I have been going to paradise Nails for years at this location and Grossmont and have had no complaints until recently. They have significantly increased their prices in a very short time while quality and customer service has decreased. I understand COVID has hit businesses hard but if their strategy is to keep customers coming then I think they are in trouble. This 15+ year customer will be looking elsewhere.

Love this nail salon. Every technician is excellent, it is clean, they play nice music and usually can take a walk in right away.

I always love my nails and they also love new ideas.

I was pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the staff. I was also pleased with the work. I received the spa pedicure and regular manicure combo.

Ive given them multiple tries. Today was the last straw for me. I was given and charged for a treatment that I didnt ask for. They left polish on my skin. Its bubbles in the polish. Some of my toes arent even completely polished. I feel overcharged especially for the quality of work. The best treatment I received was from Jenny. May was the worst.

So my wife went today and well as you can tell from the one star it went terrible. First they arrived at 2 and checked in for her appointment. Her and her friend waited over 40 minutes to be seen and when she finally was seen they were separated even after informing the salon they were there together. After taking my wifes friend they continued to take new customers who came in after her with the sorry excuse of having nobody to do acrylics. Normally she would accept this reason if it werent for the fact that some of the staff decided to take a break even after informing her they were understaffed. Another issue is that the customers coming in kept using the excuse of being together but this wasnt a good enough reason for my wife and her friend to be services together as well. Needless to say she wont be returning to this salon and they should probably learn to control their clients a little better as some of them gave my wife less than favorable looks and obviously thought their appointment was more important their children since one of them couldnt keep hers under control. The one star is here only because negative stars arent allowed.

Very happy I found Paradise! Great job on my nails, affordable, clean, very nice ladies. Relaxing atmosphere, good location, lots of parking. Near Sprouts, CVS & TJ Maxx so you can get your shopping done too. Will definitely be back.

The place is clean and the staff is very friendly! In fact they are all very sweet and they do a wonderful job! So happy to have found them! I always ask for Jean, shes very fun and nice and is always does a great job!

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years now. I even got my Husband hooked on manicures and pedicures.I recomend the callus remover on your feet. Trust me, your feet will thank you.

Kathy is amazing!!! Ive been going to her every month for 1 1/2 years! I am 35 years old and Ive been getting my nails done since my teens and Ive had some good and bad nail artists but Kathy is by far a level 100 pro!-She is a perfectionist she pays close attention to nail detail so her file is consistent, the acrylic is always even and her lines between nail and cuticle taper well and are seamless.-She does design really well! We always add an accent design to my ring finger nail and she draws beautiful flowers and designs very well free hand and also has an array of the new decal nail designs-She can do an American pink and white ombré like a pro. Most pink and white ombrés Ive seen are not well faded, she does this well.I cant say enough about Kathy! She is a master go see her you wont be disappointed.As for the nail salon itself;Its always clean and pretty.Everyone is very niceIts super easy to make an appointment or walk inThey serve you complementary wine & champagneTheir spa chairs are brand new and very nice

I would only recommend if you want a painful experience. My nails look ok, but instead of using the proper tool to push my cuticles back, the lady I had just used a nail file. She was not gentle at all and I left with a few of my fingers bleeding. Mani looks pretty good, but I dont think I will be returning.

I knew I should have listened to my intuition and the reviews. I called to see if they had availability at 2pm and they said come in but didn’t ask for my name.So I came in at my scheduled time and the receptionist was rude, and told me to pick a color. The color selection is awful and the receptionist just walked away leaving me to wait for 10 minutes.I decided not to continue on because I just had a bad feeling it would be a disappointment.

This was one of the worst nail salons Ive been too! Yes its clean and has a lot of staff working (even though you still wait forever) but I got gel nails done, the girl finished both hands I swear in less then 10 minutes and here I am today exactly a week later and their all peeling off. When I went to stick my hand in the dryer again (because we all know this makes them stronger & last longer) she said NO! Only one time. Not to mention on the way out they acted like me and my mother in law were going to leave without paying! Never ever am I going back to this salon!

Very racist group of asians .im a black woman and noticed the last couple time I went they made me very uncomfortable continuously telling me how much the services were when I didnt ask.....but the Caucasian clients were not harassed in that way.....me and my family felt so uncomfortable we left.....it was obvious discrimination .....This happened more than once worried about my payment .....let me say if I cant afford a place I wont go.....blacks go ahead and go and c what I talking about.....i pulled off in a Lexus and I think they were stunned SMH

Avoid Kim, she did a bad job one of my nails broke three days later I went back and she charged me $4 to fix it and did a nasty job fixing it I will never go back there.

I waited 35 minutes and then because they are so disorganized they totally skipped me even though Id been sitting there the whole time!! 35 MINUTES!!!! Get your act together people. I left and went somewhere else after that, so I cant comment on actual quality.
