Flight AV560 from El Salvador to Sfo arrived on time we were so happy to see our loved ones back to the States.

Costumer service = 0 is very frustrating

The last time I traveled through Avianca, it was very early in the morning. There was no line going through security, and despite that, the wheelchair operators took forever. They were not very caring and not very helpful to bring you inside the plane.Once inside the plane, passengers take advantage and take double seats so they can sleep though the flight. I had to sit somewhere else since someone took my seat and was snoring already when I got to my seat. Overall, the airline is good when travelling to Central and South America.
