This man is incredibly good at what he does and he does it fast. The rates are better than anything you will get at a local shop and he goes above and beyond when he does his repairs. I didnt ask him to but he cleaned the entire interior of my laptop when he had to open it up to change a screen. Great guy, great hospitality, and great work. Worth every Dollar.

Do not go anywhere else if you have a PC or tablet that needs a little or a lot of help!!! Rich will take time for you to demonstrate and describe the problem, or, hell figure it out himself if you dont want to take the time to show him. Low rates and Incredible work ethic. Rich gives your system better care than an obsessive techie gives to their own. Hell look for every opportunity to write-off or discount his own work. The only downside is that hes always very busy so be on time when you come in and be prepared for short waits and follow-up work as needed.

This guy knows what hes doing! My computer wouldnt turn on one night, but all the major computer stores had closed at about 6:00 pm. I called Grey Matter, and I was told that I could come that night to bring the computer in. He figured out that the motherboard had stopped working, and so he ordered a new one and installed it when it arrived a couple days later. The computer has been working perfectly ever since. And the price for all of this was very reasonable... cheaper than a big computer store. Im definitely going to be coming back here if I have any other computer problems.

Ive had a few computer disasters and Rich has always solved the problem. I absolutely rely on him for all my computer fixes. Hes fast, charges incredibly reasonable rates and is personable and kind. I recommend him to anyone looking for a pc repair. Rich is the best!

Let me start by saying I never write online reviews for anything, but my experience at Grey Matter Tech was so superior to anything else Ive ever encountered that I am compelled to write something. I came to Rich, the owner of Grey Matter Tech, with a hard drive emergency the evening before a final exam (Im a 2nd year law student). Thinking I had lost all my outlines and desperate, I arrived at Richs door at 7:45pm on a Wednesday night. Long story short, he not only was able to recover my documents, but spent an hour with me to ensure everything worked. He also lent me an adaptor to take with me to fully extract all my data onto a new hard drive. He was helpful, understanding, and saved me in my time of need. If you have an emergency of any kind and are sick of getting treated like youre at the DMV, do not hesitate to contact Rich. Hes also very affordable and will be my go-to for all future computer related emergencies.
