One of the best Santa Teresa apartments is a great location to live.

My partner and I moved in Mid-October since then we have had an amazing experience! Natalie and Cindy have done an amazing job with attending to any needs and requests we may have. When something needs to get done they make sure it happens. This community also hosts holiday gatherings for the residents that makes it a great community! The apartments themselves are great and very clean! Would recommend living here to anyone :)

Very high prices for their studios even though the complex is located in a good place with lots of shopping. Not very handicapped accessible apartments. In the time I lived there, they had 2 false fire alarms. I was nervous if it were real, I wouldn’t be able to get out!

Ive lived here for just over a year and we have a new property manager. Since the switch, the cleanliness of the property has gone down. The floors are rarely swept/mopped, the security doors frequently dont work, and the stairwells are cleaned once every fee months. Theyve raised our rent but I dont see any real improvements being made. They say the raise in rent is to improve the childrens play areas which Im all for, but what about doing something about the maintenance in general?

Neighbors to Kaiser. Close to light rail and new shopping center with lots of stores and restaurants. Just recently opened Costco. Quite neighborhood.
