Cam, the owner, is knowledgeable and fair. He charges fairly considering he is operating in expensive real estate in San Francisco, and all that entails, but there are cheaper computer service centers out there in the Bay area, if youre willing to travel outside the city. If you need a quick fix or have an emergency, hes your man.

Took my laptop here after I spilled an entire bottle of makeup remover on my keyboard...since I waited too long to take it in, he couldnt salvage it. But luckily he salvaged all my files and gave me the hard drive within 2 weeks.

I was really pleased with the service I get from Smart Computer. I have had Roger work on three of my laptops and think its about time he gets credit for all of his hard work. Not only was he prompt and courteous but he also fixed them without any bugs and left them better than before. I was shopping around for price and reviews and decided to give SC a try since I live nearby. I would have paid a lot more somewhere else and probably not had the same service. The place isnt the visible from the street and you have to go through a maze until you get his spot. Well worth it though. Repaired: IBM Thinkpad R51, Lenovo X1, MSI Gaming.
