Robert removed all the files installed by a hacker and transferred all programs and files to a new hard drive in one day of solid work. Very satisfied with the quality of the work.

While it’s best to not need repairs in the first place, when the moment inevitably arises this is 100% the place to go. Robert was fantastic to work with to see if he could fix my laptop. Sadly there was nothing he could do, but I felt confident he had exhausted every possible option and really cared about fixing it. A few months into the stay at home work order my laptop would not boot; it did not even recognize that I had Windows on it and had defaulted to the initial HP set up screen. I left a message before the business opened; a bit later Robert called me back and invited me in.I dropped off my laptop, and he found my data, saved it, and then wiped and reloaded Windows 10. I got my computer back the same day, which is a big deal when the world is working from home and our offices are unavailable. I appreciate how Robert worked to get me my data and computer back the same day.I waited a month to write this review, in order to see how everything works, and I would definitely return to this business.

My 2015 MacBook Air was starting to have some major issues. It seemed like some kind of malware or virus had infiltrated the system and was wreaking havoc all over the place, but I couldnt figure out where it was in my files or how to resolve it. Called Techsavies, they asked some key questions, and provided some options on how to resolve the issue. Long story short, they recommended the most efficient and economical choice was to completely clean out the system (they made sure to save key files that I asked them to keep) and basically make it like a new computer all over again. Since it was going to be a pretty simple approach, they were also aiming to give me back my computer the same day. So, what was the result? The computer truly does work like new again, they even upgraded the OS, and they stayed a bit past their closing hours just to make sure I got my computer back the same day. They even have a 30 day guarantee on their service. Incredible. Really excellent work from their team, and highly personal as well. An enthusiastic two thumbs up!

The most helpful guy was running the place-went in for laptop repair but it wasn’t worth the money. He also sells refurbished laptops, and made a very good deal for me on one, which came already with microsoft office. And he included a mouse. Data was all transferred over and picked it up after a happy hour drink on the block. Also, he takes old laptops that aren’t worth the money to fix and donates them to a charity for children after fixing them in his free time!

Fantastic experience, its obvious why he already has 4 stars. He fixed my problem in literally 2 minutes and then spent some more time giving me great tips and showing me what else I could do to make improvements but didnt push anything on me. Cheap as heck too! Would recommend to anyone.

Steven replaced my hard drive. He said was brand new and it really was... Im satisfied ... Good communication skills. I could contact him really fast within a week he did a lot of jobs in the office. Highly recommended.

Don at Techsavies fixed my laptop quickly and flawlessly. Price was as quoted, as was the repair time. Let me keep my machine until parts were actually available unlike the manufacturer. Cost less then taking to the bigger stores who gave me a number and ignored me. Don was familiar with the machines known issues even though its almost five years old, and told me how to avoid a repeat failure (apparently some laptops have a BIG problem with sleep mode). I am a very satisfied customer.

Bob Conner, the technician, was very helpful with assisting me to set up an HP printer and to upgrade anti-virus components in my computer to insure maximum performance and enhance security.

First time in SF and for work. My computer started to fail me especially with Microsoft Excel. I called in and they said to come by. Exceptionally professional and did an incredible job fixing my computer so I,can continue to work. They went so far as to clean the entire laptop inside and out. When I went to pull up a file, through vpn which can takw a minute or two, it opened up almost immediately. They removed over 500 malicious malware and made it a very easy visit.

They fixed my computer when 2 other stores said no because my Mac was old and the parts were hard to find (21 iMac), but they fixed it and upgraded the system. Thank you!

I took 3 tablets to this shop to have scree replaced o each..One tablet was repaired ad returned o problem..After 2months of having my property and actually taking my new lenovo yoga tablet apart for whatever reason it was returned to me not working at all,no new screen and was told that it would take too long coming from china...That should have been known when i first took it in.....My samsung tab 2 was to be reassembled,because i replaced the screen myself but needed an expert to reassemble it and replace a led cable..It was retured to me with a verizon screen that was too big for it and top partr of the screen fit the casing of the scree but the bttm portion protudded over the facing of the table and was heavily scratched to fit.The screen now has red lines going across the scree and a green line going down the screen..They did not check the work before i picked it up otherwise i should not have had to argue with the owner regarding the functions of the tablet.I was told that i was lying about the switched screes ad was a prick, arguing with me in the store..Never one time apologied for the shitty work or took any responsibility for the condtions of my tablets...I am pursuing legal action against the company now
