Organized, clean, paid amazing attention to every nail - one of the best manicures Ive had in so long!

The two ladies who did my mani-pedi did an amazing job, very detailed, attentive and took their time. Staff and reception all friendly. Happy Customer, will be back

I have been coming here for years. Since they very first opened. I have consistently had the best experience! The owner is really lovely, very involved and always walking around greeting her guests. Her staff are all gems and work so hard to give a really great experience. Wonderful ambiance and fabulous service time and time again. Would absolutely highly recommend!!

Ryan is amazing, and Ive been a loyal customer of his. This review in no way reflects on him, as he is very thorough, friendly, and overall a lovely person. I scheduled an appointment with him over a week in advance, and when his schedule changed, no one called to tell me. So I wasted time going there and scheduled around it, to show up and be told he wasnt even there. I dont mind schedule changes at all, as life happens! In fact I was happy for him that he got to have some time off. But the customer service at the front desk is atrocious. No one ever apologized, and as I was standing in front of the lady deciding what to do, she just answered the phone and started talking to that person, making me wait longer after messing up my appointment. Very disappointing and they just lost a customer who frequented their business. And I don’t think they could care less! Again, I dont mind schedule changes or when mistakes happen, but at least own it and make it right.

This is not a Nail salon who values respect, customer service, integrity, decency for any customer To go to for nail service. This is only a place about collecting money irrespective of level of work. Most of the people who work here are under training. The management does not care for your concern they will simply call the security if they don’t have the decency to solve their own short comings. I had my nails done here and told them it was for my engagement party and they could have had an experienced person for me as it was an important event however the person who did my nails did a terrible job. The following day upon my expression of being disheartened and my feedback with their work and ruining my day they offered me nothing to compensate. They simply said we will call security.This is not a serene place to go to as it’s name implies. It’s a place where they don’t take constructive feedback in any positive way that can encourage a customer to come back. They have lost me as a customer and my recommendation. I live very nearby to this place and have advised all my friends who go here not to go anymore and have alerted them with my experience. Zero stars!

I really was disappointed with this nail salon’s service. To begin with, I scheduled an appointment ahead of time thinking just in case they are busy my mom and I would be fine. We had somewhere to go afterwards and we kept conveying this to the employees. However, they seemed to continuously disregard anything that we said. Originally when we arrived, we were told to wait and to pick out our nail color. It took very long for them to accommodate us even after we had an appointment. My mom went ahead and got seated for her pedicure. But I was told to wait a little longer. At first, I was like. “Okay, this happens. It will probably be only ten minutes.” I had to wait a whole forty five minutes until they accommodated me. And the worst thing of all was that other people passed by and got their nails done. I believe in total, there were 5 people who walked in and got their nails done before I even started. All I was going for was a mani, no gel. At the thirty minute mark, I went up to the lady at the front desk, Tracy, and asked her when will somebody be available for my nails? She responded with, “THEY ARE JUST FINISHING POLISHING. JUST SIT AND WAIT.” I felt very infuriated as she had just yelled at me in front of the whole spa. I waited patiently only to receive a sloppy and quick service which was not a manicure. My nails had a top coat that was bumpy and unequal. My mother’s nails were also very bad because it was clear they were rushed. When she asked the woman to clean up the nails and her skin a bit, the woman said that she needed to pay extra. And that what she was asking for was not included. Lastly, the most upsetting part of this whole visit, was when we confronted the lady about the horrible service we had received. My mom began to tell her that this is not right and that we would not be returning. But this reception desk lady seemed to have ZERO respect to people’s time and their words. She was in her own world, ignoring anything that we said. I will not be returning back to this salon ever again. I advise others to read the reviews of this place before going to the salon.

First time here, and their customer service was very good. My nails came out perfect! The nail tech I didnt catch her name, but she was very gentle and made sure all my nails were shaped perfectly. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did just that if not better! I will definitely be returning.

I come to Megan regularly. Its always clean, friendly reception and she does a fantastic gel manicure that lasts me WEEKS. I never get that much longevity anywhere else! I will be coming here as long as I live in San Diego.

I live this place; I always get my nails done here. I just recommend for you to not be afraid to say what you want, or you wont get what you want! The same for every nail salon, or salon in general.

I got a spa pedicure here last week.Pros: clean facility, lots of chairs to accommodate lots of customers. Parking is plentiful and the shopping center is convenient.Cons: I got a toe infection from the pedicure! Not sure if it was because she cut too short or the tools were dirty but Im still treating it and dealing with the pain! What a hassle. They are also expensive for what you get... I upgraded to a paraffin and massage treatment and it was supposed to be 12 minutes but I got only 5 minutes $35!I will not be returning!

Unfortunately I got a toe nail bed infection after coming here. The lady who did my hand nails was good but the pedicure lady was very rough. I told her a number of times she was hurting me but she was talking to the others and couldnt care less. I dont know if they didnt disinfect the tools or its her roughness ...but I am taking antibiotics!

I always go to Megan for acrylic and shellac, and I always get compliments form people about her work. She is simply the best nail technician around.

Clean. Nice pedicure. My manicure was sloppy though. I probably wont go back as I have found other more affordable places with better attention to detail.

The main reason l keep going back there is because there is no other nail place near by. Overall, the place is clean and nice but some of the workers don’t seem enthusiastic and happy!

I’ve been here three times and have left bleeding twice. The last time the woman was watching her phone while doing my nails and cut me so badly we could not get the bleeding to stop. I had to leave without getting my nails done. I will not be back.

I don’t have anything to say against the salon, the service at the reception has always been great, the review I am leaving is due a very bad experience I had with the manicurist Christina, of whom I have been a loyal costumer for more than 8 years and followed from salon to salon. Christina’s attitudes become increasingly negative for a couple of years which I tried to ignore due I did like her work. However it got to a point of not only becoming rude but to not even caring for what the costumer requests getting to ignore or respond with an attitude to a petition (in my case just shorter nails). Yesterday I had to become firm for first time and ask to do as I requested and instead of acknowledging her attitude and apologizing, her treatment kept rude until the end. It is importante to not take for granted loyal costumers and sustain fair decent level of respect and profesional service at all times. This is a high end nail salon, clients pay higher for service and expect at least decent treatment.Thanks!

My Favorite in the area, so convenient so lovely, and I love that you can actually relax when you are getting your nails done, the staff is great!

I have been here three times and every time I got a new lady and all three of them really showed that they cared and were perfectionists. I will always choose Serenity over any other nail salon.

Overcharged for mediocre gel mani/pedi. My pedicure was still not dry and got ruined even after sitting for almost an hour waiting for my gel manicure to finish. I felt rushed. Not best exp for price. Will not return.

Horrendous service, rude workers, and more or less in price.Expect overcharges at the end of your service.
