Poor customer service. Waited over 2 hours on the phone before someone answered my call. Late flights two days in a row. Had to incur additional hotel and car costs because flight was over two hours late and I missed my connecting flight. Waited in San Francisco for over an hour to get my checked bags. Get it together JetBlue. You use to be my favorite airline. Now youre my least favorite. Unorganized airline that needs more leadership and evidently employees
Excellent service on fly 1034 SJU to MCO. On Aug 4 2021 My mother Gloria (97 years) needed help since she can walk and from the counter in Sju to arrival at Mco all personnel reacted quickly and professionally Even upgrade us to 1st Class. Thanks JetBlue
First time JetBlue flyer, yes save the bashing for later. I had always heard for years that JetBlue being a great airline to fly with due to spacious seats, free unlimited snacks, and live DirectTV (RIP Virgin America).Booked a direct flight from SFO to JFK, at a very reasonable price might I add! Finding the terminal was interesting as most JetBlue flights take off from terminal, which is torture for me as I would of loved to jump on many of the other international flights. Boarding process was straight forward, no delays, kind staff, and some snacks along the way. As advertised, HUGE seats, well worth it in my opinion. As for the media device, a little dated, yet gets the job done, but I will mention that my seats entertainment center was broken on the way back on a full flight (No seat change option). Smooth take off and landing as well, which is nice especially considering the smaller runway at SFO, so cheers to both pilots to and from.While most may be in the middle of the road when it comes to JetBlue, I honestly had a good experience, not sure if I would ditch my normal airlines due to current points. Although, it is worth considering moving forward as their direct and nondirect are pretty inexpensive and they have several flight locations around the US.
New no carry on policy is a deal breaker for me. I will fly with other carriers whenever possible until it changes.
They have changed my flight 3 times in the last week when I booked this over a month ago to pickup my father-in-laws ashes. Instead of arriving in time to be with my mother in law I now have a redeye overnight flight with a 3 hour layover.Not to mention the 3rd time they changed the time they didn’t even bother emailing me I logged in to checkin to flight the day before and the flight time had been changed AGAIN. Will never fly with JetBlue again. Worst first impression ever
Worst flight. Had to wait for boarding in. Then 1hour after landing since they had less staff and then waited over an hour to get the baggage. Will never ever take jetblue again.
Worst ever experience… Took an hour for taxing after landing… even more waiting time at the Baggage claim!

Extremely frustrated with my latest JetBlue experience. My flight from Houston to JFK was disrupted and we had to make an unplanned landing in Boston, thus making me miss my connecting international flight. My two bags were somehow lost by JetBlue and I talked with a rep when i finally made it to JFK who gave me a claim number. But now it has been over 30 days and no one at JetBlue will take responsibility or even attempt to help me. I am at a loss with their poor customer service and would recommend not flying with them unless you are not checking luggage as this has been a nightmare and a great financial burden for me.
Not my best experience with this airline. According to the Jet Blue website the ticket counter opens at 5:00 am. We were in line at 4:55 and watched many employees come in early, some stood on the scales and took selfies before they went in back. It was not until 5:15 that the lights were turned on and people started to emerge from the back room. Another 5 minutes of turning on computers and booting up scanners then they had the nerve to tell us to all have our boarding passes and IDs handy to keep things moving along. They hurried everyone on the plane and even had the groups B,C&D in line at the same time and filled the plane quickly then pulled out onto the runway where it sat for 10 minutes because we were early and had to wait for our departure time to take off. None of the controls worked for the tv so we watched a loop of the PSAs the entire flight. Kinda sucked!
Great airline, did SFO to BOS, regular seats are roomy for taller people.
This airline is appalling. They lose a great number of bags every flight. They’ve lost my bag and the compensation process has been extenuating. I was at the airport 2 days and j witnessed at least 15 other reports of missing bags from different flights.
Great service! On my flight from Long Beach Airport to San Francisco you got an free snack and free beverages! The legroom is incredible, better than most airlines even have on langhaul. The price is also very cheap.
Best Airline. Award winning service, best legroom in the U.S, Free Wi-fi, movies and snacks, nice planes. Best value for your money! Just love it.
Good people but why did we fly from SFO to BOS by way of northern Ontario and Maine?
Cant go wrong with the service JetBlue provides! Also has plenty of restaurants/places to grab a snack near the gates for Jetblue so your time will be enjoyable. Plenty of seats in the downstairs area also in case you do not want to eat in the open areas.

Worst customer service!! We were flying from SFO to FLL. Jet Blue didn’t let us pick our seats. Two passengers traveling together should have seats together too. They give my husband a seat and would not give the chance for me to pick mine when checking online . When we get to the gate they game me a seat all the way in the front far from my husband . When asked, the airline representative at the gate Jeff Tang said “my husband picked his seat already however we can purchase a seat next to each other for $70 a seat”. Its a scam to get the extra purchases out of the customer in need. Jet blue, perhaps some lessons in proper customer service for your representatives would be helpful. I will think again before flying jet blue.
I’ve had 3 trips from SFO to Boston on Jet Blue over the last three months. All 3 have experienced major delays. Today was the worst. No communication and 8 hours later they cancel the flight. Offer no compensation and could not book me on another flight. Never again.
If I could review with 0.01 stars I would. They are ridiculous. Strangely JetBlue airlines has different weather than any other company or person on the planet. We are sitting in SFO as we have been for hours and are delayed from 12:30 departure for 3 hours(the day is young...could be be more) and I just keep getting told it is weather related and out of our control although plenty of other airlines planes are taking off and landing just fine. DONT FLY JETBLUE....FLY A REAL AIRLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There’s a screen in every flight short or long no matter how long your flight is and no matter what kind of plane it is also no matter if the plane is big or small I love that about JetBlue
Repeatedly delighted.I have had nothing but really excellent experiences with JetBlue.The first time was on a delayed flight where I ran to Johnny Rockets in the terminal to get some chicken nuggets and I waited too long to order knowing that the plane was gonna board at any minute. I hoped that the food would be done but the pager never went off. Sadly, I walked to the gate and gave the gate attendant the pager and let him know that lunch is on me. After getting settled - probably 15 minutes after boarding into the plane and right before the doors closed, I see the desk attendant, looking for...Me - with my food! Man it made my day 100%. I got a $25 credit for the delay too!Today, I had to catch a flight to FLL and I didnt have my boarding pass yet. The nice lady gave me a really nice seat and I used my JetBlue plus card to waive the luggage fees.I guess just deep down I appreciate that JetBlue seems to care. I hope they expand their flightpaths cuz Im I might be some shade of trueblue for life.
Amazing amazing amazing 👍🙂🙏 very nice plane, excellent customer service in the plane, thankfull for the in flight wifi and charger outlet, comfortable leg space, TV screen on each seat, good entertainment, flight attendants keep asking for drinks and snacks, I am not sure what else can you ask for??🎂😁. I did not expect all this.I almost never have experience like this before. Keep up the good job Jet blue!!!!
I am 65 so flying is not something u usually look forward to. However, this was the best flying experience Ive had in quite a while. I actually had enough leg room and free Wi-Fi thanks to my Amazon Prime account. The free drinks didnt hurt either.
What an amazing experience we had with JetBlue! We were helped by Akiya Rollocks! She assisted my mom with special needs form and was very patient with us and thorough with guidance!Akiya sets a very high bar for customer service nationwide!Thank you JetBlue for such employees!!

Flight delayed for hours due to routine service. If the service is routine, then why schedule flights at the same time? Now Im stuck sitting in a closed airport for hours and wont get home until after dark. My wife and I are never flying JetBlue again
