Shady and not there, BOTH TRUE. This facility has recently changed hands, so old reviews are outdated. The first time I went for an early flight, four of us were waiting but nobody was there. After about 15 minutes, I got out and started walking around, and found this guy inside one of the buildings. One of us probably missed their flight with all the confusion checking us in at once and then the delay for the shuttle. Stupidly, I went back again. Apparently it doesnt matter if you paid for an extra day by going over a 24 hour period which I expect, if you bring your car in early or pick it up after the time you said your flight was, you get charged $6.50 regardless. The folks in front of me were livid, they had dropped their car of a bit early. But they paid saying they would never return. Then he hit me up for $6.50 because my reservation said 3:00 and it was 4:30, regardless that I was charged for an extra day already. After arguing, it was easier to pay and get out of there and never return as well. Dirty, disorganized, and they are running a scam on top of it. DONT GO.

Will not use these guys again.1. When I got to Park and Jet at 7AM there was no one there. The kiosk was empty but you could open the door and see the car keys for valeted cars.2. Pulled in the lot next door. Dont remember the name of the place but they said Park and Jet people could park there. Offered free valet, but I declined.3. Was charged for an extra day. Dont care about the $6 bucks (I tipped the shuttle guy 5) but it was shady. Parking cost is by day so I did not update the default time for pickup and drop-off. Seems like they get lots of people on this.

Dont park here!!! Yeah theyre cheap and youll pay for it. My car was rummaged through while it was parked here. Things were moved and the seat was so far back I couldnt reach the clutch. Someone was definitely inside my car!! They say the shuttle runs every 10 minutes, but I waited 50 minutes at the airport after calling 3 times. When the shuttle finally did show up the driver took a corner very fast. The bench seat I was sitting on was not attached to the vehicle. I was thrown against the door. My left should is quite bruised. If I could post a picture I would. Just pay the extra $3-$4 bucks and park somewhere else!!!

The lot and the vans look a bit run down but there was no issues with my car after 9 days. It is very cheap and, as someone else said, you get what you pay for.The drivers are very friendly, as mentioned earlier, and on one of my trips I forgot my backpack in the car which I realized just when I was at the checkin counter. The driver returned and took me back to the lot where I took my backpack and then brought me back to the airport.Even though it may be a bit further then the long-term parking, the fact that the bus has so many stops makes it arrive around the same time.

Unlike Doubletree, these guys will run a shuttle for you after midnight. Unlike Parknfly, Ive never seen a car broken into here. But it is a little father from the airport

Parked for a week. Shuttle was old van but the driver was very friendly. No issues with my car at all.

Parked for 5 days in self-park, shuttle was fast, staff was good.

Way better then parking at the airport and paying the price there.

These guys are great. No problems.

This place is amateur hour to the max. They have no idea what the hell theyre doing, and whatever you save in $ is wasted in time.
