The first picture is what I asked for and was told they could do. The next pictures is what I got. I went in at 9:40am and didnt get out until 12:15pm & only because I stopped it. And for $80!? I just wanted to get out at that point. Not only did she cut me & not apologize but let me bleed on her and didnt go wash her hands (very unsanitary for her and others). The nail tech was a bit rude & left my nails bubbly and inflated. I thought french tip was a basic design...Really didnt want to seem rude myself so I just paid and left but I wont be back...Should of asked for them to take them off. I mean just look at photos Im still crying about how bad they came out!!

Love there quality of nails. And fair prices. I dont go any were else unless its an emergency n there full.

Valley Nail Care & Spa is the only spot I trust to do my nails in Evergreen, probably even all of San Jose. I never leave reviews but I had to for this place! The workers here are so sweet and always accomodate me whether I make an appointment or walk-in. They’re pretty affordable and I always have good quality nails with no chips or breaks.

Pre covid...This place has always been clean! And very busy!!!!Post covid...They are still very clean, sanitize as soon as they are done servicing you. Every customer is 6ft apart or more. Their service is still great and up to date!

I have been a loyal customer with Jenny, she has always worked with my busy schedule and I would highly recommended her and her friendly staff. I know how busy she may get but we always work together on our schedule. I receive many compliments on my nails and always feel happy to hear the compliments 😙 thank you Valley Nails and Spa you are awesome! My 5 year old loves getting her pedi done by her favorite person and that always brings my daughter and big smile, we need to appreciate all their hard work that they do everyday to always please the customer. Great work on spa service. I would have given 5 stars, but they sure try to get you to buy all the extras! They ask you over and over if you want to do the extras like a used car salesman.

First of all if I could rate this place negative stars I would, but 1 is the least I can rate. I had called yesterday (2/18) to book and appointment for this morning (2/19) at 10am, since I had plans for the afternoon. I arrived to the Nail spa and I am was asked if I had an appt, to which I replied 10am. She asked me to pick a color, and thats what I was doing. Shortly after another lady asked if I had an appointment, and she tells me I am not on the schedule. I was confused because I had originally called and the first lady that helped me did not state I was not on the schedule. The second lady was extremely rude to me, and I was simply trying to explain I had my appointment at 10. She was very defensive and stated she was the one that spoke to me and even goes to say I said I would call back. Not once did I say that over the phone. I was not rude to her in any way, and she just made me feel like an idiot. I simply thanked her and walked out. I sat in my car looking for other places, and she comes to me and states that she made a mistake. That it was her sister who had spoken to me, and she was inside waiting. I simply said No, and left. After being treated that way, what makes you think I will go back in and get service from a place that treats customers that way??? I will take my money elsewhere.

They said a fill would be $25 but it added up to $33 just because of the glitter nail polish that they use on my ring finger and thumb. They never told this ahead of time. Most nail polish shop never charge for this . Worse place to go. Because fake hidden price
