This is a very good bank. Great employees and they even greated me at the door.. I love San Francisco help.. Thank you for the great visit here.

Spent over an hour speaking with five different representatives to cancel an ACH recurring bill pay for my HOA. The fifth representative said my management company, Canyon Pacific had cancelled the recurring payment. I found out earlier today that was not the case and just had to spend another two hours (while on vacation with my family internationally) trying to sort this out. I finally had my own bank put a stop payment on all payments to Union Bank but still may have to deal with issues related to that. What an awful bank. I did not know where else to turn to try to resolve this.
