I came here to have a Tag Heuer watch bracelet fit. The watch repair woman was very polite and removed one link from my watch bracelet but the fit was quite loose. Another link was removed and it was too tight. She was not able to adjust the micro adjustment for some reason and so the fit was not quite right. I paid $45 for the adjustment and left anyway. Since the watch fit was not right after wearing it for a while and knowing she could not adjust the micro adjustment, I decided to see Setrak watch repair close by a couple of weeks later. He was able to remove the pin from the micro adjustment and make the watch fit correctly for another $45. I went back to Macy’s and explained the situation to ask for a full or partial refund because she was not able to fit the watch but unfortunately I was not given any refund. So my watch fitting sadly cost me $90.This service location is fine if your request is straightforward but if your watch is not able to be fitted to your liking on your visit I suggest seeing Setrak close by as he is a jeweler and can perform what this location could not.

They wanted US$49 for the replacement of a battery!!! For the same watch and the same service I paid only US$15 somewhere else.

The pricing is very affordable. They are knowledgeable in their field. After they replaced the battery, they even set the time for me! This place is great! I highly recommend it!

Stopped by this morning to get batteries on 4 watches replaced. They were able to replace the batteries on 2 of them. $15 each. I took the 2 others to Ritz Jewelers and they were able to replace the batteries on both. In the future I will probably just go to Ritz since they are the same price and closer to my work.

I have been a customer for 15+ years. Bring your original receipt and their former guarantee was free lifetime battery replacements. To repair an old watch, $70 was better than buying a $150 replacement. I have seen celebrities as customers. My moms jewelry store was ripping her off for twice the cost of Tell Time. Always deal with mom and not the young men, who have no customer service skills.

Always polite always efficient. I have had my watch battery replaced here twice now. The second time after opening up my watch they said the battery was still good but, offered to replace it for free to figure out if the battery was faulty or the watch. Will continue to come back here for any watch needs as long as I am in CA .
