No waiting at 520pm Monday. They no longer wash windows and a few other services they did pre covid, even though the paperwork says they did. Still done on a tundra in under 15 min. Use your phone to pull up the coupon.

They were very professional and told me everything about outstanding service. Only thing I felt was the prices are to high. Thats just my opinion.

I come to this Jiffy Lube every time for an Oil change for the synthetic blend with military discount its only $66. Even with a few cars ahead, Ive only waited a max of 30 mins which is amazing. Service is very nice here too.

I spent over $280 for oil and fuel filter change. I asked the crew to fill my rear tires to 80 psi. Prior to leaving on trip pulling my 10,000 trailer, I checked the air pressure in my rear tires. Not close to 80 psi. One crew member filled a tire to 72, another crew member filled the other tire to 76. Everyone was friendly and otherwise did a good job.

I was originally going to knock this down a star only based on the prices....but the service was SO fast, and every single employee there was incredibly polite, friendly, and genuine that they alone deserve 5 stars.I came here from a recommendation from the shop I usually go to. (My regular shop was booked for the day, and I needed a quick oil change before a week long road trip) I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I was a little sticker-shocked at the price of an oil change (starts at $49 and goes up depending on the type of oil you pick), but the kind employee ringing me up found a discount to knock $10 off. Ive never gone to jiffy lube before. I have always been concerned about being ripped off by people charging and not really doing the work. Today I went in for my first time and was pleasantly surprised at how great the service was. They took care of a lot of needs I had without my asking. Checked my low tires and fixed the pressure. Got all of my annoying dash alerts to turn off and told me how I can do it myself in the future Changed my oil and the oil filter. Changed my air filter. Refilled my windshield wiper fluid, and showed me there was fresh oil on the dipstick. Very very fast service, which they can do without you getting out of your car. I havent let people in my car during the pandemic so it is nice to have drive-thru service. Plus, they gave me a 20% discount to boot, which was more than the online coupon I had brought in. And they did all of this in a extremely friendly and courteous manner. Very happy with my service today, and will return to this location on Convoy. Thanks guys!

I was in and out of there in 20 minutes they answered my questions went over everything with me effective prompt on point service. Ill go back there again. I used to go to Valvoline instant oil change and I switched over to these guys Valvoline stopped letting you bring your oil in these guys are cheaper and better as far as Im concerned

If you plan on getting an oil change please only go here because they appreciate all there customers business. They treat your vehicle and you like royalty. Please stay away from other oil changing companies that does even change oil correctly. The equipment they use to services your vehicle is something you wouldnt see others have because they are ripping you off.

Over priced and not terribly friendly but they are open on the weekend, so that counts for something, I guess.

I got my oil changed on a Sunday in a jiffy with great customer service and a reasonable, competitive price including the discount coupon. There was no waiting for the mechanics to get to work and they have a comfortable waiting room. One of the women pointed out to me that I needed a new air filter, while she showed me my existing dirty air filter. Given the time passed since my last air filter replacement, it made sense and I authorized the addition of the part, which was installed. I explained to one of the technicians that I had just had to have my battery jump started and the tires had been low but were inflated by the Auto Club serviceman, but he offered to check everything any way. I also needed a top off of the coolant which was only half full, which they told me about. Please note that antifreeze and coolant top offs cost $5.99 but all other fluids are free. My car is running very well with their Pennzoil oil. They even cleaned my windshield. They take all major credit cards including American Express. The people were nice and efficient. I was in and out in exactly 23 minutes and will definitely return!

They got done real quick. I went to my usual spot & they had an hour wait. So since I was on my way somewhere. I went to a different location. They claimed to do things they didnt. The reserve was near empty the wiper blade check was a lie. I was going to have them changed but they lied about things they said was done. I may just go back to my usual spot next time. Because they always do what they say

After visiting the Clermont-Mesa location just up the street and having a terrible experience, not 15 minutes later, we were up the road, at this location, oil changed, and out the door. Everyone here was super friendly and they got us in and out quickly. They had absolutely no problems using the oil that we brought that is specifically recommended for the longevity of out engine. I highly recommend this location over the one just down the road. No power trips going on here, just considerate, quick, and reliable service.

They did the work quickly and were kind to me -specifically Cliff!!They replaced my air filter for free (bought it next door at the auto supply store cheaper than what they would’ve charged). They said they will top off oil, which is nice. Also, look out for coupons on their website! I used a $13 off my oil change.Only complaint is that they didn’t believe me when I said my car was a manual, they went and checked after I told them and acted like I didn’t understand their question. I drove in for oil. They spent more time with my phone number and name and their computer than they did over the oil. 1/2 quart, $4.00 ! And the oil light continues to shine on dashboard.

I just wish they were in the actual oil change business instead of the scamming one. They keep closing their stores and putting their unused employees on the curb with promotional signs in the hopes to attract another innocent soul. I dont get it; it is not rocket science.

This place was super helpful and quick. I pulled into the parking lot to see if they had time to do an oil change or if I needed an appointment. Two of the employees met me at my car and asked what they could do. They saw me take my three year old out of the car as I was asking them about an oil change. Not only did they take me right away, one of the employees offered to drive my car to the shop so I didnt have to re buckle my toddler in. They were very fast and friendly. I definitely recommend them.

These are good guys. They put air in my back tire for free when I couldnt get it to fill for some reason, and they loosened the air filter bolts for me (too tight for me to get). Convenient location being right next to OReillys.

Oil change wasnt done good.Oil hadnt been completely drained before the plug had been put back on.I wouldnt recommend going again.

Bring my jeep here all the time for my oil changes. Staff is always attentive, quick in and out service, and always with a great attitude. A bit of an up sale here and there (which is typical), but never aggressive. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

I wouldn’t go back here.Went in for a simple tire rotation and my car wouldn’t start. Somehow they managed to drain my battery. I have NEVER had battery issues prior to this. I feel they seem dishonest and just want to make money by making you think that you car has issues.

Went for an oil change at the 7 AM opening. I arrive first thing in the morning so I can quicky get in and out. Got great service from the one employee there, but the oil change took an hour because a second employee showed up late. I hope jiffy lube rewards the guy who was there and gets employees who can make it to work on time.

These guys are very helpfull and honest. I dont know smack about cars and they help out by explaining a ton and offer very competitive pricing. Im always very wary of getting duped when it comes to fixing things on the car due to my lack of knowledge but I feel completley safe with these guys.
