Can save $ from Amazon and other sellers. Buying online can present difficulties with payment methods. I would check reviews but its clean store!

My daughter bring the phone for repair and quality of the screen is very bad and lots of the time touch issues just wasted money charge extra better to go apple instead of here .

Usually better deal than you would find at a Verizon or AT&T store.Plus they dont go through employees and phone models as fast so you dont have to get the latest version every time. The work is sloppy. I had to bring back my phone after a screen replacement because they left the front camera dirty. They cleaned it a bit but it is still unusable.I also took a tablet for a screen replacement at the same time and the new screen was not properly aligned. There were scratches and dents on the casing where they used their prying tool.I wouldnt recommend

Wasted my time going after checking online. Which stated that it was opened. It was not opened. If the websites indicates that a business in opened at real time, please do not assume it is.

Be smart and take your business somewhere else.Brought in a Pixel 3 XL for a screen replacement. Price 190$. While waiting I was looking at the guy that did the install. Saw that he replaced the back of the phone as well and I asked him about it. His answer was: on. Pixel we are changing the front and back. Month later, the back panel is coming off. Went back in the store expecting they will fix it.Because on the receipt was not mentioned back replacement they refused to take care of the problem unless I was going to pay for the repair again. I asked when their install guy will be back in the shop to confirm what he did. They refused to tell me.Awful service and no trust in their ability to do a good job or respect their warranty!Stay away!

I Was visiting last Year in Winter San Francisco.My phone got broken. I went to Compupod which was a mistake. I told the seller that Im on my travel from Europe., I guess that was a another mistake.There was one Iphone 6, which was having very special offer. I asked, why is that one so cheap, the seller told me that it is only because few scratches. Which was a lie. I realised that later, when I had a problem to connect to wifi on almost all modems. Signal is very low or doesnt work at all. I had no time to come back. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

They repaired my phone for a reasonable price, replacing the cracked screen and cracked glass on back. Everyone is great to deal with, docking one star because they told me an hour and a half but actually ended up being 2 hours and 10 minutes. I suppose that happens but are 2 rated as a perfect experience given I waited around for 40 minutes with nothing really to do.

I was thrilled today to discover they retroactively gave me points for purchases on the VIP card based on my phone number. Pixel screens in stock at all times!

Amazing service experience. I arrived with a dead phone (my fault, water damage). New screen installed in under an hour, seemed fixed but turned out the speaker was dead too. They fixed the speaker at no extra charge and I was rockin a good-as-new phone in no time!

Best customer experience Ive had in a while. Hugo replaced my Nexus 5X screen, making sure to test the functionality before handing it back. We encountered a few hiccups, but he was kind enough to work overtime to fix it. Compupod also has a nice, friendly waiting area!

I went in to get the screen of my phone replaced. The service was speedy and the replacement screen they used looks excellent. The only issue was when I got it back I noticed a knick on my phone from where they obviously dropped it. I must just have bad luck with repair shops...Edit: After a few weeks of wondering why my screen wouldn’t turn off when I took calls, I discovered they didn’t plug in the proximity sensor correctly.

I needed my digitizer/LCD for my Samsung Galaxy S9 replaced along with both my back and front glass and after searching the city and calling 10 different places trying to find a place to do it same day, Compupod saved me! I showed up 30 minutes late to pick up my phone and waited another hour before it was ready. The repair lasted 5 days.They sold me a Verizon-compatible phone which wasnt, despite having told them repeatedly that it had to be. When I returned, 2 hours later, they told me nothing they sell is Verizon compatible (!?!) And gave me flak for wanting a refund.

Needed to replace a screen of an old Nexus 6p; needed to keep the phone due to extensive mods. Quoted $200. Came to pick up the phone, phone wasnt ready: they forgot to work on it. Had to come back. Finally got the working phone back, was told to wear rubber bands around it for 24 hrs, to let the glue dry. Did that. In two months, the phone fell apart, the screen fell out.

Its like cex. If you really want something please be advised to Be very careful .inspect the product before u buy it unless you are thrill seeking.

No credit check or proof of address needed - just a simple Facebook login and the app verifies that youre for real. After that you put down a tiny down payment and pay off the rest over a year. This is not associated with a carrier - you keep your current plan, etc. So 10 minutes later I walked out with a brand new Galaxy S6 Edge (the premium edition that sells for $750) having spent $100 and without giving any personal info about job, income, social security number, etc. Now I just pay $60 / month for a year... works out to a total of $820... an APR of about 9.5%. Which is better than a credit card!Because they saved me having to spend tons of money on my new phone, I decided to buy a Bluetooth sound system... and they gave me a sweet discount.
