Stayed in one of the locations in Fremont: great place, very comfortable, well furnished. All amentities included that youd usually find in your own home. Very supportive staff with quick response time when I had any queries. Would recommend.

In looking for temporary housing for one month, I want to steer away from the incumbent provider and am very happy I found 2nd Address. The support and communication has been superb and the fact that my need to change my stay duration all were handled efficiently and professionally. Plus the place where Im staying is in a much desired and safe location a block from the beach. I highly recommend 2nd Address to anyone looking for a place to stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb handled by 2nd Address. I had communication a few time and they were fast to not only respond to emails but the issues that needed to be addressed. And everything was addressed with courteous and professional behaviour. It was if they lived next door and where I stayed was their own home they cared about. Good job to all!

I highly recommend 2nd Address--awesome customer service! By far the best rental platform for hosts like me (as well as guests) with private home rentals in the East Bay Area who have used Airbnb and other platforms. Customer service is superb thanks to Jose Arocha and staff! Jose walked me through every step, guiding my guests and I and took care of most of the footwork, including corporate approvals and payment. The pandemic caused challenges for companies in finding non-shared housing environments--it was my pleasure to work with the very attentive Jose who left everyone involved extremely satisfied. It is my pleasure to write my positive reviews about 2nd Address in San Francisco. My main contact with 2nd Address has been through Jose Aracha. I came to know him through my daughter who lives in San Francisco with her family. My wife and myself spend some six months a year in USA, mainly in SFO. My daughter introduced me to Jose even before we travelled to USA in September 2020.Jose has been a great help in finding a place for us for 6 or longer term stay. I found him very cooperative, patient, understanding and other details. Finally he found us a place which proved to be very useful and likeable. He even organized a Zoom call between us and owners which was very helpful. Each party liked the other resulting in signing a lease agreement at the end. The best thing about the place, in addition to meeting our needs, is that the location is walking distance from where our daughter lives with her family, thus making it convenient to see them regularly without any travel. So a big thank to Jose.
