Came here today for an oil change. Is the day before a holiday weekend so understandably busy. That said, I was in and out much faster than expected and service was still top notch. The staff was friendly and so courteous. While they offered the typical extra services and products that some places will try and “up sell” I never felt pressured to purchase any extras or felt they were trying to talk me into things I didn’t need. Will continue going here

They are very thorough and efficient. Ive used this Valvoline twice and both times were great. Besides the oil change, their inspection is also great and they are very honest about what you may or may not want to consider getting as far as other vehicle maintenance. I greatly appreciate the fact that they dont pressure you in any way nor do they mislead you in order to get a sale. Above and Beyond, this is one of the few businesses that Ive been a consumer of in the past 2 years that still employs genuine customer service (I know, imagine that!). I must note that I used Groupon for the oil change. Its a great deal!

Went in for an oil change yesterday. They dropped the skid plate and drained it properly. Today, I brought in my other car, they started setting up the suction machine instead of draining it from the bottom. I asked if they could do it the normal way, and they said “this is the normal way. Plus this reduces claims from skid plate damage” basically they refused to provide the same service they provided yesterday because they were lazy today, but they blamed it on damage claims which indicates incompetence. Apparently they are unable to remove a few screws without causing damage. I asked if there was a problem with my car that is preventing them from accessing it this way, and there was not. So, lazy! I left without getting service. I have an extractor at home if I want to be lazy!

Quick, easy, reliable service! I was greeted almost immediately by Eva. Didn’t wait long and was walked through the entire process/steps. The staff were all very friendly. Wow...Sunny and the rest of the crew there take a highly unusual amount of pride in their work. You dont see that level of work ethic these days anywhere. It was an experience to watch them do their thing. A Groupon brought me there, but I will definitely make them my go to oil change place at full price going forward. What a pleasurable experience...Excellent job!!

Fast, just sit in the car and wait.Not the cheapest, nor the most expensive... but no appointment needed.

I came in, they didn’t even have the oil filter. So I came back a few days later and I get in line and the reshuffle all the cars. Was literally the first one there and ended up getting in after 2 other people that pulled up later. So annoying. And it took forever. And they overinflated my tires. Gave them 3 stars cause they were nice.

Went for an oil change yesterday and as part of their service they checked and filled my tires. Today my 2 month old tire randomly exploted. When I went to the tire shop they said that based on what they could see, the tired popped due to overinflation. After seeing this I checked all my tires and all of them were at least 5 psi over the manufacturer recommend psi.

Greeted by Javier who was safe, courteous and professional. He walked us through the services and got started with his work. As he moved under the hood, Eva got started applying hoses and checking air pressure. Donald E. approached us safely and quickly took time to explain any extra services the vehicle would benefit from without any undue pressure or attitude. As he talked, he introduced Jenny, who began refilling the oil and came up to my window to finish us through the oil change.We pulled up with all 3 bays filled and the whole process took no longer than 15 minutes. This is one of the most efficient and professional teams I have have ever witnessed and am still thoroughly impressed by their combined efforts.

I got oil change service on Sep. 7.When I came home, I found two of the screws for closing and holding the engine air filter cap were not there and later identified that some part of them, each, were broken and left inside. That is, the head part of screws both are broken and gone. That was why the technician tried to blow the electric screw drivers two times.I think its overpowered and broken.He didnt even honestly mentioned to me. The cap must be suitably closed for engine to take filtered air into it. I m really surprised by the quality and honesty of those staff members.

Just had a quick 15 minute oil change. The staff was quick and the prices were pretty fair. Oil plus coolant $80. So worth it for me. I was in and out!I’ll come back for sure.

They checked all my fluid levels, checked my tire pressure, and made recommendations on fluids that need to be changed, gave me a printout so I can fix 1 thing at a time, all the employees are awesome and run a tight ship!!

Do not go this oil change place! They are crooks and inexperienced! I advise you not to go and get your vehicle serviced somewhere else. They CANNOT even do a simple oil change. I took in my 2015 Kia Soul for an simple oil change and Oil filter change and due to one of their workers not tightening my new Oil filter that they installed, it caused my engine leak a lot Oil over a short period of time. In which, costed me a new Engine!! My Engine seized due to oil no being present (because of the oil filter and examined by my mechanic). I talked to the manager in charge and even the Owner and they did nothing to even fix it or help me cover an extent of replacing the engine. So I had to pay out of pocket for a new engine, which they cost thousands of dollars. So once again, I’m leaving this Google review as proof that this place does not have the adequate experience nor the Integrity to uphold themselves accountable for any of their mistakes. Poor customer service and young inexperienced “technicians” (not mechanics) that cannot even change a Kia Soul oil filter properly. So, Pay an actual mechanic to do your oil change, not worth the quick and fast service that they advertise if they cannot perform it correctly without costing you the engine like the did with my car.

Went to the dealer for a regular service and it turns out that valvoline only put half of the needed oil for my engine type. Id double check if I were you.

Smooth process. Didnt have to wait hours for an oil change. You just stay in your car, they complete your entire process, and they show you the oil once complete.

Review an oil change place? I usually avoid reviewing chains because I expect we all know what is going on...But not when you get great customer service. Now that deserves some notice. While the whole team serviced my car my customer service rep was Manu (Manual). I love it when people show passion for their job. You could tell he wasnt just there to do the minimum. Believe it or not you can bring passion to any job and he did it. Even when offering the up sales (tire rotations... gas additive... so on) it wasnt a pushing sales pitch it was a quick explanation to the benifits then he let me the customer decided without the over sell feeling. Normally I say no but he got me...Professional which I would expect from Valvoline. In and out? Check. Even with cars waiting they managed the line quickly even jogging out to give estimate wait times which was a nice touch considering they were hustling without rushing (if you can dig what I mean)End of story? I will be seeing this team in 5000 miles. No doubt.Thanks guys!

They don’t do oil changes for any classic car. They Where rude and unprofessional. I asked for them to put 3 quarts of 10w 50 oil in my Volkswagen bug and they told me they can’t change oil on cars not in the computer. Update your computers then ! they might as well work at a movie theater . They have no common sense when it comes to cars

David, the head technician, took very good care of me after another Valvoline store had damaged the bolt and gasket during an oil change. When I found a puddle of oil in my driveway, I called the shop that did the oil change and they immediately had me go to another shop closer to me so that I dont have to drive all the way to them on an empty oil tank. Both of the stores worked together to correct the mistake. David ordered the parts directly from the dealership without charging me, and within a couple of hours I had my car back with no leak and filled with oil again. They even shuttled me from home to pick up my car. They owned up to their mistake, and never tried to blame me, like your typical mechanic. Thanks for the great customer service.

They say quick and easy service but I didn’t think they meant THIS quick and easy! I know literally nothing about cars, and every time I go to to a mechanic, I’m always left wondering what’s going on. But David and another gentlemen (he was wearing glasses) took great care of me! I actually understood what was going on, and they let me know exactly what work I needed done every step of the way. They even threw in extra services I wasn’t expecting! Been multiple times a like it. David is super knowledgeable and nice. Diane wasnt wearing her mask over he nose though and that made me a little uncomfortable when she leaned in the car to do a few things. Can get good coupons for her on Groupon.

INCREDIBLE service provided by David and Alex. They were kind, efficient and informed me of everything they were doing while maintaining appropriate social distance (I stayed in my car the whole time). Had my oil changed and they kindly check your lights, tire pressure, windshield wipers and other fluids and advise you of services you might want to consider but do not pressure or make you feel stupid! Love this shop and would highly recommend having your car serviced by these rockstars. Be sure to grab your coupon from their website, I saved $12! Total was about $65 (I got the mid level quality oil) and totally worth it for convenience.

The employees didnt open the shop at opening time . The manager showed up and opened up right away. They put the wrong oil in my car & tried to convince me that it was ok. I tried stopping the guy putting the oil in my car and he ignored me & walked away. The gal was in the middle of showing me my cabin filter and he told her to go and he got this. He grabbed my cabin filter & put it back the wrong way and didntput my glove compartment back together and quickly walked away. I had to call him to come back twice to fix it. They didnt know how to reset the light and told me I had to check my manuel . Lol!How does an oil change employee not know his or her oil change job and was given the keys to open the shop and literally didnt open the shop.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at the Valvoline on University. Everyone was insanely friendly and polite. They are extremely knowledgeable and super fast. Amazing experience! Staff is incredibly kind and informative, which is the main reason I will continue going back for services. Only took about half an hour, because I also had my tires rotated or else it wouldve been even quicker. You get to stay in your car, while they explain what they are doing, and very reasonable priced!

Usually I don’t do reviews but after this experience it doesn’t make me want to visit another lube place again, I took my mom’s car in for an oil change and I waited 35 minutes just for someone to tell me they’d get me inside in another 15. Once I drove in the Jeffery the manager was extremely rude, almost as if he didn’t even want to work on my car, Oscar was extremely nice and quick. To top it off it was almost as if Jeffery was trying to hit on me as well, WILL NEVER GO BACK, NOT RECOMMENDED EITHER!

Ive been to a couple of this drive thru valvoline service shops and they all have one thing in common, professionalism. The employees are fast, well trained and super corteous. The price is higher than what you would pay if you did your own oil change, but youre paying for service and a well done job. They also check all your levels, air filter and tire pressure for free. Definitely would recommend.

Women Beware!I purchased a groupon for an oil change at this Valvoline and used it on 1/17/2020. After the oil change, I left and thought everything was fine.Then, the very next day, my oil light came on. I took it back to Valvoline and they checked it out. They told me that there were no leaks, but that I was short one quart of oil. They said that they did not know how/why my car was short one quart of oil (obviously, it was because when they did the oil change the day before, they shorted me a quart of oil).They proceeded to tell me that they dont have one quart of full synthetic the oil for my car. (How do you not have *one* quart of full synthetic oil, when your business is oil changes??).They told me to go to Auto Zone across the street to purchase the oil. I felt that this was wrong, but I went anyway. When I returned I asked for a refund for the quart (Why should I pay for the quart of oil that they shorted me?) They told me NO. They said the missing quart of oil was not their fault and that I should contact the car dealership (how does that make sense?).Feeling wronged, I left and called my husband. He then called Valvoline, explained what happen to me, and asked how were they not responsible for shorting me a quart of oil? Once he called, then Valvoline offered a refund for the oil change. My question is: why did I have to have my husband call for them to admit they did the wrong they?

Went here for oil change, asked if they could top off fluids (coolant, transmission) etc which is supposed to be done with oil change anyhow, checked it less than 30 mins later and this was not done !! So I basically paid for an oil change and air in my tires!

I went last weekend for an oil change. The staff was friendly and quick. I was very happy with that encounter. I came in tonight to change out a headlight bulb and again was met with a very kind greeting and great service. I bought a bulb last night and found I couldnt change it out. They did it on the house, which I found amazingly nice. Its good to know that theyre not just out for a buck.

Service is good, mechanics are knowledgeable. Been here multiple times on weekends and the wait is always close to an hour. Some lines move faster than others based on how hard the mechanics in that line work, but youre stuck once you drive up. Cheaper prices can usually be found outside the chain

Talked me into all this stuff my car “needed” and couldn’t tell me why it “needed” it and then I got a letter saying one of their employees has COVID.

I like that you can sit in the car. They were quick and they check all the fluids. Took a little while to get the car checked out.

I went in for a quick simple oil change using synthetic blend oil. The technicians checked the basic safety features, topped off the fluids, and performed the requested oil change in about 10 minutes. They were friendly and efficient - no issues.

Waited over 45 min. When I got into the bay they started only to stop 5 min and tell me that their fleet vehicle program on computer is down and they can not do it at this time. They then told me to go to another Valvoline on mission gorge rd. That their system is working ok.What a complete waste of time....Thank you valvoline

Great customer service. Very fast oil change. In and out in 10 mins or so. Manuel was very friendly and attentive to his job. I even got offered a cup of water. Totally coming back to this place again.

Went in in December for an oil change and they took my info and that I was using an online deal, the oil change took a while because there were only 3 people and they’d be helping one car. They started moving faster when more cars started to come in and I guess they chose to neglect my car because 3 months later, here I am, learning I need to spend $500+ on repairs because I apparently never had my oil changed, which explains why I wasn’t charged a remain amount like I typically am and why I never received my mileage sticker for when to return for another change. I’m very confused what they showed me on my oil level rod.

Id give them 0 stars if I could honestly. I went in for an oil change that was supposed to be $20 and came out with over $300 worth of stuff my car needed. They told me the oil change would be $50 even after telling them I didnt need the oil because I had my own and when I said I had my own oil somehow it went to $60!! On top of it all they have no idea how to do their own jobs.. the oil pan on my car had a rounded bolt, which is the only reason why I came here, somehow it took them 2 HOURS to get done. Never coming here again
