The customer service at EZ Park Fly seriously needs improvement! The shuttle is not a shuttle, its a minivan and we have to fit ourselves along with our luggage. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They dont even follow their own instruction when claiming ticket. I had to walk around to the parking lot looking for my car, only to my surprise it was still parked behind other cars. The place is a joke and I will not come again.

Convenient but crowded vans.

My vehicle was damage at the parking lot. Filled out a report, called numerous times and never got a response from anyone in management to rectify or discuss what happen. Customer service sucks and need drastic improvement.
