Being a watch enthusiast, it is very difficult to find a place or someone you can trust to service your timepiece. I was referred to United Watch Services by a friend and was introduced to Alan. His knowledge on horology is unreal and I knew right away my watches were in good hands. He told me exactly when my watches will be ready and gave me proper expectations. When the day came for me to pick them up, I was beyond impressed. My watches were even cleaner than when I dropped them off and everything was running smooth like butter. I will recommend anyone to go have a chat with Alan, and having him service your precious timepieces.

I had my Omega Speedmaster Date serviced here and it was a great experience all around with Jessy and Alan. Jessy is friendly and personable, and Alan does great work on the watches. My watch had a loose rotor and was not self-winding correctly and my watch is now running smoothly. Thank you for the great service!

They did a great job repairing my broken watch, a 1970s Omega TV Dial, which I inherited from my grandfather. They restored the movement, replaced the crystal, and polished the case. It looks and runs great!

My Rolex just stopped working for no reason so I immediately took it to United Watch Services and in a week I picked it up. Not only the watch was thoroughly cleaned and polished but a missing sleeve ( the one right next to the bezel) was even replaced with 18K gold. I’m very pleased with these guys and highly recommend them. I live in Benicia so the extra effort of going to the city is well worth it.

Great local watch shop. Had two watched battery changed, Stephens guaranteed the battery to work for a year. Fixed my watch that stopped working after he put in a battery for free! He would have refunded me the battery if the watch didnt work. Awesome place!

I had this watch for generations so it meant a lot to me that I brought it to someone who knows the in’s and out’s of the product. It was worth it and if anyone is looking for watch repair, ask for Alan Dang.

I went in on my lunch break to replace a battery on one watch and to get links taken out from another. The gentleman working, who I assume is the Carlos others are praising, was super kind and helpful. He expertly and quickly got both watches fixed as I waited (all the while being super friendly).

I m a watch nut. Two years ago I find United watch service to service my Omega watches. Over the years Allan and I have become good friends. He help me to find watch parts and advice me on what I should look for my watch project. Recently I had my Omega chronometer regulated by him. He made it so accurate, it is +0.5 sec. /day. I just had my vintage IWC Dirty Dozen watch serviced here. Dropped in Friday urgently and they made it available on Saturday afternoon right before me leaving the city. Very friendly, reliable and quick. Highly recommend!

Jessy and his brother are super friendly and they did a great job fixing my watch and polishing the case/band. Looks like it is brand new! Highly recommend them for your automatic watches as they know their stuff inside out.

Jessy and his father took great care of my Rolex and repaired it using genuine parts and it looks and runs like when I first got it. It had a busted mainspring and the stem needed replacement. They did this all of a very reasonable price. I mailed them the watch and followed their instructions for packaging and insuring. They called me the day they got it and had already looked at it and determined the problems. They quoted me a very fair amount to fix it and got it back to me in less than 2 weeks from the time I sent it. I will never let anyone else work on my Rolex but them. They are upright and honorable in all their dealings and do great work. Dont hesitate to use them for your hihg end watch repairs.

United Watch Services do outstanding work, period! And Jessy is, hands down, the friendliest guy I have ever dealt with.I recently had three watches repaired here and the quality of the work done was exceptional. I had my Rolex sub 116610LN polished, it had scratches on the bracelet and clasp etc. When it came back it looked better that new! The brushed finished is completely restored and it looks indistinguishable from when it came from the Rolex factory. In particular, the work done on polishing the Oysterlock clasp was superb.I also had a Ladies Rolex refinished too, it had a quite nasty scratch on the bezel and scratches on the satin finished bracket and clasp. Again, the watch is identical to when it was purchased. Finally I had an old, circa 2005, Tag Heuer Formula 1 worked on and the result were equally stunning. Jessy had the links swapped on the bracelet so it would be centered on my wrist better, fully restored the satin finish on the bracelet, replaced a difficult to remove pin, cleaned the watch face, water tested, etc., etc.Overall, I could not be happier with the quality of the work, the speed of the turnaround, and the utter professionalism of Jessy and the United Watches Services team.Did I also mention that their services are exceptional value?It was a pleasure to deal with Jessy and I can recommend United Watches Services without reservation.

I have been bringing my Rolexes, Audemar Piguet, and Omega watches in for service to United Watch for years, and have never been disappointed. The office and repair center is immaculate. You are always greeted and welcomed with a friendly smile. Their work turnaround is very quick, estimate costs are open and transparent, and more important, the quality of their work has been exceptional. I have never had any problems or issues w having to bring my watch back in for re-service. Ive taken my Omega Speedy here a few times and really happy with the quality, price and professionalism of the repairs.

I called this shop to inquire about cost for repairing Omega watch band and they would not even discuss a ballpark figure on what is a simple and a common repair so I had to drive across town for an estimate. On my arrival, I waited for 5 mins after ringing their doorbell. They wanted $200 to replace a pin and to buff the stainless steel band. This is at most 30 mins labor and a $20 part. $360/hr is an insane rate.Waste of time.

The store is overcharged for service. Ridiculous! They charged my Omega watch for 380 dollars for battery and oil change. And before the person told me I needed to change the components. So I went to the Oakland watch repair store and they charged me only 60 dollars! Don’t go there.

United Watch Services helped me out with exactly what I wanted, and I would say were not expensive. Seems like a great trustworthy business.

No one else performs at this level of repair, restoration. The best service ever.

Disgraceful pricing. Go upstairs to the 9th floor and see Geneva, wholl charge 1/8th of the price. I went in to have my watch battery changed. They quoted $35 then saw the brand was Movado and changed their quote to $85! The explanation No reason. Just brand. Geneva charged me less than $11 and did the job on the spot.

Disappointed:Took my Omega watch for repair...The repair was not long lasting...Days later my watch did not function properly...Kept telling me that I need to wind the watch, but it an automatic self-winding watch...Paid $$$

I never thought getting a dark green wristband for my Wizard of Oz watch would be so hard to find ... I went to 4 different watch stores ... and Setrak was the only one who had what I was looking for. He was very professional, and fixed it up in not time!

The service Alian performed on my hand down 1949 Eterna-matic is outstanding. not only overhaul, refinished the watch, he also find a hard to find glass crystal to bring back the original glory of the watch. I wear the watch every day now, very happy with it. Thank you Alian and United Watch Service.
