Very obnoxious, wanted to open the package I wanted to send, so I said “no thanks”, and simply went to the Post Office, who are very friendly, and gave me no trouble. I discourage giving this shop your business at all costs.

Forgot a backpack at hotel in Ontario. We were releived that the hotel had our backpack with very important medisin, headphones and laptop, but they could not send it to us. They recommended Smith Pack & Ship. Maurice at Smith Pack & Ship picked up the backpack at the hotel,packed it and sent it to our next hotel in Idaho and got it today. Excellent service! Thank you!

Not sure about using this store again. The pricing on their boxes is good, however the shipping itself was very expensive. Good customer service.

The old man that works there had a bad attitude towards me when I was trying have him scan a code to print a shipping sticker. He got all butt hurt and pretty much yelled at me saying that you guys don’t do that here. First of all I didn’t know anything. He needs a serious talk too or get fired.

I left my boots at a hotel in Ontario, they picked them up and shipped them to me. I had them in 2 days in CA. They were very nice and helpful and didnt price gouge. Definitely recommend! Thank you!!!

They are nice just to make you pay, and if you tell them its expensive and you want to go to somewhere else, they start telling you its the same and theyll be more expensive, but never trust them. I personally went somewhere else and it just cost me $7 instead of $50.

Everything needed in one place.

They dont want any business of they have to work. Every time I tried to use them they said No. Plus they are rude about it. I had a Amazon return and they said no because they said I needed two labels. I took the return to Staples and they returned it with the one label.

Any package contents, any package size, they will help you get it not only shipped but packed in a suitable box or other container. Smiths has been a mainstay in Ontario for a long time.

I was really glad to see that they have a drive up window since I had a toddler with me. I didnt need to buy anything, just drop off a prepaid box for UPS.
