Fantastic experience at this location, JJ was very pleasant, very informative, and not pushy in the least. On the first drive with my vehicle he diagnosed the problem that I had spent weeks trying to figure out, and it was something I had already dismissed as not worth checking, turns out his quick diagnosis was spot on. Answered all of my calls checking in and checked with me before doing any further work. Again, lovely experience, and greatly appreciated!

My car had an engine oil leak. They assessed the problem free of charge, ordered replacement parts right away, replaced said parts and cleaned the engine block for me. I thought the price was fair. My car is over 20 years old so I had so other concerns. They checked it out for me and gave me some tips on things to look out for. Overall positive experience, would visit them again.

Got my clutch and radiator replaced here. It was a great price and excellent service. I would recommend JJs AAMCO shop to anyone.

This place is phenomenal. Had the clutch on my Jeep go out in the desert and I brought it to JJ at AAMCO. At first I was nervous about how long it would take because its my daily driver and he was swamped with customers and cars, but he made the time to work on it right away. He called me with constant updates on the truck to include work that needed to be done, parts and services rendered, price and timeline so I was never once in the dark. Had the Jeep back quickly and I left with a big smile on my face. It runs like a dream again and I have JJs friendly demeanor and timely service to thank for it.

JJ is awesome! The differential on my 2011 Chevy Impala blew up on me in October of 2019. I had it towed to this AAMCO and JJ got to work. I had my car back. Unfortunately, something went wrong a few months later and the diff broke down again. I got it back to JJ and he repaired it again thanks to the standard warranty. I had him take care of a few other needs for my Impala and my wifes Fiesta. JJ went way above and well beyond my expectations of a mechanic and of AAMCO. I would recommend this place 10 out of 5.

Excellent service, super friendly staff, and an overall pleasant experience. I had problems with my car stalling, and was able to get help right after arriving. They took the time to diagnose the problem, and went through the effort to make sure they got it right, which they did free of charge. They then fixed the problem quickly and professionally, and addressed any other potential sources of future problems they saw, and offered great affordable prices. Would definitely recommend.

JJ was great. I took my car for transmission flush, oil change and spark plug replacements. He reviewed the specific recommendations for my car and asked when I last replaced the plugs. He determined that I did not need to replace them for another 20,000 miles. He saved me money and did great work. I will definitely be back for all future service.

I have a 2004 Range Rover and was having some transmission issues. I took it to the shop I always take it to. They told me I need a new transmission for $6000. I called SD Rover and they told me $8000. I called Aamco on Miramar and spoke with Kyle. I told him the issue. He told me to bring it in. They fixed it for $4700. Excellent communication throughout. Great Job.

They are nice alright. But husband goes there for a simple tune up and leaves with a cracked radiator. They assumed no responsibility, way to go Namco back to the old tricks. Try making money by working faster not breaking ppls cars.

I had a great experience here. I came in thinking my car needed a lot of work, and the owner, JJ, was very honest, and let me know that my car was in pretty good shape already. If I could give AAMCO 6 stars, I would. I highly recommend this mechanic shop!

I HIGHLY reccomend JJ and team at the AAMCO on Miramar Rd! My car had been making an awful noise which I thought might be the transmission. JJ test drove it and immediately recognized the issue and brought the car back to further investigate. It was an inexpensive and easy fix that Manuel did a great job helping with. I waited for my vehicle in the lobby and observed numerous other interactions between the staff and customers. JJ was very patient, honest and courteous with all of them. He looks out for the best for his customers and will not over charge for parts and services. I had a WONDERFUL experience!

I would have given 0 zero stars if that was the option. My issue was never fixed and now I am out $250 + a very bad experience with me.My husband took the car in for a check, got 2nd clutch pressure switch at the Miramar Rd AAMCo and the problem still did not go away. Another shop told that the switch was not either properly installed or had gone bad . Brought it back to AAMCO and the guy in this shop was just upset that I took to someone else for second opinion. He never spoke politely after that. He asked to bring my car in the next day again but at the same time said that there was a 50-50 chance he would be there. Why would I leave my car when even he was not sure if he would be there? Call him again today and he rudely asks why I did not call earlier and leave the car during the week! Hello..people have jobs that they need the car to take too. Hoping that the AAMCO home office can help with getting a refund.

Took my Malibu in with JJ and his crew for a transmission fluid change. Left my car there while I went back to work. When I got off work the car was ready to go, and at a fraction of the cost the dealer was going to charge me. Ill definitely be going back in the future if I ever need work done again.

Thanks for the honesty and finally figuring out what was wrong with my car. It took a few hours, but Im willing to wait to get it fixed. Turns out my Tranmision was fine. I finally got the 2nd opinion I needed.

I dont trust these guys. They told me I had a broken motor mount so I went to the dealer to have them check and there was nothing wrong with my mounts. I almost paid $400 for nothing

If you work nearby, theyll drive you to work and pick you up when the car is ready. Just ask for it. Prices are reasonable. The engine light came up, and they fixed it the problem pretty fast.

Amazing service!!! Had a check engine light on my wifes 2007 Chevy Tahoe for an EVAP system problem. JJ and his mechanics got it all figured out and fixed, but he also did a full system diagnostic check too, which revealed the need for new spark plugs and wires. I knew the vehicle was in need of them as part of the 100k mile suggested part replacement, but with the added system check, they were able to identify that this desperately needed to be done. The service was fast for everything and at an amazing price!! Recommend to anyone for anyone with any maintenance needed!

I brought my car in with transmission issues. Ken (the owner) took great care of me and was incredibly helpful. They diagnosed the issue for free and finished the repairs very quickly... Very honest staff and the technitions have over 50 years experience combined... If you have a transmission problem Aamco in miramar is the place to go for quality service!

Took my car in because driving home from work the rpm revved high really high then then the check engine light came on and jerked forward when taking my foot off the brake. Freaking out thinking my transmission was going I dropped it off. Dropped it off for a free check engine light diagnosis they advertise on their website. JJ was super friendly. Called me and informed me it was a camshaft sensor and the transmission was fine. Repaired it that day. Highly recommended.
