Terrible experience. I bought a used 2019 Mercedes C300 Convertible from here and little did I know it was the biggest mistake I could make. The process of buying it went smoothly but next month I found out that my Credit score got hit 50 points. Turns out they had run hard check 4 times with 4 different banks that day, without even telling me that they did. When asked, they said it was standard protocol to find the best interest rates for you. Totally blindsided, never had this experience before and Ive financed many vehicles before. Jennifer at Finance failed to be honest and upfront, as they were really trying to get rid of that Mercedes. Will never do business with them again. I have previously owned a Lexus GS350 and loved the car, but hated the con that goes on around here just to make a sale.

They got the best used Lexus RX 350 prices around thats why got my used 2013 RX here Mondays weekend. I previously bought a brand new Lexus IS-F here back in 2013. Both transactions are easy, no pushy sales. Look for Peter Chu, who work there for more than 20 yrs. He will serve you in and out easy. Thats why I got two cars, my sister in law got one, and my friend got one from him.

Nice large showroom and lot with lots of inventory. The sales staff professionalism varies a bit depending on your luck. The first one we had was not listening, but the send one was very nice and helpful, but lacked in knowledge. The test drive was smooth. If you do buy a car from them, their service center is quite nice! We do already have a 10 year old Lexus car and love it. This time, we decided to buy another brand.

Very impressed with the entire purchase process at the Stevens Creek Lexus. Identified a car online after requesting a return call I was quickly contacted by Bill Billamay we discussed and agreed to a price which I must say was much better than I could get from the Lexus dealers closer to home. I took the train to San Jose the following morning and completed the purchase and was provided a very in depth tutorial of the features within the vehicle. The car had already been prepped for pick-up so after Bill explained the features Robert Riley prepared all of the required paperwork and within 2:15 we were on our way home. I would highly recommend anybody in the market for a Lexus do yourself a favor and give the Stevens Creek staff an opportunity to match any deal you are offered. Very negative and unique experience. Would not recommend this dealership. We were given only 5 mins for test driving while other dealership allow at least 30 mins. We got refused twice for a 2nd test drive with another completely different model. Shocked by the refuses, we politely asked the sales if anyone else could help us if you are busy right now and dont have the time for our 2nd test drive. The sales said no again.This is a surprisingly awful experience during our new car shopping with rude attitude and ridiculous reasons. Would not step in again as if I owned them one million dollars instead of bringing in the business.

I felt lost after parking in the lot. There was feeling that sales people might pop up behind the bushes and ambush us but that wasn’t the case! Rudy kindly greeted us I walked us to the car we wanted and also let us see how other colors and trims so we don’t have buyers remorse like our previous experience at another dealership. After selecting the car he taught us how to connect the vehicle with our phones while paper work was being prepared.The whole time Rudy and the finance person Robert was professional with my transaction even though we witnessed a minor confrontation with another finance person. Some people might thought it was rude and gave a negative reviews or the whole experience due to just that but because I use to be in a sales/commission it made me LMAO.In my experience the hardest part is dealing with the finance people. As I mentioned to Robert, I don’t really see savings with the full maintenance package however he deserved the sale because he wasn’t pushy but assertive, giving us just enough time to where my wife and I didnt feel up sold.If other customer are reading I bought the package for its convenience because of the rental feature when doing the maintenance, this may be the deciding factor for next personal car.Today I bought a family car, next I need to update my commuter.
