First time going here. Got a pedicure. It came out great

Switched my usual mani/pedi spot to try out Nails by Ann. So glad I did. This place is great - professional, clean, and tons of color options.

Nails by Ann did a wonderful job reopening and gave me a much needed pedicure after a long time. I had Deanna who was amazing in her work, best foot massage I’ve ever had. The place was very clean and the covid19 changes we’re Easy and made me feel safe. We had a temp check and were asked to wash our hands. After that we were in our chairs relaxing like normal. I can’t say enough how great my experience was and can’t wait to go back!!

Great prices and terrific service. Very accommodating and kind staff. This is our go-to nail salon.

Very good place. I had a same day appointment. I wish they have a separate room for the acrylic nails. It stinks, and I cannot stand this smell. Unfortunately.

Today I went to Nails by Ann for the first time. I got an acrylic gel fill and they are done perfectly! I definitely reccomend them and they have an awesome gel color selection! Will be back soon!

This nails salon is an absolute MUST!!!! All of the women there speak English, go above and beyond customer service. SUPER clean and all are so helpful.I have been to salons that if I change my mind on my nail color, the girls are speaking in a language I do not understand and I feel like they’re all talking about me. :-0One should feel the place they choose to spend there $$ is one that they want you to be happy when you leave.THIS IS THE PLACE, it’s worth the drive.Super clean, above and beyond COVID guide lines.Love my nails, Tiffany is awesome...

My first time here and this might be my go to nail spot. Everything was fantastic. From the nice lady on the phone, to the lady Tiffany who actually did my manicure. The place is pretty and clean. I will definitely recommend to others.

Giving it 4 stars because I love this place. Friendly, clean and nice atmosphere. Prices are good and the foot massages are awesome!! Today though I feel the lady doing my pedicure could have done a little better with the painting. Also when using the hot stones I really dont know why some feel rubbing along the shin feels good...it doesnt!Last thing the water could have been warmer which I definitely could have spoke up about. I will still continue to go, but maybe be more specific with these concerns next time.

Love it here so much and am so grateful they reopened post closure due to Covid. This nail salon has always been extremely clean, organized and professional but they are now going above and beyond to ensure the safety of guests. Highly recommend!

Nails by Ann is a little on the pricey side, but they serve complimentary drinks such as coffee, tea, wine and water. Ive had the deluxe pedi before which includes a very nice hot stone massage and this time I had the organic mani, which is really nice and relaxing. I would nighly recommend it, its worth a little extra for the attention you get.

Second time here for a pedicure since moving to SD. Amazing place! So clean so organized and they are nice, warm and inviting. I get a custome package as well your not restricted to get whats listed. I would recommend this establishment for all your nail and waxing services.

Ive been coming here for years... since 2012 I believe. I moved away and tried many other places in my area and gave up. I drive the 20 minutes to get here. The staff is courteous, place is clean, the options are endless. My gal Jenni makes great recommendations, and if I get a new pedi person, Jenni tells them exactly what I like. Dont be surprised when they actually talk to you too.. not just each other. They are very personable when Im talkative, and leave me alone when Im too tired to engage. Theyve introduced wine, infused water, and I think hot drinks to their place since the remodel about a year ago. As for value, they are spot on with other places. Try Nails by Ann, you wont regret it...

I had a negative experience here for a pedicure with callus treatment. The technician was too rough with her scrubbing sponge after applying the callus treatment cream and created an abrasion/cut on my foot from scrubbing at skin that did not need to be treated. In my opinion she wasnt paying close enough attention and she was too rough. She first denied creating the abrasion/cut and then she apologized which was nice. I still paid for services, even though the first thing on my agenda was to clean and treat my wound when I was leaving. I personally feel this should never happen at a nail salon. I wont be returning here and I suggest other look else where.

I had a great experience. I enjoyed a few glasses of wine and relaxed while I was being pampered. I live they have CBD products!

Second time here for a pedicure and they are so good. Affordable and the quality is amazing. I drive all the way from national city to get my nails done here fave place in SD so far. The chairs give really good massages. I had such a sweet woman do my nails her name was T.

Tiffany did a great job. Ive been going to her for a long time and my nails always last long and look amazing.

I have tried SO many shops around town. Jenny at Nails by Ann is BY FAR the best in town.I always get pink and white acrylic nails. They are strong, last long and unless I shut my finger in the door, they dont break off. I can usually go about every 3 weeks and I am good. I would highly recommend this shop!Everyone there does great pedicures and they are always so nice and friendly!

CLEANEST Nail Shop in San Diego!! Sterlized tools, disposable bowl liners. I have been to a number of them and this is by far the best! Their staff are all very professional, well dressed and they are great manicurist/pedicurist, They all speak good English, you can understand them and they understand your needs. . The Shop is always tip top and their chairs for pedicures are top of the line massage chairs. Highly recommend!

Given this place 3 tries and all 3 times I’ve left with nails that could’ve been done by second-grader. As in: nail polish over the cuticles causing the polish to look uneven at the base, and clear polish all around the skin making it look sloppy and uneven everywhere. Not sure what’s with the high reviews, maybe it’s from people who only come in for nail cleanup and no polish? It’s a nice facility, but they need to hire better nail technicians.

I have been going to Anns salon for many years. Sheila is my go to person for my nails. I love to try new colors of my feetand she and I will pick some different choices. I am always happy with the color decision and my nails look great for weeks. I have had Mai do my pedicures for years also. I have diabetic neuropothy and my feet and legs are very sensitive and painful at times. Mai is so gentle and thorough and always makes my feet look and feel great. I highly recommend borh technicians at Nails By Ann.

I love Ann she is very nice. But her new workers made me feel very uncomfortable. Unfortunately I will not come back.

I have been going a few times now and Ann Id absolutely the best at what she does and Is do friendly. They clean there pedicure chairs after each use and even put a bag in for the next person. They use new clean equipment each time. I love it!!

I was visiting San Diego and decided to have a pedicure on the spur of the moment. Saw the sign for Nails By Ann while driving down Balboa. Convinced my sister to come along. I have a pedicure every 8 weeks. My sister once a year. Both of us came out very happy. Service was fast, clean, efficient, pleasant, comfortable, and a good price. Sister paid $5 more than I did for extra callous removal. Really good pedi with attention to cuticle cleaning. Next trip to San Diego I wont stress about not getting my toes done before I go, Ill call Nails By Ann and have it done when I arrive. Thank you ladies.

First visit there. It is Expensive! A pedicure $27 in San Francisco of all places my daughter gets one for $20.

Went in for a fill. It was a Great first time experience. They were all very nice. They have an awesome nail polish selection. The lady that did my nails did a great job, she was also definatly coming back here. :)

Clean, priced well, good selection, very friendly staff. I got a mani pedi and am very happy with the results. Others did eyebrow waxing and one gal got a very trendy pointy nail treatment. If I lived in San Diego, this is the nail salon Id use.
