I love this store. The stylists are great and I always get a good haircut. If you dont care about masking, I highly recommend it. But if you do, not all the staff are masked, despite the state mandate. I can handle customers not being masked, because the stylists are not in a position to enforce without hurting their business relationships. But for staff, it is either careless or a personal statement that the mandate doesnt apply to them. Too bad. I will go back to my old shop where I know everyone is masked.

I have been here 2 times before. Without a problem. In fact was very good. Third time was trying to tell stylist not to blow dry my hair. I was not raising my voice. No foul language was used. When done the stylist yelled at me told me to get never come back and she was not charging me. I did not call her names or anything . When I looked in I simply said leave it . Due to I was not happy. Not sure who she is but she needs to treat customer better. I do not think I deserved that. If I new her name & manager I would complain to mmgr about her

Made appointment online. Went when they texted, waited on deck for 35 minutes, haircut wasnt anything like we asked for, way too short and missed cowlick, had to be redone by our regular person (not at sportclips), and tried to charge adult price for kids haircut. Will not be going back.

Ive been trying to grow my hair out. Well I stopped in to get a little trim. I requested a trim around my ears and along the back, instead everything was cut 1.5 inches and the top got cut even when I asked for it not to be. In the middle of my haircut the stylist started talking to the stylist across the room and didnt seem to pay attention to what I requested. Im deeply DISAPPOINTED with my haircut. There are several spots that are uneven that I will now have to spend more money to get fixed due to a poor job.

I take my son here to get his hair cut. He enjoys the massage and having them shampoo his head. The wait is usually extremely long but they started to use an online check in system that allows me to check in from home and view the progress of my wait. I will continue to give them my business.

Great place to get a haircut. Im not into sports, but that isnt really an issue. Sure, theres TVs on with sports shows, but Im usually engaged with the friendly staff that they have. The level of service they provide is awesome. I also like the MVP, which not only gives you a wash after, but also a hot towel and a little chair massage. If only I could order a Scotch while I was there...

Love the place. They have some decent hair products and some great people working there. They develop a good customer rapport with every customer so long as the customer is willing. I love my haircuts and trust them to choose a style for me if I cant decide. Never going other places.

I have been going to this location for years and always had a good experience. I generally go to the same stylist but I have also had 4 or 5 other woman cut my hair and they have all done a great job. The MVP is the way to go and I believe they still offer the free MVP upgrade on your first visit. I suggest using the online check in as this location can get extremely busy especially on the weekends. The management is also excellent and will take care of any issues you may have.

He is very personable, friendly, courteous and is great at was he does. His shop has a friendly environment for all ages and is always willing to accommodate any needs.

Sports Clips is truly a great find. I have gone the way of high end salons and cheap cuts and find I get a great cut at a reasonable price. All of the stylists are competent and do a nice job. The special treatment including hot face towels and back massage are a huge bonus to the cut. For those saying they just got a quick buzz or whatever, I say its on you, and suggest you take the time to talk to your stylist before they begin. I find they are always receptive and capable of giving a quality cut according to your requirements.

Outstanding staff. The ladies are extremely friendly and do a great job. I won’t go anywhere else. Price is good, place is clean, and the staff is friendly and good at what they do, cut hair. I signed in online requesting a specific stylist for my two boys. Waiting over 45 min for this stylist I figured no problem at least we will be happy. We get called to “first available” after an hour wait and while nervous I still let this person cut my sons hair. Big mistake, my son hasn’t taken his hat off in over 24 hours & is in tears about the going to school disliking his hair. I trusted the next available stylist & I regret it. I know it’s just hair but we picked sports clips on purpose. Disappointed.

Ive been going here for a couple years now, and generally speaking I get what Im expecting or close enough to it that Im happy with their service. Today, my hair was cut by a girl Ive never seen there before, and wow did she butcher it. For this reason Im updating my review. Let me start by saying, I walked in with my hair close to 5 inches on top and about 3 on the side. I asked for about 1 inch off the top and got the sides to be cleaned up and taken to a 2, and tapered up. Lets just say the hair in the top of my head is 3 inches long in the front, about 1.5 in the back, and the 2 on the sides was taken up to the part. If I wanted to look like a 20 year old hipster, I would have let my 7 year old cut my hair. I didnt even get the name of the stylist because she wasnt wearing her name tag. Not sure if Im looking for a new barber, or just never going to let her cut my hair again, but pretty upset at this point, Im glad hair grows back.

I showed my stylist a picture of exactly what I wanted and asked for some specific changes and then she ignored it and did something else completely that doesnt resemble the picture I showed her at all. Had nothing but good experiences here before.

I have been coming here for 10 years, since the store opened and have never had a bad experience. My stylist Maura has been here since the beginning and my other stylist Kim has been here for seven years. I can honestly recommended either of these ladies for an amazing hair cut.

Went into the great clips down the street. Place was dead and I was browsing reviews and saw they were horrendous. Quickly booked it out and went to sports clips. Place was bumping with a great atmosphere and they gave me a phenomenal haircut. A bit pricier but its worth it!

I really do like the place, the ladies have all been super friendly and have NEVER botched up my haircut. However, the purpose of checking in online is so that I do not have to wait 30+ minutes there. Especially when I have my 2 yo with me. So this is the 2nd week in a row that I checked in online, arrived 10 minutes before my time and am told I have to wait 36 mins because the stylist took someone else in even though I was next. I love that place and am very loyal to establishments that I am comfortable with but what is the purpose of having an online check in if they dont abide by it?!?!?

Very unfriendly woman working there more interested in watching the game than communicating with me. Very unhelpful, I do not cut hair i dont know what a 4 means, when I asked she wouldnt explain. She just continued to cut my hair too short. I usually enjoyed getting my haircuts here but this will definitely be my last time.

Friendly and skilled staff. Even during busy times they quickly get thru the customers and don’t rush you while you are in the chair. The shop is kept very clean and they handle all ages very well. The consistency of the haircuts is a big draw and the price is inline with other shops of this quality, I would recommend this place over many in the area for the reasons I listed. Not many others seem to be able to combine all of these in the same fashion.

I was looking for an intermediate hair cut until I could get back to my regular place, so I thought Id give Sport Clips a try. Surprised by the higher cost for a chain like this, but went ahead and got the haircut. I asked for a general shortening of hair all around, leaving a little more length on top. After the haircut and shampoo (free upgrade for the first visit) I made the mistake of spending too little time looking in the mirror and just thanked the lady, paid, and was on my way.Getting home, I discovered that what I had was not a haircut so much as a buzz cut. No difference in length, no styling, just my hair buzzed short all around. For $20. Plus tip.Yes, absolutely my fault for leaving without paying more attention to what was done on my head, but theres nothing they could have done to put my hair back, so at most I could have argued for my money back. Instead, heres my unfavorable review.If this was a $10 haircut, Id file under you get what you pay for. For $20, not so much.

The last two times my oldest had his hair cut there were huge chunks still left behind and there was no clean up effort done on his neck. It was a very half assed effort on her part to get him out of his chair and onto another customer. Never coming back.
