Baume Swiss Jewelers, is the best watch repair place in San Francisco. They are reliable, dependable, quick and are experts in their field! I work at a store that sells vintage watches and they always give us accurate estimates ahead of time and notify us when the watches are ready- none of which have come back to us with further problems. Also, Kevin, the head watchmaker there, was able to fit a piece of crystal I needed to fit in a locket that I couldnt find anywhere.

Jim said he would call me when my ring was finished (he had it done the same day). He left me a voicemail saying it was done. I do not live very close to Clairemont and it took me a solid week to get back to pick my ring up. Sammy did not continuously call me to get the ring. He let me take my time to pick it up which was great.

Seregins Fine Timepieces did a terrific job with my wifes watch. I originally brought it in for a battery because it stopped working. They examined the watch, installed a new battery and warned me there may be a problem with the mechanism and to keep an eye on it. I brought it back when it stopped again within a month. They were able to repair rather than replace the mechanism and charged me less than half their estimate. I recommend getting your watch repaired here. They are knowledgeable and great to work with.

Baume Swiss Jewelers an old diamond watch for me that a previous jeweler had converted the works to a battery. Also somehow moisture had gotten in. He found parts, even teeny hands and fixed the whole thing. I would totally trust him with your special watch.
