My son and I just started going to the San Bruno Avenue Dental Group and I love them. They do great work. My extraction was fast and less painful than I anticipated. My son had some fillings put in and he didnt complain(hes a big baby). We both had deep cleanings and omg, were both really happy with the results. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. I recommend them for your dental needs.

The office staff check vaccination, and temperature,The dental assistant and dentist did excellent job in cleaning and polishing my teeth. If you speak Cantonese and Mandarin, the staff is fluent.

My front Veneer came off and San Bruno Avenue Dental Group was able to fit me in last minute. Dr. Lim was great, friendly, detail, attentive and informed/explain everything. After she is done, my Veneer feels better than it was before...so much better. I am very happy with the results.

My appointment was at 11:00 am and they called me in exactly at 11:00 am. Being a Food Service Director, Im certified in sanitation, and they past with flying colors. When seated in the chair, they immediately took x-rays, and a doctor came in to examine me immediately after completed. When that was completed a manager came in and spent an half hour with me, reviewing the prognosis, answering questions and options.

My Dentist Micheal Kuo Is the best dentist on the planet. He is through and honest. The ladies at the front desk are awesome . Thanks All Five Stars all the way., Keep up the good work..

I don’t think they are professional enough, they always suggested me remove the tooth, and I don’t think I have to,because it is not so bad to remove it, I think they only make them work easy, and earn more money.

Staff is nice. Facility is clean and modern. They are efficient and move you along quickly. But perhaps a little too quickly, I felt my dentist was rushing a bit through my cleaning. He could have been a bit gentler as well, as there were times when it hurt when he was cleaning near my gums.

I am extremely grateful for the emergency visit today with Dr. Mak. From the moment I walked in Debbie the office manager was extremely efficient, kind, caring and tentative to my needs. I LOVED my Hygienist Aida who took a full set of x-rays and was very kind for having been there only 4 days and a new graduate. Dr. Mak was VERY confident, clear, knowledgeable, super quick, and concise. Especially with what I needed. Something I appreciate in a DDS!!! Upon exiting, I was impressed with the check out system which showed ALL my x-rays at once. The gentleman explained EVERYTHING in detail about what my procedure plan is going to be. In particular a cavity that was missed for some time. Thank YOU and the STAFF!!!

Dr. Lim is great! She is so friendly and communicative during the exam. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Front desk staff are very efficient and I was in and out in less than 45 mins for a cleaning. They always give a goody bag and thats super cute too. Love how easy it is and a great experience!

My dentist was very kind and did a wonderful job on my teeth. I had plaque around some of my teeth and that caused my gums to recede and he cleaned and polished it all away! I was very impressed. Updated and friendly staff!

This was our first time at this office. My 10 year old was treated very well and had a good experience. They gave detailed instructions explaining where she should brush a bit more thoroughly. They didnt try to over-treat or create unnecessary concerns like some other dental offices that specialize in children. Parking is really challenging and they dont give you a new toothbrush kit which we are used to getting and my daughter looks forward to.

I never thought Id give a dentist 5 stars... They fixed a crown for me and it was as good an experience as one could have!

I was seen promptly. I was impressed with all the technology the technician used to help the dentist make the best decisions she explained what she was doing as she worked. The dentist explained things clearly, listened to my input and adjusted the care plan appropriately. The whole experience left me anxious to have the care done wear I was full of trepidation beforehand. I would send any of my friends to the San Bruno Ave. Dental Group!!!

I recommend this place they are Great. Everyone here is very professional. I had an emergency and San Bruno Ave. Dental without being a patient immediately scheduled me in the very next day. I am now a patient here.

There a pretty good amount of people there, mostly elders and families. A very humbling space although despite the amount of people, service was quick and staff are really nice. The place seem to be sanitized well. I recommend going here for locals. It is covered by Medi-Cal if you have one. If the clinic cant do any procedures, they will recommend you to a specialist.

Happy so far. I really like Dr. Stephanie Lim. She is very competent, approachable and does good work. I have had an exam, she has fixed a crown for me and one cleaning. So far so good!

I was skeptical of going back to this dental office because my prior experience was not the best. I had the most pleasant and relaxing visit with Nestor Montes RDA. He made sure the dental assistant had the room ready when the patient comes in because it was not. He made sure I was comfortable and he explained everything step by step always asking me if I was ok or in any pain. I will definitely be back for my next 3 m9nth appointment. Thank you RDA Montes!

I wanted to get my teeth clean but not done at the first visit I not too satisfy. Feel like a waste of my time keep coming back.

I was so nervous when I need to take out my tooth due to cavity, but the doctor was very skilled and fast, I didnt feel any pain at all. Highly recommended :)

Dental work is okay. Not that great! However, dealing with their accounting department is terrible. They make promises and never deliver. Been working with someone there called Chris and trying to get a refund on my money and they keep delaying payment.

I had a much different experience than the other negative reviews. These guys were assigned to me by my PPO insurance, and by the reviews I was hesitant. Then I realized every dentist is booked from now until eternity, and most had negative reviews anyways. Do people just hate dentists? I dont know. I decided to give them a try, and Im glad I did. Dont be fooled by the exterior of the building or the bare waiting room. In the back is an organized, efficient, professional dental machine. The receptionist was kind, courteous, thorough and professional. My dentist was Stephanie Lim and she was amazing. Very nice, competent and gentle. The other dentist I previously went to tried to upsell me by telling me I had 3 cavities and I needed a deep cleaning...they wanted north of $1300 for all the work. When Stephanie took a look, she told me that I actually didnt have any cavities and in her opinion my gums were healthy and that I didnt need a deep cleaning. Very glad I took a chance with these guys and I will be coming back as long as the service remains comparable.

Rude receptionist.

They extracted my teeth without communicating with me and asked to pay for it! ! The communication before treatment was to pull out one to fill the other, but the nurse gave me a signature (without explaining the content of the information) during the treatment and pulled out 6 teeth at one time during the operation. At that time, I didnt understand why there were so many extractions. A few hours after I got home, the clinic called and asked me to make up the 1,850 yuan extraction fee! This is not an amount we can afford. Although they handled their teeth very well, they did additional projects without communication, which disappointed me.
