Work late on my nails stayed open late fast friendly and speak English . Pleasant to be around . Friendly environment, prices are a bit pricey,for me but my feet cute my hands they there. No they cute.

Used all new products with me idk if this is something they do with everyone but it brought piece of mind knowing that they were using clean new products.

A bit pricey for basic work. I came in with my daughter 30 min before closing, was greeted with a warm welcome. After receiving the service I wish I was just told it was too late. The work was rushed, the tech seem she had to be somewhere. The next day my gel polish chipped. I couldn’t go back since I left in vacation. I plan on trying again not so late in the evening.

I was traveling with work and desperately needed a manicure 💅 I had the best acrylic fill. Everything was perfect. And the conversation was great. This is now my regular nail location. My only disappointment was not having enough time for a pedicure. I highly recommend this salon for quality and price.

Excellent!! Two weeks ago i was here on business and needed a nail fill. Not knowing anyone to give me a reference, I was choosing blindly. But I had a great nail experience and received many complements. Today I am back again on business and returned to get a nail fill and a pedicure. I had another great experience here. My nails are perfect. Better than what I get at home. And my pedicure was so relaxing. As long as I do business in the San Diego area I will continue to come here. Thank you so much. I’ve never ever had my nails done by anyone who just uses a nail file ( not the tools they usually use ) throughout the whole process. They tried to keep asking me to get certain things done and I’ve already told them no. One of the ladies there asked again to do my brows and I said no politely she goes on to say something in Vietnamese and laughs. This place is a one and done for me.

I made appt for me and my girlfriend for a spa day.. We got the #3 Pedicure and let me say AHHHHHHHHHMAZING!They took us on time and took their time. Very detailed, professional, courteous, friendly... Just an awesome experience!Thank you, Ladies!!!!

Dont go here ladys these are the same nail tec people that was in College Grove Walmart over charging people. Now they just opened up Grand opening I was so excited to see a nail shop so close to where I frequent the most. But I walked in looking for a fill and new style to do my nails I had gotten my nails done with powder color I didnt know exactly how it would work because I had never gotten powder before but when I walked into the shop I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted I asked the lady 3s different times if this could be done with powder I made a very good point to make sure they knew I had powder nails my nails were done in a lime green color from my previous visit to a nail shop. Tiffany the shop owner reassured me that the service I asked for could be done but halfway through getting my nails done by the tec she chose to help me. He was doing them completely wrong. He called Tiffany over several times she tried to confuse me and say she never agreed or told me that what I wanted could be done. I even had a witness that could attest that what I asked for was agree to. And there was just ONE another person that happened to me in the shop at the time I walked in and heard everything I asked because she was the only person in the shop when I got there. Tiffany was being greedy and would say and do anything to keep business in her shop she lied to me and told me that she could do what I ask for when clearly that was not the case. She just wanted to take my money. I even overheard her explain to a client that walked in about 30 minutes after I was already sitting in my chair that business was moving pretty slow especially during Grand opening... Although i got 20% off i should of not paid them a dime what I wanted and what I got were two completely different things. I wanted a hot pink color on my nails but the pink that I chose you could still see the green undertone from the lime green powder that I had on my nails they had to coat it 17 times just to try to hid the under tone then end up having me pick an entirely different color to try to cover the green undertone... I was absolutely livid at the poor customer service and the fact that I was lied to all they had to tell me was they could not provide the service that I wanted because I had powder nails thats all she had to say just be honest but instead because it was slow she was trying to keep me there and tell me whatever i wanted to hear to have me stay and to take my money.if i could give them a Zero i would..

They dont take debit, snd wont tell you until you get there!

Went to do my nails on Feb 6, 2020. A man did my acrylic nails. He usually does them pretty well but this time when I asked him to go shorter on my coffin acrylic nails, he laughed. Im not sure why he laughed when I was being serious or maybe he didnt understand me. (I like to play online, its harder for me to type with longer nails in my opinion). he also applied gel on my nails (anyone who does their nails, knows gel is extra) he didnt ask me if I wanted gel, normally they ask. I paid $39 for my nails, on some spots there wasnt enough nail polish on the nails especially the sides. I personally wont return here if Im going to get half done nails when I can go somewhere else for a better job.

I went in on July 1, 2020 to get my nails done for my birthday and the nail tech was nice and and all, but she did my nails in a rush. I like the colors I picked...but the nails itself....um...yeah.

Tony who did my nails twice...has done my nails beautifully both times!!He mentioned that he will be retiring in the near future...until then, I will be going to him only

I love this nail shop Ive been going here for years but at their old location inside of college grove walmart. My nail technician is tony he does amazing work and takes his time!! I would definitely recommend but also make sure you make an appt..

Got my Acrylic nails done here about 2weeks ago and they werent all that good looking. Some were not shaped right and looks bumpy. So i decided to take them out at home, i soaked them in 100% acetone and they were sticky/gooey hard to remove. I dont think its suppose to be like that. Had to end up removing them the hard way.

I started coming to this place about 3 or so months ago and I have to say I love it. Helen is fast and does a great job on my nails. Shes really nice and always greets me with a smile. I asked her if she had a type of mood polish that I had put on back in Texas and although she didnt have it at the time she asked me a few questions about it and on my next appointment she had it for me! I would recommend this place to everyone who wants good service at a fair price. Thanks Helen youre the best. See you in North Carolina! 🤗😆🙃

Convenient since I was already at Walmart & nice that they could take me right away & the cost for a simple (easy) manicure was only $10!However - the downside....the gal working on me1) was interrupted numerous times.2) had me move chairs/tables.3) tried to up-sale me to gels & also tried to get me to get a color (I wanted & asked for clear for a reason)4) didnt do such a great job :((didnt get all my previous polish off - didnt clean under my nails - left some nails rough)Im not really one to go get my nails done - very happy to do my own at home - now I know why!!

I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes and watched one nail tech take a lady who came in after me. I keep being told that another person will be here in 5-10 minutes.... unprofessional. I’m leaving. It’s empty in here so there’s no need for the insane wait time.

Tony is the Man! Always go to him to get my pretty nails done highly recommend! Takes his time and gets it perfect each everytime. A must go to!

Very good stylists but for a hefty price if your getting your hair dyed and cut. My wife ended up paying 275$ but they do good.

Very nice pedi & mani at this Regal Nails in Walmart at College Grove. I was there today and it has moved but there wasnt a sign saying where they had moved to.

Christ Almighty, there is a real reason why models and artists are paid for pictures of their hands and this isnt one of those reasons! You need to dump this picture of these really ugly hands and fake one up

I asked for a certain type of nails (coffin shape) didnt get them.. pedicure was awful. 🤬🤬 i will NOT GO BACK!! Overpriced at that. I visited 01/06/2020..

I really enjoyed Jennys level of professionalism, knowledge but mostly her honesty. My husband and I would see Jenny twice a month for mani and pedi easy 250 a month.Jenny wasnt in one day and I was given Tony, biggest mistake, not only is he rude, unprofessional, not knowledgeable but under protest put powder on top of my nails as he stated, that GIRL doesnt know how to do right I do this no chipping stronger nails and lady 3 weeks to a month she just wants you to return every two weeks. To deamean your peer is the worst. Within days my thumb was in pain went to my Dr., was put on meds blood test and had to see a specialist. I was told to show my medical documents which i did to Tiffany who is the manager. I was told to draft an agreement with all parties to receive my out of pocket expenses in the amount of 350.00. All was agreed till I spoke to the owner Ms Thao Ngyuen, who listened and read the agreement and now is stating she doesnt understand English. So sad now after all of this going back and forth for 3 weeks i have to take it to the next level. This will cost her a lot more. I will keep you posted

The prices are fairly high for the novice work you can get done there. The staff is kind, though their skills arent up to what they should be for their high prices.

Had great experience at Regal Nail Salon very experience technicians and feels like at a spa experience...
