I haven’t gotten my nails done in a while and honestly I had no pain from my experience and Vickie makes sure to get each nail right. I got acrylics almond shaped white tips and I kept getting compliments. Vickie made my visit pleasant as if I was passing time and all that good stuff (-: good times

I give them a 4 on cleanliness but a 2 on pedicures and a 3 on acrylic sets for an average score of 3 stars ... details below.The work stations and floor were clean, however when she grabbed the bowls from the cupboard they still had the liquid you use with acrylic powder still in it. So it hadnt been sterilized from the previous customer, and she added more blue liquid to the same cup.My pedicure was minimal soak.. lightly scrubbed with pumice stone and nail are unevenly painted. They are noticeably different shades of the color I chose.My acrylic set is crooked and thick. It kinda looks like I broke my pinky finger. Also the flower I asked for looks more like the Nickelodeon splat then the tulip I showed as inspiration.

Worst place ever! I dont think the lady could see, even though she wore glasses. I asked for full set. She didnt know what french tips were or what coffin shape was either. Super slow. After 2 hours and 10 minutes, she finally finished applying the acrylic, but it was lumpy and missing in some spots. I showed another customer my nails and she was shocked at the mess on my nails. I told her to stop there, and she had nerve to try and charge me $55 for half done terrible nails. I paid $25 and went next door to Sallys and bought the stuff to finish them myself. I honestly dont know how she passed state board. She obviously had no idea what she was doing.

Ive been here 5 or 6 times and think that Tami does a lovely job. Ive only had pedis and havent had any bad experiences. Its true that the chairs are a bit old and uncomfortable but they give me a pillow. Most nail salon chairs are uncomfortable for me. The one thing I find annoying is when Vicki the owner, carries on loudly in Vietnamese and paces the shop. But sometimes customers are very loud too! Then its hard to relax. But overall it is an adequate shop and I return regularly.

This is the absolute Worst nail shop I’ve ever been to in my life. I went in to get a gel manicure, the lady took almost 2 hours to do them :-/ & then filed my real nails super thin. When she was done my gel polish looked super WRINKLED. I kindly told her to please take off the polish. Since it looked like I did them myself. The Manager then tells me she will fix my nails but I have to come back Tomorrow because she has a “Date”. Mind you they kept my money cause I was supposed to come back the next day. When I came back my nails were brittle, sore & filed very thin I just got my money back. Oh and make sure your ready for a concert when you go there. The manager got on a mic and started singing. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. prices are super high. Ghetto. Old equipment. stay away at all cost 🙏🏾 I hope I was able to help someone out! I wish I would have read the reviews before going.

Came in for a pedicure. The lady didn’t even file my nails & & she seemed like she was rushing. By far the worse looking pedicure ever.

The owner is awesome! Shes a bit pricey but she takes her time and actually talks to you. So friendly and gentle on your hands.

Worst experience I ever had. Most of my nails broke off within 3 days. Ive never had that happen to me before. Also the shape was horribly done. I basically threw $50 in the trash for some basic nails.

Fixed up my nails so good. I asked for like 6 coats of glitter and she added as much as i asked for. I had a really bad experience with a previous manicure at a different shop. They were all different shapes and looked horrifyingly bad my nails underneath were in bad shape too. Vicky took them all off and redid my mani. :)

I went here last minute cause I had time to kill. Their prices are really decent for being in the Bay Area! I got a gel manicure for only $20! The ladies were really nice but seemed rushed towards the end cause it started to get busy. I was hesitant because of the bad reviews but I gave it a shot and will probably come back here again!

One star because bathroom was clean. OVERPRICED ($40 for a refill/trim /gel polish), empty, old equipment and furniture, nails were horrible: too thick for short nails, shaped ugly, gel polish started wrinkling same night, got cut twice... And they made me pay upfront, wow.. NEVER AGAIN..

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The worst nail place EVER!! Customer service was HORRIBLE!! My nails were so terrible that I had to go to the target nearby, purchase nail polish remover and nail polishes to re-do my nails MYSELF! Theyve mustve had people walk out before without paying because I had to pay before my nails were done! The acrylic was bumpy, uneven, all over my skin and when i pointed them out she kept saying she was going to file it down! Do yourself a favor, save your money and go somewhere where they appreciate you and know what theyre doing!

This was the worst experience. This place is very unprofessional, as you walk in everything is nice and clean,modern equipment. However it was empty, I mentioned how empty it was to the lady who was helping (acted as boss and translator) me “she said oh we busy earlier” ok. Ok so she starts on my hand, I’m looking it hurts when she try’s to take off a nail that does not need to be taken off. I actually went ouch. Customers are steadily coming in she’s tell everyone 8 O’clock. Now she using a drill my finger nail is burning and as I’m writing this it still burning. The lady boss puts the oil on after drilling till my nail is paper thin she tells me to go wash my hands . After I come from washing my hands she in back waxing a ladies underarm, the reason I know right before I went to bathroom this lady came in off street ask for a wax for underarms. Now I’m just sitting there waiting oh I hadn’t even started my pedicure, I’m waiting and waiting another lady and I start up a conversation and the only reason she was there is her shop was over booked. I took pictures and showed customers they were in agreement that it was a bad job or a bad rush job, at this point I decided to just pay for work that was so disgusting rather then argue over the lack of service and professionalism. The cost $25.00IF I HAD OF REVIEWED BEFORE SERVICE I WOULD NOT GONE IN. This place should shut down clearly the lack of professionalism and knowledge of nails and customer service is strongly lacking.
