Asiana air customer service never anwsers. They keep playing the automated message. I tried to call them over twenty times within four hours. They never answer. What is the point of having the customer service number if they do not bother to answer? I also do not understand why they prevent a customer change his/her personal information on their website. I found out that they misidentified my gender so that I wanted to correct it by myself becuase I know my gender better than the stupid Asiana air. But I couldnt do it because they prevent me from correcting the misinformation. What is wrong with Asiana?

Just got back from round trip SFO-INC-CAN, the ground crew of Asiana at SFO is unacceptably disrespectful. Because it took us(everyone on plane) about 2 hours to get pass immigration, the luggage carousel had changed to other flights and since stop running. Asiana’s crew selectively pulled luggage from the belt and only a few (6-7) were still on the belt, both of mine, other airlines had pull all of the luggage and placed them in a central area so people can easily find them.If not to make matters worst, I discovered a dent and various scratches on my luggage one that is so severe that is almost completely punctured through. So I reached out to this lady from Asiana just standing there, she had the nerve to ridicule my report in Cantonese as she further reports this to her ‘superior’. Guess what lady, I understand Cantonese. Later a manger looking dude came over and without even looking said “we don’t compensate for scratches” and “I work in baggage too and this happens all the time on the belt”. And how is that my fault? Excuse me, my semi-new luggage was pristine when I handed to your company’s care. Is your belt not mine! I was only looking for an apology, not actual monetary compensation but their attitude and action in this situation make me sick. Their complete lack of respect disgusts me.This has made me loss all faith in the airline, the lack of respect for their customers reveals much problem within the airlines. No more Asiana for me, ever.
