CHBO has been a very effective tool for renting my home. All of the connections through this website have been great and I will continue to advertise for as long as my home is available.One aspect I really like is the ability to actually speak to a potential renter prior to the reservation being finalized. This gives me a chance to meet and show the home and get a feel for the unique circumstances of the renter.

I was really excited when I found this site because it seemed like a great resource, but it really wasnt. I contacted 10 different properties that claimed they had availability on my needed dates. Only 5 responded, and none were available on the dates the website claimed. Im assuming the others didnt respond because they also werent available. It COULD be a great resource but it needs to be kept up to date. Otherwise, its mostly a waste of time.
