This is probably one of the most difficult jobs for anyone, especially for professional individuals navigating the multiple customers request. I had been using this service for almost a year, i had the opportunity to meet several ladies, while not every match end up been and hour long conversation and a follow up to meet, I enjoyed my matches for what it can offer. But a few days ago, I wrote a detailed, honest review and gave them 2 stars and Im shocked to see its been deleted. Dont trust these reviews because they delete negative ones. I really liked the team at IJL and they did a great job working with me. Every person they matched me with was great. My biggest concern when starting with IJL was whether or not they would waste my time with the dates, but I can say that NONE of my time was ever wasted. I thought every man I met was fantastic, regardless if we had a connection or not. I ended up meeting my boyfriend! As a single dad, career driven man with many responsibilities, IJL affords me the time and opportunity to meet great women who are vetted and more catered to my needs. I tried the online app dating nightmare and that was frustrating because the work and time it takes to vet through what is real and fake is on me and can be costly with multiple attempts to meet, no shows and driving to random places and meeting people who are nothing like they claim in their profiles. I have been disappointed far too many times to ever go back to eHarmony, Match, Bumble or Tinder. With IJL, the process is easier, much more streamlined and smooth. Tiara, my advisor/ coordinator, makes the process feel professional but personal and fun. She does a great job, setting up the dates at great locations at my convenience. IJL is for me the perfect way to meet really wonderful people to date without having to sift for hours and days through online profiles and trying to chat people up. I was nervous about joining IJL a couple of months ago. However, I have had a really great experience so far and have met some really cool women, who I would have never met if it werent for IJL. I was convinced to join when I thought about how much that I invested in my previous relationships and how the year long IJL membership is a relatively small amount, if it helps you potentially meet the right person. My two concerns were cost and value. In regards to value, Ive observed there are really plenty of women in that database. The IJL staff is great and checks in with me regularly to follow up with me on the last date, schedule my next date and see how I am doing.

Terrible company! I will NEVER work with them. Absolutely unresponsive, not customer driven, no sense of commitment to clients. An absolute horror experience with unprofessional staff: snarky comments, IJL staff no-shows, customer service reps that lecture and dont listen. Stay away! Definitely not worth the money!
