Do not recommend. Got injured and then management disrespected us because of a language issue and made communication harder impossibly hard. Felt discriminated. Never going back. A couple of the coaches looked malnourished and had aggression/emotional issues when we would ask to adjust our membership down during the pandemic. Overall just a wildly horrible experience, other businesses in San Francisco never have treated my wife and I this way even with our slight language barrier, many places take time to understand our needs and match the right solutions, but not here after multiple attempts. Do not recommend.

Flagship is an amazing gym! Coaches are super friendly and knowledgable, the space is clean and the equipment is new. They have also done a great job with COVID and have a lot of outdoor options.

A great community. Coaches are friendly and professional. The equipment are good. I am very grateful the coaches are really nice to teach me all the techniques and bring this guy who never touched the barbell before in his life to someone who has to be in this location twice a week.

Excellent CrossFit space with tons of rig space, oly bars, rowers, etc. Classes sometimes feel slightly crowded which might limit opportunities for direct coaching on form, workout goals, etc.

Great people! I came to this gym for a drop in to do 19.5. I was anxious about going to another gym for the first time, but everyone here was so welcoming. Beautiful space and beautiful people! I will be back next time I am in SF 😀

Top notch facility, 3 awesome SF locations, highly trained, educated, professional coaching staff. Separate classes/programs in standard CrossFit, Strength, Weightlifting and gymnastics-cardio. I love this place-I only go to work because I have to.

If you want to injure yourself while paying over $300/month, this is a great place to do so.

Great CrossFit option with helpful (if sometimes quirky) coaches. Use the Wodify app to sign up and sign in even if you’re a drop in. They have a five times in a week prepurchase dropin package that ends up being 20% off ($135 in dec2018)
