Watch Service Review:Took my MK watch for battery replacement, quick and easy fix. It started working right away however I noticed that chronograph button stopped working after the battery service. I took my watch back and explained the situation to the team. They immediately took care of the issue very professionally. There was a minor latch which got off little somehow from its original place thus it stopped working. They fixed it right away even though they dont service MK watches. Great experience, and very professional services they offer. I would highly recommend this place for the watch services.

I love this place! I have been going to Latin Jewelers for years and they have taken care of any of our family jewelry needs. The store is beautiful, well priced and will take care of you honestly. From buying jewelry, to getting jewelry fixed I have always been able to count on them. Anytime I call or come in for a special occasion they they take good care of us and provide us with personal and friendly service.

I went in looking for a gold name plate and chain for my son and I had an idea of what I wanted but didn’t really know the different styles. The wonderful sales associates were able to help me out within minutes and figure out the exact style I wanted. I ended up liking my son’s jewelry so much that I went back the following week and got a set of my own. The quality and style is amazing. I will definitely be recommending Latin Jewelers to all my friends and family looking to spiffy-up their image.

Diamond Star Service! I dropped in to have the battery replaced in my watch, and the sales tech went above and beyond to correct other small problems in my watch that I was not aware of, or that other jewelers never brought to my attention... AND she kindly took the time to clearly explain what she had done to my watch, and offered professional advice on how to care for it in the future... I also had them clean and polish a gold and diamond/sapphire ring that had been stained with iodine... the ring was expertly cleaned, and back to it pristine condition... you don’t find service like this often.. I’ll be back!!!

They were super helpful and so nice! They answered all my questions and were very accommodating. Will most definitely go back in the future.

This place is by far the best place in all of San Francisco to repair or buy a watch. Period. I have been coming here for all my watch. Needs for over 15 years. Great place to buy jewelry! They also offer jewelry repair and sunglasses repair! I broke my favorite pair of sunglasses and they fixed them the same day. I was so pleased I bought me a new Bulova watch from them.
