Tamin from Wind N Sea towing saved the day! I had to get my car towed 95 miles, and Tamin was quick to respond, professional, and helped turn around a hard day (never fun to have your car break down far from home…). A big thanks!

My mom and I are AAA customers. We had to call for service and because of a mix-up between my card number and her card number we had to call for a second service. The service was late at night around 9:00 p.m. and we had this company come out to service my moms vehicle. Rani Haoel was the gentleman that helped with our battery. We were having some frustrations with AAA because we are Arizona members and we were in California. He was able to contact AAA get the information that we needed find warranty information that we didnt have and totally went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best assistance we neededHe made the experience enjoyable he was very friendly We were able to laugh during the situation and he made sure that everything was taken care of and that our battery that was under warranty stayed under warranty and we didnt have to pay extra. When contacting AAA for the fifth time that day which is not normal he took over the phone calls to make sure that everything was taken care of. My mom and I cannot say enough about the service that Rani provided. I will be keeping his card in my car because if I ever need assistance again when Im in California I will be contacting him. Absolutely the best service!!!!!!

My 17-year old son was broken down on the freeway. He had his AAA card but lost his license. Due to covid he hasnt recieved a new one yet. Rama from Wind N Sea Towing charged him $175. I got to the Honda place just as he was unhooking the car. I tried to show Rama my license and AAA card and he would not reimburse the money. I think this is unfair and unacceptable!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will be filing a complaint with AAA as well.

Dont use this business. I had one of their drivers get aggressive with me on an on-ramp to the 5 & when I tried to get away from him he sped up his flatbed truck & deliberately ran me off the road making sure that he pulled up next to me while I was in the gravel on the shoulder so I could see he was screaming at me. I called the office to complain because the guy couldve easily killed me running me off the pavement like that & the guy who answered wouldnt take the license plate number at first, didnt ask me what happened, didnt want to listen when I tried to tell him, was super rude & then hung up the phone on me.

He was super friendly and professional as well. I dont live in the area I was in, but if needing a service that Wind n Sea provides when (and if) Im in that area, they will be my 1st call and I will request Yazen (hopefully he will be working) :)

My elderly mother’s car broke down and she called AAA. AAA did not provide its usual great service initially, which caused my mother to have to wait an extra hour. It was a very hot day. Car was towed here after accident. Office manager was nice at first until presented the situation my Gucci slippers were missing out my car when my wife wasn’t allowed to grabbed them because she wasn’t the register owner I show up to retrieve them and there missing they kick me off property and police was called not only is my car wrecked I now have been robbed for my red Gucci slippers the people that work here are obviously rotten and think that they can’t take and do what they want. Don’t leave anything that looks expensive in vehicle

The tow truck driver refused to give me his name. I told him my two back tires were slashed multiple times. Ive been a AAA member for a very long time and have never had problems with the tow truck drivers they send me. This man refused to tow me stating if it fills up with air then theres nothing wrong with it and Im not towing you he filled it with air even tho I repeatedly told him they were slashed with a knife multiple times and would not make it to the shop. He proceeded to call whoever is at the front desk ( they wouldnt give me their name clearly or the drivers) the front desk person was super rude and hung up on me multiple times, threatened to cancel my AAA membership and refused to give me the tow truck drivers name. So not even 5 minutes after filling it up with air the tire was almost halfway flat again, how would I have been able to drive to the shop 20 mins away when it started getting flat after 5 mins of him filling it up with air. I managed to take a photo of his license plate and truck # even tho he absolutely refused to give me his name. After talking to the AAA operator about what happened she said both back tires were slashed multiple times? Yeah you definitely need a tow they wont hold air. I love AAA, they have great customer service and support

He arrived ahead of schedule, wore a mask and gloves, jumped the battery, gave me some insight as to what he was seeing, and then took it to the Toyota dealer as I had requested. I enjoyed this tow. As bad as my night was this made it better. We had our daughters and they came within 5 minutes of my AAA call. They brought a cab for my car seats, he had the cab super warm when we got in and was so kind. I would definitely use them again.

To the guy driving the #33 towing car, I had a ONE YEAR OLD in my car! And you decided to break check my husband! When theres 2 LANES GOING TO ONE LANE, its the right then left and RIGHT AGAIN!! It was my husbands turn! You got mad when he had the right away! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!

NEVER EVER LEAVE THESE THIEVES ALONE WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!! It took them nearly 2 hours to get my car to a shop 20 minutes away. It was being towed for front end work. The driver was extremely rude and sat on his phone inside of his truck for 20 minutes as I sat there and waited. He was extremely rude. Then he came out and drove my car up onto the flatbed nearly 2 hours later when my car arrived at the shop the owner of the shop called and asked what was wrong with the car and why would it not start now. Come to find out the anti theft mechanism had been cut out between the time it was picked up and dropped off. The vehicle was just now towed to a Toyota dealership from the front end repair shop. And now it is an insurance claim for theft instead of front end work. I am eagerly waiting a call from the Toyota dealership to find out what was all stolen from inside of my vehicle from that terrible terrible towing company In order to file a police report a report with the Better Business Bureau a report with AAA and a small claims case. Never use them!

Rani was printed on his uniform. He was very polite & courteous, I booked AAA through an app that gps’d a street address when I was on i15. Had everything I needed to keep it moving. He was also very attractive, which didn’t hurt much.

My car needed a tow back to the dealer. They were dispatched to my location through AAA. They arrived quickly, although I had provided detailed information, the driver had a hard time locating my car. But once we connected, he was very professional, courteous, amicable, calm, careful, and efficient. He dealt very well with other impatient drivers and the traffic, having to push my car out of the parking spot it was in, in a shopping mall. He delivered my car to the dealer in the expected timeframe. Although it was my first experience with them, I am very satisfied with their service and their professionalism. I would recommended them to anyone needing a tow.

I called after having dealt with Steves towing ( which is the WORST by the way ) & these guys took my call after Steves towing told them I verbally abused them and was being outrageous... long story short these guys came and had not one BUT BOTH of my cars started within 10 minutes no problem when Steves towing told me I needed a 600 alternator before the could even check my battery !?! Idk these guys literally checked alternator AND switched my battery in less time then Steves towing took arguing with me ... thanks guys Ill recommend you to anyone !!!

I had incredible service with this company! I was connected through AAA to tow my car when I received a flat. The driver, Tamim, was wonderful. He was very helpful and kind, took care of everything for me, made great conversation and told some good stories all the while. Its always a bummer to have to get towed, but this is a great company if youre in need of the service.

One of the worst tow service in San Diego, I called them and explained to them over the phone exactly what I had and they gave me a price. When they showed up, the driver was an a-hole and started making excuses about my truck. I ordered a medium duty tow truck to tow my truck. The drive said I did not know. Yet he was driving a medium duty tow truck. He then called despatch and started to change the prices to more than double just to tow me less than 5 miles. I cancelled on them and told them I rather stay here on the highway then deal with guys like you. I ended up towing it my self and for free. Do not use use these people, they are liars and cheats. They quote you one price and change it when they get to you. Leaving you waiting for another truck or going with their service for more money

I would like to give zero stars to the VERY rude driver who refused to get out of his truck and talk to me and explain the process... then yelled at me about how I needed to be nice to him as he was helping me. When I said I was helping him too by giving him business and that we needed to “help each other” he then shouted over me until I stopped talking. These people do not deserve your business. And as a woman, for sure not mine. ... and, in the end he couldn’t help me at all as he had the “wrong truck”.... Thanks for nothing...

I was in a terrible car accident recently during a torrential rain storm on I-5 North and Wind N Sea Towing was absolutely amazing. They arrived within minutes and handled everything beautifully. My tow truck driver (Ted) was incredibly helpful and even provided useful advice on next steps with repairs and insurance claims. I could not have had a better experience and highly recommend their services. They are outstanding.

Your driver in truck #53 on Saturday at 12:40 pm has a problem. I would never ever use your company with employees like this guy.

Careful, they charge $65/ day for storage and then $230 for the tow, even if you request a tow thru AAA towing service - they talked daughter into towing car here vs home for AAA full coverage. They claim the insurance will cover it - not including your deductible. We just wanted the car towed home. This is a scam, but AAA is investigating.

On Wednesday, May 8 2019, at approximately 6:30 PM, a Wind and Sea tow truck was traveling through the Admiral Hartman military housing (Pico St., San Diego CA) at a speed exceeding 40 mph. This is a family neighborhood and children were playing on the sidewalks. Driver was told to slow down in this neighborhood and the driver stuck his middle finger out the window of the tow truck and sped up even faster. I don’t recommend using this company because this is obviously how they train their drivers and the respect the drivers show our military. There was a “Automobile Club of Southern California” emblem on the side of the tow truck. I will also be reporting this incident to them.

I had a flat tire and no spare. Robert towed my car to Discount Tire. What really blew me away and why I am writing this review was that Robert waited while they gave me a quote on the tires so I could make sure I was going to get a good deal. He definitely didnt have to do this and probably took an extra 15 minutes out of his day. Definitely made having to get my car towed a little bit better of an experience.

Asked the driver to set my SUV down at the edge of the drive-way so that I can still get other vehicles out of the garage and thus by the SUV. He failed to do so now I cant even get My Harley down the freaking drive way. So what do I do now...Brain Surgeons walk to work? Signed the title of my car over to the towing company and they promptly sold it to someone else without notifying the DMV and now Im getting parking tickets for a car i do not own. On top of that the reception workers were of no help offering little to no advice and said I should speak to a manager that merely implied it wasnt his problem.

Worse t tow company ever. The drivers are very rude. They call one another and talk about you in a different language, which is extremely rude and disrespectful. They give you a hard time if it’s a long distance tow because they don’t want to take the drive. AAA needs to cancel the contract with this company.

Sevan was the tech that came out to my house via AAA, my 2017 GLS 450 battery had gone totally dead. He replaced that battery that was under the passenger front seat. I was amazed as I watched him complete this task. Within 30-45 minutes I had a new battery replaced and was extremely pleased. This young man crushed it. CongratsWind N Sea towing on a job well done.

Headed to VONS, this towing company has its truck parked out side of the store in the travel lane at a RED curb with the park anywhere lights on. The driver grabbed a cart and went inside and was shopping! Tons of real parking spots for the truck but nope he wants to be in the way.

We were rescued by Harvey today. He was quite possibly the nicest guy we have ever met. Had two other tow truck drivers cancel and left us sitting for hours. Harvey called and gave me a ten minute estimate. He was true to his word and we can actually say, for the awfulness of the situation, it was entirely enjoyable interacting with him. A huge thank you to Harvey.

Absolute best service Ive had from a towing company. They are AAA approved. When I call AAA I insist on having them send them. Why? Because they are always in time and professional. Im a demanding customer. Ill admit it. But hey, if youre going to do something do it right. And these guys get it right. Several times Ive made appointments and they have always been there at least 10 minutes early. Thats important to me, because I value my time and I can tell they value my time as well. Whenever I have had to make a road side assistance call, they have been there within 15 minutes. THATS 15 MINUTES!!!! WTH have you ever had a tow company take 15 minutes? Thats insane. Do these guys like have a tow truck on every corner? Lol. And they never use rush time as an excuse for taking a long time.One time I called for flat tire service it took them 2 HOURS and 38 MINUTES. I know because I was waiting on the side of the road for 2 HOURS and 38 MINUTES!!!! In the cold. You know how that much that sucked? But never again. I thought when it came to towing, that you just had to deal with bad service. But not with these guys. Oh, another company I called for service, broke my convertible top. I drive a Mercedes Convertible and the guy tried to shove the wheel into the small trunk without pushing the convertible partition up. Well, he broke it. It was the middle of summer and I couldnt use my top for months, until everything was sorted out. It cost $850 to fix. They paid for it, but it was a pain in the butt. Putting the claim in. Waiting until it got approved. Taking it in for service.But NO more. I dont have to go through this anymore, because I always use Wind N Sea from now on. And you dont have to deal with incompetent towers either, from now on. Oh, I almost forgot. They also have nice new clean towing cabs. Thats nice when you have to ride for miles. Dont deal with all that non sense out there. Call Wind N Sea. They also service Riverside County. Oh, special shout out to Rody the manager. Hes the best.

ABSOLUTELY the BEST towing experience I have ever had. I have had AAA for almost 20 years and during that time I have had many many tows. But none as good as this one.Im the type of guy that rarely posts reviews. For me to write a review, you really have to go above and beyond the call of duty and provide premier service. Because let me tell you, I am a very discerning consumer and expect exceptional service. Maybe its because Im a business owner myself.In any event, I had a 7am appt with a towing service AAA selected for me. I live in a rural private road ranch which is very hard to find. To my surprise, Brandon was there early. He got there at 6:50 am despite getting lost at first. My car had two flats and the battery was dead. Brandon cheerfully jumped my battery and towed me to the tire shop. Unfortunately, when I got there, they discovered that one of the tires was not repairable or replaceable, because I have to special order my tire.Therefore, I needed a tow back. I called the manager, Rody, and without hesitation, he agreed to send another tow truck as a courtesy. Thats what I call going above and beyond the call of duty, world class customer service and exceptional generosity.Think about it. I was desperate and stranded with an expensive Mercedes with a bad tire, irreplaceable and unreparable. Rody told me not worry, that he would take care of me. He sure did. Within 15 minutes Cesar had arrived before I was even done checking out of the tire shop. He took me home and I was never happier.Whenever Im in need of another tow, Im going to call AAA and request Wind N Sea Towing. Wind-N-Sea was fast, cheap and provided excellent customer service. After having issues with the Towing Team, Wind-N-Sea came to the rescue!! They were significantly cheaper, knew what they were doing and arrived in 20 minutes. I lost my keys so Ted had to figure out how to move my car without being able to put it in gear while parked in a a tight parking stop. His 17+ years of experience really showed through several tradesman tricks. He also provided me with a person who made me a new set of new keys in my driveway!! He saved me big bucks by not having to take my car to the dealership plus the logistical headache that would have caused. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heart beat.

The drivers spend all their time trying to get you to go a repair shop owned by the same guy. talked trash about all the other shops in the area, wasnt TOO hard to figure out, but what a bunch of gangsters! Use someone else to tow your car.

One of their drivers has a serious problem. He first was tailgating me in the slow lane trying to speed past traffic. I tapped my brake. Then he passed me on the right, flipped me off and swerved into my lane making me slam on my brakes.He must be trying to wreck cars for job security. Not cool!

I called AAA to have my Jeep towed to the dealership. Sameer showed up right away and gave me and my 3 year old a ride. He was so nice and friendly. When we got to the dealership (Midway Chrysler in Mission Valley) they were extremely rude and tried to overcharge me. I walked out in tears and Sameer called a local mechanic and asked for their help. He towed us to this mechanic where my Jeep was checked out right away and I got a great deal. I would have been stuck with a $1,000 bill at the dealership if it wasnt for Sameers help. Thank you for going above and beyond! I highly recommend this company!

Worst service, unprofessionalManager is tatted up and looks like she belongs in a womens detention center with the way she conducts herself. Dont waste half a penny on their service. Apparently the Manager wants to over charge just to do it. We called several other tow companies and gave them every detail about the tow and they all said at most it should be $350 no more, so The manager for Wind n Sea Towing wants to charge $595.. Hope this family business survives having an office manager like this, horrible customer service. Chp had to come and bring up their contract with Wind n Sea Towing and the actual cost ended up being $270, thats a huge difference in cost!!! Thanks Chp for making sure fraud didnt take place with this business

My car got a flat tire and I called AAA I was told the tow truck would come between a specific amount of time... They came earlier than expected... I was greeted by JJ and very nice young man... He made my nerves calm and my freak out experience so much better... He suggested places to take my car because having a jaguar XJ8... There are places that dont have my tire... The ride to the auto repair shop was entertaining and we celebrated about a lot of great things... He made me feel at ease and I thank him very much... Very professional and respectful... I recommend if you need a tow... Call wind n sea... :D Thank you again JJ... You were great...

Aaa recommended this company to me to tow my car back home (40 miles). The driver arrived and was very unhappy when he found out how far the tow was. He then called aaa and told them that my engine casing was dragging (it wasnt) and that it would be very dangerous to tow. He offered to bring a flatbead truck but said aaa wouldnt cover it and it would cost 400$. Aaa than canceled my tow because of what the mechanic said. Called the company and spoke to a manager on the phone who was extremely rude and unhelpful. Please dont use this company and lend your business to a more helpful company.
