The tech was up front and knowledgeable.I work in I.T. and knew the issue was beyond my scope (I dont have the diagnostic tools necessary to identify the problem).The price was reasonable, considering the issue.I would recommend his service without question.Two thumbs, something-or-other.👍👍

Don is AMAZING! He saved me from buying a new laptop by tuning up one I already had and wouldnt use because it ran so poorly. The service was fast and the shop itself is so neat and clean. Computer 5000 are customer service pros.

Called the store before taking my computer there. The answering machine said the store is open, and that’s if there is no answer they are busy with other clients.Drove, parked, paid for the parking to find out that the door is locked, the store close.
