Ive been going to this dentist office for a while (over 15+ years)and is a really great place for your dental needs. Everyone from the dentist to the staff are very friendly, and my hygienist is very nice, informative, meticulous and very thorough. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Incredibly friendly staff all around! Really did an excellent job with my checkup + cleaning, but I actually feel excited to go back to them for the next follow up - which Ive never said about a dentist, ever! You can tell they put effort in to hiring the right people and having the right culture. Loved it!

Really nice people, friendly and want to do a good job. But, in my case, fell way short on the actual work that was done. I had veneers done. They are crooked and dont line up either with each other or with the rest of my teeth. Its really a shame for a lot of reasons. Its an irreversible procedure. Once your teeth are prepared for veneers, theres no going back. The only way to fix this is to have them completely removed and start all over. And not to mention the cost involved. This is thousands of dollars down the drain and a lot of time and physical pain ahead to get it fixed.

I had to get deep cleaning done, due to my lack of care for my teeth. Dr. Leon did the cleaning and took great care of me. It was virtually painless. My fear of dentists if officially gone thanks to Dr. Loev and his staff! The admin staff was also amazing, making sure I know when my appointment time and date were, and sending me a detailed dental plan with all out of pocket costs, plus they gave me a $60 office credit. Really friendly service all the way around.

I dont always have a regular doctor but wherever I live I make sure I have a superlative dentist. I was referred to Dr. Loev by one of his colleagues from Boston. Everybody that works in that office is a professional but I see Dr. Heinic every 6 months like clockwork. Ive never missed an appointment and Ive never had a cavity. Hes thorough as if they were his own teeth and I cant imagine theres a better dentist in all of San Francisco.

Dr. Loev runs a highly professional and well--organized office. He provides first-class dentistry, combining advanced skills with a warm, patient-friendly touch. Routine maintenance and cleaning is handled by other dentists who do a perfectly good job. Having compared different dentists who come highly recommended, Dr. Loevs prices are competitive and sometimes lower.

This place is the BEST. The nicest people, and a really pleasant experience--always! I didnt go to the dentist for a long time because I found that they were always trying to upsell me on dental procedures, which is just the worst. (Really? Selling unnecessary medical work? Awful.) Although I hate going to the dentist, Dr. Loev and Heinic do their best to make it tolerable. They check in with me frequently on how I am doing during cleaning or getting a filling and provide as much comfort as possible during the process. They are always on time and very quick in contacting me back about scheduling an appointment. I also like how I can make and reschedule appointments online as I am bad with contacting people by phone.

Simply the best in the Bay Area! We love Dr. Loev! I recently had a crown made to replace a chipped front tooth. Dr. Loeve escorted me to the laboratory on a different floor to discuss the custom color with the technician to be certain the tooth matched. The entire staff is gracious and welcoming. Dr. Ed Loev is an artist, a craftsman, a genius in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Our son fell face first on the sidewalk while his hands were jammed in his cargo pants so he could break his fall. He knocked out both front teeth, but we called Dr. Loevs office and they immediately went to work to keep his teeth so he is smiling today. My husband just had his teeth whitened and I cannot believe what a difference it makes on a 68 year old to have a sparkling smile. We have our teeth cleaned every four months to prevent problems.

This was my first visit I got fitted for teeth whitening trays, x-rays, exam, and a teeth cleaning. At my request, they started my appointment early allowing me to leave early. Dr. Loev walked me through every step of what he was doing and why. Beth answered every question I had and Nicole performed a painless teeth cleaning, which Ive never experienced before. They contacted my insurance during my appointemnt so when I was done I had a breakdown of what I would owe for different future services, which they never pressured me into getting.

I started going to Dr. Loev in 2006 or 2007, and see him and Dr. Heinic. I love them both because they are so personable and treat you like family. The quality of work they provide is outstanding. I especially love going there when Dr. Heinic has to perform periodontal exam (the probing of the gum) because its the evaluation time to see if Ive been good or bad with my oral hygiene. I love hearing that they are 2s and 3s. When I started, I had 4s and 5s. But with lots of encouragement from Dr. Heinic and brushing/flossing on my part, my gum is better. They always keep you in the loop of whats going on with your teeth so that you can plan for next year. For example, I have to get a crown and I wont have any out of pocket because my FSA will cover it. I love them!!!
