I was ther on a Friday, told the employee Ill be back tomorrow to get my vehicle. She just said ok, knowing there not going to be open. There hours listed here are not accurate they are really only open M-F. Because of this my vehicle now has to be here an extra 2 days for no reason. If its after hours their number thats listed is no help. There is no one there to help and they want $100 for anything after hours to do with your vehicle.

The owner is totally incompetent. The hours of operation do not match what the website says. He gave me the vehicle back with the key stuck inside and iwas locked oyt of my vehicle. Do not do business here.

THIS IS A GOOD TOW COMPANY SO LOOK NO FURTHER!!! I was on the 15n and I hit a pothole that popped both left tires! I got to the side safely and quickly looked up tows. 2 companies with better ratings told me they were too busy. What?? In this time of need who wants to hear that? Another said 3 hr wait..?! So I called guardian and they came in less then 30 minutes and Farhad slapped my car on his truck in like 2 minutes! Had me to discount tires in minutes! He was friendly, and gave me suggestions on how to save money on the tow and the tires! And the operator was also friendly, kept in contact with me, and just made this stressful time easier. Exceptional... Within 10 minutes of calling AAA, they arrived. Car needed to be towed to dealer. The tow driver took great care of my car.

Gave me no hassle and answered all the questions I had. Awesome people working there. They even made sure I checked to make sure my insurance paid for their tows and storage after my accident. Nothing but 5 stars from the experience I had.

They towed my car from the accident scene after I left in an ambulance. I was hurt and unable to get to the tow yard until I got a rental vehicle. This happened to be a Saturday. I had spoken to Guardian Towing on Friday but was never informed there would be a $100 gate fee to access my vehicle after hours or on the weekend. So I got there and there was no one there. When I called, they refused to come to let me get anything from my vehicle unless I would pay an additional $100. Its not right that they can hold your property for ransom when youve been the victim of an accident. I could not get my garage door opener and have no other parking space for my rental. I also had food and other items I needed from the car. Accident victims should not be treated like people whose cars were impounded. Choose fair tow companies and dont give your business to those who take advantage of people already in bad situations.Edit: I see they responded 8 months later but did not address my complaints. Again, I spoke with them on a Friday about getting my things and was never informed there would be a $100 fee for them to open the gate or that I could only come at certain times. The response is flippant and sloppy and ignores the actual complaint, instead placing blame back on the customer. Maybe they could read the reviews and check their facts before responding.... 8 months later! We need better regulation of towing businesses, especially when they are responsible for the safe keeping of accident victims vehicles and other property.

Charged me 235 bucks for a accident towing for only 5 miles! They will definitely overcharge you if you are in emergency.By the way, I didnt called them, the police officer called them. I dont know what the deal they made in this. SO Please have your roadside number ready just in case getting robbed like me.Call they if you want to be robbed. Call your credit card company, AAA or someone else if you want save your pocket.It turned out that many credit card company provide the roadside assistant for free, AAA member ship can be purchased after your accident happen and still cover your towing.

My son was kind enough to help a lady on the side of the road just now; the receptionist at this towing company called my son and read him the riot act because some (opportunistic) towing company got there before Guardian. I am the young mans mother and Im at my office 10 miles away when my son called me to help. I called Guardian on behalf of the lady. My initial conversation with this young woman was very pleasant and I was very glad they could come help this lady as quickly as they could because my son needed to be elsewhere and was running late. But when you ring my son (because you couldnt reach me), and are discourteous to him for something that wasnt his fault then the quality of the customer service here doesnt even get a star. (Unfortunately I had to give it one in order to post my disappointment). My son told the lady that Guardian was coming to assist her and the drivers name was Ben ---- the ball was now in her court not my sons. Whats poor customer service here is that you would purposely ring someone to be rude to them. Dont get me wrong, I understand that this is a tough business and you lost $70.00 here --- but sometimes you chalk it up --- you win some, you lose some. Because of the way you spoke to me on the phone initially; I would have put this companys number on speed dial.....but as it stands now....I dont think so.
