Thanks or making my daughters party a huge success. (The snow cone machine is a HUGE hit amongst the kids!!)

I’m very pleased with how our recent family gathering went. Thanks to the iJump 7 in 1 Combos all of the children had a marvelous time. With the kids amused the parents were able to relax and have a little fun as well. The shades and sturdy table and chairs really helped in that department. The chairs were able to comfortably bear the few pounds that Uncle Charlie added over his vacation. The workers that set up the equipment that we rented were courteous and efficient. We will certainly use iJump again for our next gathering!

Well, i must say i was very pleased. My son and all the kids loved the jumper. The person that delivered and set up was very nice and very professional. Set up was extremely fast, and the jumper was very clean and well maintained. And it was exactly what we were looking for. The people that came to tear down and pickup were also nice and professional. Overall this was a great experience. Very happy and will absolutely use ijump the next time we need a jumper.

I got a castle jumper from Moe and it was a pleasant experience. The best part was the jumper was clean! Ive rented many bounce houses in the past that were awful. Overall my kids had a great time and they even thank me for my business when they left. Ill give them a call next time again
