I came into the store the other day looking for a men’s necklace for myself and a gift for my mom’s birthday. Simon was very knowledgeable and, among his vast selection of beautiful merchandise, helped me find the perfect white gold diamond-cut necklace and a ring for my mom, both at great prices! Overall, the store was great and customer service was excellent, friendly, and respectful of coronavirus health precautions. I cant recommend Elite Fine Jewelry highly enough.

I am so pleased with the result of my ring! I have a diamond ring that is stoned all the way around. As I was cleaning around the house I managed to lose a couple of the stones. Thankfully I stumbled on Elite Fine Jewelry. The diamonds where matched perfectly and replaced in a timely manner. My ring feels more secure and I am no longer worried. I am also grateful to now have a jeweler I can rely on.

I called to find out what they pay for scrap 14k gold. Lady that answered was nice, said they paid 90% of melt value. that was 10% more than any other local quotes received so I went in. Lady I spoke to said she didnt do the buying but called a jeweler over to take care of me. He took my scrap upstairs and came back down 10 min later and tried to low-ball me with an amount that was closer to 30% of melt value. After explaining why I came to them and what I was told on phone, he raised the offer to approx. $11 per gram. current melt was $24.I then went to the next highest quote I received out on Ocean Ave and got $22 per gram, No hassle whatsoever. What a waste of time Elite was....

The last time I bought a ring from Elite Fine Jewelry was I986. Elite Fine Jewelry was great. I was very happy to find out that Elite Fine Jewelry was still open. His son Raffi made buying a ring an easy, educational experience. You cant go wrong

I used him once a year ago,with good results.I went there a week ago no answer,place was shut down when it was regular hours.The guy may have became ill.I know he lives above the shop. wish him the best .

After reading the reviews posted on Elite jeweler I decided to go to their website and give them a call to set up an appointment to sell a diamond and sapphire necklace. I was directed to the store on Sacramento instead of the one on Geary which had the great reviews. After my experience I cant even say with confidence that these people are even jewelers. Not only did they say that the person who estimated my appraisal was it of his mind, but they didnt even know what corundum meant. All it means is ruby and because the Wikipedia page says that corundum can be synthetic, they refused to buy a necklace with a retail replacement value of $89k. They said they couldnt take a chance that it was fake but they did confirm that the diamonds were real. Worst experience ever. How can you call yourself a jeweler and not know that corundum means ruby? It was sapphire ruby! At first they gave me a low ball $3k for it and then they wouldnt even make an offer because it could be fake. The appraisal didnt say it was synthetic corundum! Avoid this place at all costs!
