I’ve lived here 6 months and absolutely love my place! The apartment is safe and secure, which was my top priority when moving. Valerie and Sean in the leasing office are super friendly and helpful! They always respond to my calls and emails so quickly and super receptive to feedback. The apartment also has a great gym with several machines and the other amenities are updated, clean and really cool.

Updated Review of an Initial 1-StarrerI was one of the unfortunate renters that caught them on a severely short-staffed day. But when I was shown the apartments, it was one of the most smooth and accommodating tours I have had in the recent past. Word of advice, if they seem to be occupied, exercise patience until they can get to you. The leasing office goes above and beyond to meet your expectations. The professionalism I saw in the office lead me to jump at the apartment I was shown within 24-hours. Keep up the amazing work!

Moving here has been one of the best decisions we’ve made as a family. Not only does the staff treat us with kindness and generosity, they go out of their way to make us feel very welcome. We’re so happy here! The apartment design is perfect. The rent is reasonably priced. The amenities are awesome. Taco Sunday was beautifully planned. The food was delicious and nutritious, and it came with a divine view and euphoric breeze. The neighbors are very sweet too! I can’t imagine on management can improve what they’ve built here. This is hands down the best community we’ve ever experienced. Thanks to everyone! 💕🌮

I recently moved into this complex and have been so incredibly happy with not only my apartment itself but also the experience of moving in and getting settled. Beautiful complex with amazing amenities and all of the management and building staff have been so helpful, friendly and really made me feel like this is my home. So thankful to be living here! :)

We decided to renew our lease for the second year as we did not have a single issue or concerns living here for 14 months prior. And there hasnt been any thus far either. Apartment itself is a really spacious 2x2 with a unique floor plan. Management is and has been really considerate and accommodating to our needs. Furthermore, the maintenance crew is amazing. They are quick in resolving all your issues, be it a clogged sink or simple replacement of a light bulb. I have never had a concern about common area maintenance either as the maintenance team is doing a pretty thorough job in keeping it clean.In addition to all these, what I really liked is that the management took the initiative to install security cameras throughout the complex, especially in every floor of the car park. This really gives you a sense of security and a peace of mind.There are quite a number of amenities such as food courts and starbucks within walking distance which is also a huge plus.All in all, I would say that this is a great place to live with a peace of mind and has an awesome management and maintenance team that truly thinks of the residents well being.

The office staff (Valerie, Sean & Rob) works well together, going above & beyond to assist us throughout the move-in process or with any additional help we request. To top it off, they provide support with a pleasing frame of mind. The maintenance team is also super friendly & welcoming each time we see them around the property. Unlike other places, everyone is exceptionally kind even after you sign your lease. Even the neighbors are respectful & exceedingly friendly. The amenities are jaw-droppingly gorgeous. From the roof top deck (with events like Taco Night), the state of the art fitness center (to lose the extra pounds gained from Taco Night lol), a luxurious coffee lounge that looks like it is its own top tier apartment home, the heated pool which is set at a heavenly temperature, & the billiards / game room which can be rented at a reasonable price (Super Bowl party anyone?), I can honestly say that this has to be the best place to live in San Jose. We lived here for a year and really loved the apartment. The neighborhood was great to walk our dogs and very safe, but there was some issues with people playing loud music at odd hours of the night. We really appreciated the managements/maintenance staffs quick response anytime we put in a service request.

I have absolutely loved my experience living at Linq. Sean and Robyn are great to work with. Sean goes the extra mile and is always very prompt and attentive and makes sure everything is up and running in the apartment. The management team genuinely cares about your experience and they do a great job making this place feel like home right away. The apartments are gorgeous and stylish and the amenities are fantastic. Linq is a very comfortable, accommodating, and spacious living space super close to everything. I would 100% recommend.

Good ambience, no disturbing neighbors, popular Bill’s cafe right outside the door. Spacious living room n Kitchen (we are in 2bed n 2bath). Staff are nice, but little busy. So be prepare to wait for short time, they are very courtesy.

We just moved in. Though there were a few hiccups during the rental and move-in process, I appreciate the team working with us in resolving these issues. Reason I am giving five stars is because Robin worked with us to better our experience. Shout out to Maryliza for helping us find a home and Lisa for assisting us in the process as well. I have lived here for a over a year and with the new management company that came in October the switch over was made painless. Maryliza in the office has been amazing! Every time I go in for any apartment issue it is handled with extreme professionalism and she is very friendly and takes time to make me feel welcome every time I come in. 10/10 satisfaction with the new direction the apartment is under.

No one ever answers!Just be cautious and dont let them make a joke out of you. My husband and I had a job offer which required us to move they told us to terminate the contract its a full month and a half + utilities of that month and you have to give a 30 day notice which means we had to pay for an additional month of rent (so pretty much you have to pay 2 months and a half of rent in 30 days). We were like okay lets just pay for it. They told us we have a whole month to move out since we gave a 30 day notice.(which we move out the same day we signed the termination of contract .the apartment was empty for the whole 30 days, we still paid them even tho we were already living somewhere else). The thing that bothered me is that we had a pre inspection where the lady said everything seemed to be fine in the apartment, but when we got the last bill it turns out they took the whole deposit and they still want us to pay for more money since it seems the first 2 months we were not charge for utilities which they will charge on this final bill (they do this to every resident so be careful, they accidentally sent me someone else last bills which had the same statement in mine You may recall when you move in, your utility charges did not reflect on your monthly statement for 30-45 days after move in.

Living for a year and transferred to a new apartment in same building. During the process, I almost got lost with the paperwork and procedures. The leasing office team was really helpful. During this COVID crisis, they didnt give me pressure but helped out smoothly. Thanks for mr. Lee, the manager, for all his understanding and support. Especially thanks to Maryliza. A bad renting experience I have ever had! I balme myself for doing a rush apartment hunting.The first leasing company changed to a second one after I moved in for a month. During this period, I experienced an ants attack. I don’t understand how such an expensive apartment did such a sloppy work for pest control.The second company seemed to do a better job. There were lots of things going on during these months. We still have to retrive packages from the office without notification, but to track packages by ourselves. The manager had to file complaint to carriers to push the drivers to deliver package to our apartment unit when shelter-in-place order is effective.The space design of the apartment is not ideal as the machine of the A/C is in the bedroom. It’s very loud to sleep with it when its on. The structure between floors is thin, and I’m experiencing the worst and super noisy upstair neighbors as well. My patio is always covered with water, no matter rainy or sunny.There is very weak phone signal inside the garage as well as in my apartment.The management team reached out to me with a very helpful attitude. I appreciate the manager showed 100% willingness of trying to help me solve the problem. Other staff are nice people as well. However, there are design flaws of this property, and there is nothing the leasing management team could change.I’m unhappy with the experience of living here with such high rent. The life quality does not match with the price.I do not recommend people living here.

Weve been living here since Dec 2016 and have loved it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues have been addressed immediately. The amenities are great -- heated pool, gym, game room all plusses. Awesome location to get on highways and just minutes from downtown. Just wish every dog owner was responsible and picked up after their pet, but thats no fault of the staff.

I have been living here for 3 years, there were good and bads about the community and management. I was hesitant to review until I met the new leasing consultant Maryliza! She was great, help me through a lot of things that I needed regarding my current lease agreement and also was very helpful along the ways of repairs & package pick ups. She is very efficient and friendly at the same time. She is awesome! makes me want to stay here even longer!!the community itself and the complex is very well done. with the new management coming in, i see a lot more effort into the community and amenities; new yoga mats, new seat covers at the pool. great stuff going, and I can see it only getting better!I heard there is a promotion going on; I would recommend this complex to my friends and people I know especially with Maryliza around I know they would be in good hands.

Ive been a resident at LINQ since 2018, so I am in a position to compare the old management with the new awesomeness that descended upon this property when Sares-Regis took over in October 2019 :-)Robin and his staff (Lisa, Liza, Jose, et al.) are all phenomenal at their jobs and have made me want to live at LINQ for as long as we have them in our leasing office. The quality of services at the community has gone up, there is constant security presence at the property and the office staff is very approachable for all issues concerning residents and the property.I would highly recommend anyone looking at this property to come live here. The location is conveniently located ... close to SJC / junction of 101/880. I find this location very convenient and at a very reasonable price point.Come stay at LINQ and join the party! :-)

CAR BREAK-INS! There have been break-ins every week for the past 3 weeks and so many cars are trashed. So many unauthorized vehicles in the parking lot! Horrible experience!

New and clean apartment. Management has been so amazing and helpful with regards to leasing, requests, package delivery. Location is somewhat of a down side, but with the new Bart station opening soon I expect more development to come within the next few years.

I rented the first loft at the LINQ apartments in March 2017.The entire staff deserves more than 5 stars. Theyre helpful and friendly and know the property very well. They helped facilitate the leasing process at every turn and are available whenever you need them. Ive lived at other communities where emails and calls would be returned within a day - at LINQ, theyre returned within the hour (usually within minutes!).The building is really nice. Construction is wrapping up and theyre putting the final touches in place right now. The pool, gym, mail room, and all the other amenities are very nice - theyre kept clean and are rarely busy. The parking garage is in the middle of the building and has plenty of free spaces, even late at night (it will become assigned parking later this year). The location is convenient to stores and restaurants, and theres a Public Storage facility right across the street. Its located to the far north of the east side and feels very safe.The apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous. I leased a corner loft so I have lots of windows and light. The top floor units have a premium kitchen that has a two-tone finish that looks great. Everything is very modern and in just the first week two of my friends are also looking at leasing lofts. Its very quiet - I havent heard any noises or disturbances of any kind.AT&T has fiber optic Internet wired throughout the entire complex. You can get rock-solid gigabit (thats 1000Mbps download and upload speeds) for about $80/month. Thats fast enough to support practically anything. Web pages load before you lift your finger off the enter key and it almost never goes down or has any issues. I know this is more important for some than others but thought it was worth pointing out considering how important connectivity is when considering a new home.Ive lived in probably 8 or 9 homes throughout my life and this is by far my favorite. I highly recommending contacting the leasing office for a tour.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Linq. The management staff is nice and courteous. The facility is clean and maintained well. I just hope they managed the security refund process in a transparent and better way. I vacated the apartment the day before my lease end so I can spend the entire day cleaning the apartment using their provided instruction. When I handed the keys, I asked the staff if they want to review if I need any additional cleaning. The answer I got was that is ok, if there is no major damage or repair, they will fund the deposit to me so I didnt insist a walk through with their staff. However, when I received the refund check, they charged me full cleaning fee and carpet cleaning fee. I felt my time to clean the apartment was wasted and it wasnt communicated to me which place wasnt clean enough and why it needed additional cleaning. I would recommend the staff to work with tenants to set up the walk through time via email or phone call if it is required to have the cleaning refund back.
