This is the place to go for cashing your personal or company check. It is fast and very professional. They take care of their customers, they are kind but if the customers are very rude as they’re cashing fake checks and very loud, they keep calm and not saying anything...they doing their best to give an excellent services. I’m coming to this place whenever I need to send money and cashing paychecks. Excellent customer service....

Customer service was not acceptable. There was no system, the assistants were rude and impatient and made me feel as if I was a burden for asking questions... I am foreign and not familiar with the process but I do not feel as though they were attentive or understanding to that at all. They could not cheque my cash in the end which was honestly the least of my concerns as the service was appalling. Didn’t even apologise to me, 1/5.

Used to be my favortie location until today. A 64 year old lady threatin to pull a gun on me and they did nothing but watch, and it was all because she was cutting in line

Hard for a check cashing store to breach three stars. Depending on what time you arrive you could be stuck waiting in line with a bunch of colorful characters for up to 30 minutes. If you want to get in and out fast, visit this store around 11am or between 3pm and 5pm.

Appauling customer service. Needed help to cash a personal cheque, was given a hard time as I am from overseas. No help was given, I was merely handed a sheet to fill out with no explanation what so ever. After asking for help for a third time I recieved no guidance and the lady serving me had absolutely no customer service skills. She was rude, impatient and helped me with absolutely nothing! Not only did I need to jump through many hoops to get no where, I was scrutinised for asking to cash a personal cheque! Needless to say interacting with all of the people who work there was a terrible and wasteful experience.

If I could Id give minus 5 stars. Customer service was absolutely appalling, the worst and most unprofessional way of treating (and misguiding, not to mention embarrassing) a customer I have ever experienced. You ought to be ashamed of the quality of service you offer, for such a central location.

Had to use it on emergency when bank was closed. Still use them.
