Lived here 2yrs and loved everything about it. Apartments were clean, new appliances, plenty of sunlight, great amenities, and just a quiet gated community at an affordable price. If work brings me back to this area, I will definitely move back to SoFi. Michael and his staff are also incredibly personable and always addressed concerns within the same hour. I will honestly miss this management team and wish my new team was as courteous and honest.

I just move about 5 months ago,i can tell is like a dream came true, i never expect to be living is this beautiful property, by the time i applied i honestly never taught to be acepted,now me and my family are here, my two kids are so 😊 and i cant tell how much and enjoying my place .

Its a quiet and safe place to live! Its a walking distance to the flea market, 7-11, and other food restaurant! This was our home for years way before it become Sofi and I can say no regrets one bit! And Michael who doesnt love Micheal? hes been there for a long time as well and he is easy to talk to and respond to anything that you ask him!

Sofi Berryessa has been a wonderful place to live. We are now in our second year here. Michael and the staff are so responsive and attentive. Maintenance is quick. The community is quiet and we feel safe here. I especially love how pet-friendly it is. All the walking trails and complimentary doggie bags are great for dog life! Also Watson dog park is only one mile away.

We moved in to Sofi berryessa recently.The staff deserves more than 5 stars. Theyre very helpful and friendly and they know the property very well.Special Thanks to Michael.Amenities are good and clean.The apartment is gorgeous .Good ambience, Its very quiet .

My family and I just recently moved to Sofi and let me tell you it’s amazing!From the beautiful apartment complex scenery to the amazing customer care of the leasing office. Michael was beyond helpful and informative, he helped us from A- Z. On our move in day he made sure everything was working well. The move-in process was absolutely smooth and pleasant. The apartments are clean and well maintained. Beyond grateful!I’m so happy to call this place home!

I cant tell you how much it meant for Micheal to go above and beyond on helping my wife and I get moved into a place. My work moved me here and none of there relocation people did as much a Micheal to make sure we could get moved in. We had a extremely tight deadline and he was able to get us expected and moved in with in two days. My wife and 4 month old daughter were able to have our new home to come too. Check this place out if you can. It might not be the newest places on the market but you wont regret moving here. I will give one downside which is parking. Luckily we only have one car so it works out great for us but if you had more i could see that being a issue. Thanks again to the staff for going above and beyond on helping us get moved in.

We have been here in this apartment couple years now. and its been great leaving here. its quite and clean environment with very spacious parking and the management are friendly as well. looking forward to stay more years to come...

Move in was easy both Michael and Sofia are extremely helpful. I was able to conduct a virtual tour of the Apartment I now live in. This is great neighborhood to live in with a nice fitness center.

Current resident for more than a year already. Really love the place, it is well maintained, neighbors are great and Michael is always happy to help with whatever question I have.So far I had only one issue and it was addressed at once.Only major inconvenience would be a limited number of parking spaces for guests.

Probably my most favorite apartment complex in all of San Jose. Super nice pool area and everyone that works here is great!

Current resident of Sofi Berryessa. Community is very quiet and nice to live. Pool and BBQ area is neatly maintained. Workout area is great. Services are pretty quick, and whole service team is so helpful and professional. Michael and Sonia are very helpful and make a great team. I always feel like I am able to communicate with them and receive prompt responses.

Very nice place. I just renewed my lease for the second year. Everything is usually easy when you need anything. Michael and the maintenence guys are always very nice and helpful. Apartments arent new ones, but they are really well-maintened. Appliances are nice and looks newer than most apartment complexs. The amenities are always clean. In summary, highly recommended.

My real review score is 4.5, but I had to select 4 or 5 stars. It’s a nice and clean neighborhood, and the office staff are very nice. Maintenance people are friendly and they are pretty fast in doing maintenances. I really like the recently renovated pool and modern gym. You can use the shared area for gathering with friends and having party. The only big issue is about parking. Every apartment has one reserved parking, and there are few non-reserved parking spots that are first come first serve. Therefore, if you have two cars, you and your guests have to park on the outside streets. The other problem is that the area is not quiet from about 6:30 a.m on week days, and the noisy trash truck makes it impossible to sleep (fortunately it doesn’t come every morning).

This place is pretty close to everything you would need from an apartment complex. My favorite part so far has been the customer service. I have high standards for my living and have come to the office with my concerns many many times. Marisol and Mike have never not make me feel welcome or 100% listened too. On top of that my issues are actually being addressed and fixed!!!!!!! This almost has never happened for me in the past. Im useually treated as if it is my fault or have to wait forever to get a response from someone. NOT HERE! I have walked out of the main office everytime happier then I went in. THANKS MARISOL AND MIKE! YOU MADE MY MOVE FROM COLORADO WAY LESS STRESSFULL!!
