I’ve been going here for over 6yrs. Quality has gone down and prices have definitely gone up. I was charged 60 for a fill and a repair of one nail. To make matters worse it’s only been a week and three of my nails have cracked on top (acrylic). I have never had this problem. Maybe the powder is low quality. Anyway I will find a different place since I was nickel and dimed and it didn’t even last a week.

I absolutely love getting my nails done here. Clean, professional and everyone is so nice. Amy always does an amazing job on my nails. Never disappointed.

That last couple of times getting a pedicure at Perfect 10 Nails Ive been cut. I will NOT be getting them done there again. This was caused by Kayla, while I understand accidents happen, my toe was still bleeding 25 minutes later. Kayla kept putting drops to try to stop the bleeding and when it didnt stop, she painted toe, dabbing the blood, using her tool to dab it and put tool back!!! It should be tossed!!

First time getting my nails done here, I havent gotten my nails done in months due to me extensively trying to find a place that fit my standards. I arrived at opening and they sat us immediately. The nail technician I got was Holly and she did a tremendous job on my nails! They came out perfectly and she didnt cut me with the filing machine which is one of my biggest pet peeves. She was very gentle and careful with my nails. Will definitely be returning again.

The place is very nice and clean I recommend calling for an appointment otherwise you will lose all day. I put only 3 stars because although there are many women working, they still do not organize well to finish a quick job. I had an appointment for manicure and pedicure with gel I asked them if it was possible to have them at the same time but they had waiting around 45 minutes to get my manicure after I had my pedicure.adding the waiting time for me to attend. I lost most of my afternoon just waiting after calling and explaining what I wanted (manicure and pedicure at the same time)

Lan did an absolutely amazing job. She matched a nail design I found online and they came out even better than the picture. So thrilled. Cant wait to go back in a couple weeks and see what else she can do.

Ill let you be the judge, and this place is huge and awesome, there is a 14 chairs for manicures and nails and theres 14 chairs for pedicures so theres a lot of people working there which is nice. My pedicure I dont feel looks very nice but my nails are exactly what I was hoping for. A girl at work recommended that I go there its far from my house but for the nails its definitely worth driving across town for, the next time maybe I could get a different person to do my nails or just go to a different place because all my toenails are the different shapes you could see the polish that she left on my toenails from the previous pedicure my cuticles dont look clean and maybe there will be a better outcome. I have had a Great Experience with Perfect 10. I always ask for Rose for my pedi and recently now ask for Thao for my gel dip nails 💅. Eveey other place my i have gone was a good at first.But Now, I am faithful to Perfect 10 and their outstanding work.

My nails didnt come out exactly how I wanted them, but they came out great. And honestly the technicians kindness compensated for it.

I got my nails done here last week Wednesday 10/7 and it’s now Friday 10/16. My nails look like they need a fill already and one nail looks as though it’s about to pop off already. Not impressed!Also, I called and asked for an appointment after 1 PM. The man on the phone first said 2:45 PM but then later said 3 PM was better to which I said ok we’ll be in at 3. So I show up at 3and the woman told me that the appointment was 2:45. So definitely not a lot communication.

I absolutely love the workers there. Dave explanations on which colors look best. Seriously friendly even though they were scheduled the shutdown due to the coronavirus epidemic the next day. So glad I made them before their shop close it was my first visit there they did an excellent job on my nails. A lady named Megan did my feet and a lady named and did my nails. Absolutely wonderful wonderful people.

Great for nail sets, pricey and do come if you have time, don’t come when you’re rushed because they start rushing. I came here with my sister and we both got pedicures but unfortunately they never seemed to trim the ingrown nails we had, they just “ filed it down “ but didn’t cut or even seem to trim it a bit, everyday for 4 days we would be walking and our toes would hurt, we checked and saw a white ball next to our toe. We had puss And a mixture of dead blood and blood, we had to go to target to get a nail trimmer for the sides and trim it down before it caused any more bacteria on our toes. Honestly nail sets they’re good but pedicures not so much.

This place is awesome. I went there on a whim before work and needed to get in and out quickly. Kelly was awesome. She did a really good job really fast and I was in and out with an acrylic fill with gel in about 45 minutes. I will be going back there again. I live in Morgan Hill but work in San Jose so this is a really good place for me to find a happy medium

First time here HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I shouldn’t have to wait for someone to start my nails after taking them off she goes takes a walk in then I Wait for someone to finish what she started second person helped someone else after I sit here look around to wait for someone to start my nails then guy tells me oh she’s almost done I should not have to wait for someone to start my nails when it should’ve been started n finished by first person shouldn’t take 3 people to start and NIT finish the job

When I got here I had an appointment that I had to wait probably 30 minutes for. I had planned to come in and spend probably 80~ dollars on their manicure and pedicure packages. After I started being helped the woman who was doing my nails, I was offered gel. I turned them down and said I just want regular. I was offered gel at least 10 more times while I was there, and was pretty irritated by the pushiness of the staff. The guy running it and the woman helping me continuously pushed for me to get gel. The woman helping me also had an attitude, I’m guessing because she assumed I was cheap for not getting gel. It was almost enough to have me not spend all my money and just leave with the basic pedicure and manicure, just out of annoyance. It had been a long week though and I really needed he extra TLC so after a while I let her know I was buying the more expensive packages. Of course her tune changed real fast after she realized I was going to spend more. I won’t be returning even though they did a good job because I don’t want to be harassed and then given attitude just for not getting gel.

My daughter and I went for pedicures. The women wiped excess polish on our legs - we had to remove some that was missed at home. The hot stone massage was really hot stones warming their hands and not applied to our legs.To top it off, when we removed the polish we discovered we now have a toe nail fungus (our nails are black).This was not a pleasant experience.

After much mess up I regret to say I wont be back. Again, Ive Come to this nail salon for almost 4 years but lately my nails always pop off for break off and although I get them thin I havent gotten the more thin that I previously have. I dont do anything that would require my nails to break in the process so I dont understand why I have to keep coming back to get them fixed my last straw was when I asked to come in to get it fixed I was told I would get a callback for a good time to come in and I was never called. Customer service is everything especially when there so many nail salons but Im sure theyre busy so they wont miss the extra money coming in

My mom and I came here yesterday, and both of us got a gel manicure pedicure. How did everything almost total to $200...? We are also extremely generous tippers, so we ended up spending close to 260.Needless to say, this place is expensive, and they push you to get the more expensive services....hard. Much more than any other of the nail spas Ive been to. The work here is also the same if not, actually slightly less quality than the others. Two of my moms toes already starting peeling no more than two hours after. She refuses to come back to get it fixed, again, out of apprehension that the nail technicians will just try to sell her more services.Usually, its a plus if the nail technicians can converse with us in Vietnamese and grant us more respect, instead, they found it as an opportunity to try to sell us every single nail service upgrade.Money is actually not the issue here, however. My mom and I are both willing to spend that kind of money if a nail spa is top-of-the line. However, despite its name, this place is nothing special or glamorous.Ill be sticking to my usual spots - they do more elaborate designs for half the price.You definitely do NOT get what you pay for here.I wont be returning. I like to relax while Im getting my nails done, not be constantly sold services to.A word of advice to the owners, please respect your customers opinions, otherwise, youll really scare them away and make them really uncomfortable. The selling tactics would work better at a car dealership or auto body shop, not a nail spa where people are supposed to feel relaxed, not pressured or stressed out.

Found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try because of all the good reviews. I called to make an appointment for the same day and they were able to give me an appointment the time I wanted for a refill. As soon as I walked in and told the guy my name, he sat me down on a chair. I got a girl name Cindy, she asked what I wanted and told me the price. Cindy took around 30 min for my refill and made sure I was happy with the results.Place was clean and the staff seemed to be friendly. They were all talking English and having q conversation with the people they were working on. They have a lot of color variations, which most places dont.

Some people are really nice and good, i did the express manicure for $14 and was very satisfied. but my friend got gel nails and it wasnt the best. we still like how clean and inexpensive this place is!

All the technicians are incredibly talented and the management is great at giving you the best technicians for what you want. The atmosphere is relaxed. Always call ahead.

I have been going here for the past 2 years or so. Dont go any where else. Used to go at least every two to three weeks. Its been a while. Dont just get the basic mani pedi, add the classic or deluxe. With deluxe its $49 (gel polish). Yes acrylic and gel nails are available. The gel is lighter and does feel a bit more natural but, I can feel or rather tell their not my own nails. Havent had them put back on, just trying to let my nails grow on its own. Hope this helps. The massages are fantastic so dont try and skimp its worth every penny. Thank you Nina for doing a fabulous job as usual.

I have been going to this place on and off for years and I am at the point where I will no longer return. Sure the manicure is good, but they RUSH you out. The customers comfort does not matter. I had to tell my nail lady to soak my nails and cut my cuticles on two separate occasions. They charged for a hand massage now, which is typically included in the prices we are paying. The owner is awful rude and walks around starring people down, which makes it incredibly uncomfortable to be there. It almost feels like a sweatshop in there, I almost feel bad for the employees. With that being said, I wont be returning here. Its too bad because they do a nice job.

I usually dont have a problem with perfect 10 but today got my blood boiling. I had got gel nails for a recent vacation and called in to see if I needed an appointment to get the rest of the gel nails removed (they had started to peel off). The lady I spoke to initially on the phone said no appointment needed and there was no wait. I drove to the salon (5 min after speaking to the tech) and now another person said they were busy and couldnt help me for at least an hour. When I tried to make an appointment for later in the day, the lady gave me a hard time saying they dont like to make appointments to only remove polish. That they only do that on a walk in basis. I explained I didnt want the same thing to happen where Id have to wait an hour or more just to remove gel polish. She eventually gave me an appointment, but now Im not sure I want to go. She was extremely rude. Then another woman walked in, without an appointment, and they were magically able to take her right away. Is it because I wasnt getting my nails redone that she didnt want to help me? When paying that much for gel nails to be met with hostility and disrespect when trying to get them removed, I will take by business elsewhere.

I had a pedicure done here. Absolutely love this place! At no time did anything hurt me. Not a cut on any cuticle. The lady that did my nails did the perfect dragonfly designs even though she had never done it before. As long as I live in San Jose I will not go anywhere else. Very clean and very friendly staff.

Love the options and designs they do on the nails

Clean, calm, and welcoming. I have been to this nail spa 3 times now, and have always had a wonderful manicure & pedicure. They are very careful to make sure that there is no cross-contamination with the instruments and foot spas. The best part is that they pay attention to you and what they are doing, and I have never walked out with cut cuticles.

Gone here quite a few times and theyre consistently rushed, very rough with my hands and feet, upsell their services, and overall just not impressed. Most recently I got the $20 Mani that included a sugar scrub. She didnt wash the sugar scrub off completely before doing the lotion massage, so that was quite uncomfortable 😑

They know what they are doing, they know the market, the clientele and the area. They know how to accommodate all of the above. They do a great job, Ive been here multiple times and never request anyone. Only have had one person do a so so job.. bit usually everyone does 120%. I will come here Everytime to get my nails done. And if you pay in cash its cheaper! I recently have fallen in love with Ami. Im moving to SF but still will come here every other week for my shellac. Love them!😃

I went here with my best friend who happens to be Pilipino, (Im Caucasian) and the ladies seemed to have a liking towards her more, It was very obvious too. We both acted nice but the woman who was doing my nails was much nicer to my friend than me.And I have thought why, but I feel it would be rude to say so.

Very poor work. Claimed expertise on powder dip nails when I called yet the manicure didnt last 2 days and several of my natural nails broke. Powder dip never chips or breaks, it lasts until its removed. I returned to show them the shoddy job and to have it taken off for a plain manicure and they tried to send me away after taking off the dip. Seriously?! I paid $60 plus tip for that shoddy dip manicure that broke 2 of my nails! Im not gonna leave with the same, now broken, bare nails that I walked in with the first day!!! If thats the case, I said, then give me a refund. They very begrudgingly put on polish. This place is shady. They lie. And after looking around more closely, not everyone who works on customers is licensed. Make sure your manicurist displays their name on a license before letting anyone at any establishment touch your hands.

The staff is very nice and friendly but unfortunately the nail polish is pretty awful. It cracked on all of my nails 3 days after I had it done. Next time I will stick to gel because regular mail polish is no good. Parking is ok but gets busy during lunch time.

Vi does my nails and I will only use her. Her attention to detail is flawless and every time I walk out happy with my nails. Even my mother now sees only Vi for her nails as well. She gets the almond shape perfect every time and even created a certain color (by mixing three others) for my nails when I just couldnt find the perfect match. Although I have gotten a pedicure here three times now, I dont really recommend it. Two times they did a shoddy job- not even filing down the corners or showing any attention to detail. One time the lady was obviously gossiping about me, as she was literally pointing to a vein cluster that I have on my leg to the lady next to her... And which caused her to then look. Embarrassing.

I was treated very rude here and normally i dont waste my time writing reviews, but Wendy and Mai made me feel very uncomfortable. Mai yelled at me like i was a child because undecided about nail color. After i told them i wasnt getting my nails done because of the way i was treated.. they started talking to each other and then laughing, knowing i cant understand them. It was just rude and uncomfortable... maybe Ill get someone else next time if i come back.. it was my first time here, first impression is everything to me. 🙁

This place is my go-to to get my nails the done. Its a little pricey but you get what you pay for! There are a lot of nails techs here and they are all pretty good but my favorite so far is melissa! She does my nails pretty fast and they look amaaazing afterwards.The place also has a really nice ambiance but it gets really busy really fast! I usually make an appointment because i know how busy they get and avoid this place on the weekends if i can.

There are tons of nail salons in this area, and Ive tried ALOT of them out, but right now this is my favorite. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because they are always so busy, meaning an appointment is usually necessary. Their message chairs are superior to others I have used, which makes a pedicure sooooo much better! I have been in several times and all of their employees I have encountered have a good attention to detail, and I have been extremely satisfied with all of my pedis! I get the sugar pedicure which includes the sugar scrub, a timed 15min massage, and a paraffin wax treatment in addition to the regular services you recieve with a pedi. This costs $45 plus tip, which must be in cash. Highly recommend!
