Will be coming back ! They took me as a walk in for a fill in right away. The lady doing my nails was the same one who answers the phone she filed my nails in a very pretty coffin shape. She also paid extra attention to make sure she painted the edges well and filed underneath the nail. I’m happy with the service I received today!

Had a gel manicure done Friday paid 30 dollars..less than 24 hours later it was peeling off. I went back Saturday, showed the lady behind register my receipt, she said no problem asked if I saw who did the work and I didnt so she asked if I wanted same color and I told her no, Id like a different color, she asked me to have a seat in the same chair I was at, so I did. She brought me the colors and I picked the new color. A completely different lady sat down and asked to see my hands. She had a disgusting on her face. She started to file away the polish, asked mewhat color I wanted and i showed her. More people working there came over and were swarming around me looking at my nails talking in their language all just talking away, all of a sudden the woman looks at me and tells me I will redo same color, not different color....I said no I want a new color they all start talking at the same time around me lord knows what they were saying. She tells me if I do different color I will have to charge you I told her no, remove my polish give me my refund and I WILL NEVER SET FOOT INSIDE HERE AGAIN!! Then some man that works there says well redo the polish but not different color and at this point Im livid at the treatment Im receiving, I raise my voice and told him you all are very rude and are HORRIBLE at customer service! Give me a refund now, then an other lady comes up to me and said Im sorry we do not do refunds, show her the color you want and we do it Needless to say her facial expression was very uncomfortable the whole time she applied the new polish. Worst Place ever for customers service!!

Ive tried many nails places but I really enjoyed the services offered with the foot rejuvenation treatment. Callus treatment, sugar scrub, mud mask, hot stone massage, and more. Will be going back.

Such an amazing experience! messaged them in the morning to see if they have any availability that day and were so flexible with times i could go in. i am really picky with designs and showed them a pic of what i wanted and their attention to detail is amazing. i told them they could do what they wanted for some nails and i absolutely love the outcome.

They are amazing! My aunt broke one of her acrylic nails during her trip here and had pain for like 4 days, until she decided to get it removed. We made an appointment for the same day and she loved their service. Her nail was removed, glue was applied on her natural nail and she was treated with lots and lots of patients!!! She was under a lot of pain but everyone helped out. At the end, she left safely without her painful and broken nail... then, suddenly the manager told her she didnt had to pay for her nail removal which was a surprise! Everyone had masks on and taking precautions.

After REAPING OFF the acrylics I had, even when I told the girl it was painful, she wouldn’t care but keep on asking if I wanted to do acrylics again or gel while putting a fake nail in the middle of the acrylics and my natural nail to rip it off. I paid 60 in total for this mani and pedi that looks like done by a 10 year old. Expensive and bad

Came here for the first time on Valentine’s Day because it’s close to my house and had good reviews. Made an appointment for 10:30 for a gel manicure. The lady cut my cuticle so bad on my right thumb that it wouldn’t stop bleeding. She kept pressing on the cut with a wash cloth. She said she was sorry I know she didn’t do it on purpose but how do you cut someone like that with a nail tool? Praying it doesn’t get infected. I am using peroxide in hopes it stops the bleeding and throbbing and no infection. The quality of care should be better there’s no excuse for cutting someone like this for a gel manicure. I can’t imagine getting a full set of nails here!

Very unprofessional. I made my appointment, and arrived to find out nobody wrote my name down. On the phone I had asked for one of their better technicians since it was my first time to this salon. If the woman who did my nails was one of the best, out of the 15 people available, I’d hate to see what their best is. She was on the phone half the time she was reshaping (from square to almond), and I was left with some very awkwardly shaped nails because her head was tilted while on the phone. She rushed through, so the finished product was bumpy, crooked, and uneven. I live across from this place and was hoping I could make it my regular spot, but I’ll never go again.

I Would have given it a perfect score but right at the end of the foot pedicure my leg was burned with the hot black stones. It was a careless mistake especially when dealing with something that hot. I will return but no more stones for me.

The lady did a crappy job. She rushed. The nail polish had bubbles & wasnt neat at all. She didnt completely cover the nail with the clear coat. Then, she put me under the lamp to dry my nails & forgot about me. I sat there for almost 30min. I finally just got up & left. I also had to remove the tissue from between my toes by myself. Wouldnt recommend this place.

Horrible job do not recommend at all just got my nails dipped a few hours ago and the clear coat is pealing. I also got a gel pedicure and it’s all lumpy. I paid more than $100 for a horrible job.

I came in for a scheduled manicure and was sat at a desk with pieces of someone else’s cut off acrylics everywhere, so clearly they did not clean. Next, midway through my appointment they made me get up and move to someone else. They proceeded to use the same dirty drill bit they had just been using on someone else. They did the appointment so fast and my nails are lumpy and the polish doesn’t even cover each nail. This place has disappointed me once before but I thought I’d try again. They do not follow any type of covid guidelines and they only care about quantity rather than quality.

Today was my first visit. I had lunch next door and figured I would try them out. My experience was OK.They skipped quite a few steps in performing a good manicure (no buffing being an important one). I was surprised they sanded the topside of my healthy nails as if prepping to apply acrylic or gel.They also cut my finger nails very short (meh). Pretty pricey ... A bit disappointed but lesson learned.Looks good though which is the reason for 3-stars.Would I go again?Short answer, No.

I came in on a Thursday afternoon for a gel manicure and was seated immediately. The nail salon is beautiful and clean with plenty of seating and polish choices. I was in and out within 30 minutes! The prices are pretty comparable to salons around town. I highly recommend this spa and would come back for my next set!

As you walk into this salon youre blown away with the elegance and fresh new look. I was immediately greeted by a hostess who indicated where I should sign in and was pointed to chose a color. Within three ministers I was pulled to the back and initiated my basic pedicure. The atmosphere is so relaxing and trendy enough that you can instantly fill relaxed. Of course I was offered a few upgrades l, but I was pressing on time so I had to decline. The service was fantastic and efficient. Looking forward to return soon.

I came here in May and had the best time. Super friendly staff. They really take good care of you and they work fast, but not sloppy. I love that I was in and out in an hour and a half with a fresh manicure and pedicure. For the amount of people that comes in here everyday, the salon is very clean. I applaud the staff that works here for keeping it clean for their customers.Remember to make an appointment here especially on a Friday. It was packed on the day I came, but if you make an appointment, youll have no problem. I think the longest I heard someone wait was 20 minutes which wasnt bad. As for payment, they take card, cash.For the ladies who love getting gel, just a heads up, they dip your hand in warm acetone. At first I thought it was odd, like why wont they just wrap my fingers in foil, but I guess its the fastest way to take the gel off. The water is really warm so dont be afraid to tell them to cool it down. Other than that, they did an amazing job. My gel manicure lasted over 3 weeks. Best place inSan Diego!

This is my absolutely favorite nail place in San Diego. I tried gel nails for the first time here a couple years back and they always do a great job and the price is reasonable for the neighborhood. I have moved and gone out of my way to come out this way for SNS/gel nails. That being said, this place can get really busy on the weekend in busy season and the wait could be up to an hour, though Ive never waited that long. To me, its worth the wait. Overall I highly recommend this place because of the quality and affordability.

Ive gotten pedicures here mostly. They do a very thorough job which I appreciate. The massage on your calves and feet are great. The price is reasonable as well. It does get really busy, especially on Friday nights so I would suggest making an appointment. It does feel a bit crowded during busy times, but Ive always made an appointment so I never felt rushed.

Absolutely terrible service! They didn’t understand what I wanted at all! I called ahead to make sure they offer the dip powder, once they start taking off my acrylics they didn’t have a plain white dip powder.. they only offered glitter dip powders. Next time that should be mentioned. Everyone working there seemed miserable and rude and they were all sitting around on their phones. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! Definitely worth saving your money and going elsewhere if you want a relaxing day!

I’ve had 2 poor experiences with them and I told myself I’d only return if desperate. Well today I was desperate and attempted to come in for a simple cut down and reshape bc no one can mess that up. I arrived at 5:35 and they close at 6. A few of the employees were already leaving but there were a few customers still being served so I figured I was good. I told them I only needed a file down and they told me they were closed. Such a let down. Consistently disappointed in their service and work. This time I will surely never return.

I wanted to try this nail salon since it is close to my place. I wasnt disappointed. I was sat down right away at a fairly busy time. The gentleman who did my nails was respectful as I had on a dress, he gave me a towel to cover my legs. I thought that was nice. He did my mani and pedi very nicely.

How this place would have anything higher than a one star rating is beyond my comprehension. Customer service=horrible. Professionalism=horrible. Quality=horrible. The men working here are disrespectful. You walk into this place and it looks so unorganized. The tools they use (i.e nail files, buffers, nail cutters) are DIRTY and used what looks to be 100 times and they’re still using them on their clients! Do you not understand that these simple things can and will cause infections?! The guy I had was extremely rude and kept blaming me for his incapablity to do a simple manicure. Was not greeted upon entering and midway through the service the nail tech had the nerve to tell me my face looks mean and mad. All the while our conversation held was only “pick the color you want” but my facial expression topic was a hit. Ladies (and gentlemen) your dollar is worth so much more at another place. The lady sitting beside me even tried to help me by asking HER nail tech if someone else can do my nails. By that point theyve already lost me. State board or even the BBB needs to come check out this place ASAP!!

Love. Love. Love. This is my favorite place to get a nice mani/pedi and actually the only place the Queen and I frequent. They lays great mrs like a King, always providing a classy, masculine finish. The Queen was invited to another salon by a friend - Christmas gift. The other unnamed salon totally tweaked the Queens nails, so I brought her back to Nail Spa Plus for the repair. They fixed and improved the slaughter done by the evil unnamed salon. Get an appointment, they are very busy, but be prepared to be impressed. They are wonderful!

This place IS NOT up to standard with cleanliness! I witnessed nail techs only rinse out the pedicure tubs between pedis and the lady that waxed my brows kept dipping into a large wax melter instead of using small batches for each client! Disgusting! This nail lounge has been my spot when I tried them for the first time. They have won me over the past 5 months with their excellent costumer service and friendly environment.

After not doing my nails for 6 months I got them done Friday. 4 days later 2 FALL off not break off. And 3 more are lifting. I dont wash dishes or anything that would cause this to occur this quick. I go in for a fill and to repair the 2. She insist that my nails are very weak and thin thats why. Well I had this issue before, and they used to say this all the time so I let my nails grow out and heal (honestly o was over spending over 40 every 2 weeks) her suggestion is to take them off (which will make them thinner) and I get a new set cause its the same price as a fill and repair. Fill is 36 and each nail is 3 dollars plus 2 dollars for a coffin nail. And ofcourse she suggest I get the longest lasting nail polish which makes no sense when the nail doesnt even last a week . she pushes down on one and it pops off. Now thats 3 nails to pay. I tell her I dont care of the price. I want a fill, I like the shape. She keeps insisting its the same price, so I tell her why make my nail thinner by taking them off and sanding them down more? She then keeps pointing out how theyre all lifting. To get a new set. I tell her do a fill, and charge whatever extra. She starts talking to her coworkers obviously about me. A man comes over and says their work isnt guaranteed. I told him I wasnt asking that. IMA PAY WHATEVER IT COST.then she days shes gonna get someone better to help me Keeps repeating g that but doesnt get anyone. So I just so, how about I PAYYOU TO TAKE THEN OFF. Im over all of it. Then she keeps looking around saying shes gonna get someone to help me with that. Infront of her I start taking them off. Then I realize how easy it is and its not even ripping off my real nail. All my nails off in less than a minute. I stayed respectful. Its this simple, they simply cant take criticism. My nails too short, then stop cutting them shorter, my nails to thin then stop sanding them down so much, its weak I give them a test still an issue. One lady did them before and they lasted a month!!!! However I never found her again:*. Here at this spot its the same old excuse its not crooked its your finger. Never going back.

I went in for a gel mani, picked out a 2 tone design and off we went. I had the worst manicure Ive ever had. Unfriendliness aside, the colors looked nothing like the samples I picked out, I wasnt asked what length my nails should be trimmed to and I ended up with uneven nails on both hands. I pointed out that the colors looked nothing like the ones we picked and was repeatedly ignored. I asked for an extra coat and he looked up, smiled and said no. I flat out pointed I didnt like it and he just kept going. Then he said okay, done and pointed to the check out counter. Needlless to say, I will never return to this place. Theyre all about volume, not quality. Quick in and out, regardless of customer satisfaction, means more $$$ for them. Its a shame.

I did my nails today at this place and actually for a first time ever, I could see how much I was hated. I came very close to closing hour assuming that they actually are open util 8 p.m. not 7, but owner made them take me. Good work, not the cheapest by far, but you get what you pay for. Some reviewers claim this is not friendliest place, and why this is true it seems more of a cultural thing. I am not uncomfortable with a second language being spoken around me, but it is overboard here. I like to relax when I get my mani/pedi as most guys do. It is hard to relax with the amount of foreign language being used at a moderate to loud volume. I have only had one poor manicure from an obvious noobie (at least for mens work) where she cut my fingernails to absolute shortest they could go, was sore for a week. But, on average the service here is better than nail places around the area FOR SURE! I wish somebody would set up a place that catered to men in the south bay area or one that didnt charge an arm and a leg.

Hated this place... It was my first time going with them and they were very rude; the girl who made my nails didnt gave a chance to explain her how I wanted my nails. She was just like yeah, ajá, I know rolling her eyes back!... Then another guy of the staff just came and stared behind her watching how the work was done, and they were talking in another language, which made me feel so uncomfortable cuz I felt like they were talking about my nails, laughing at how ugly I wanted my nails. I asked for French nails and she made me a big thick line; my nails looked like sausages cuz she cut almost all of it before she started to paint them... So rude honestly. I paid $28 dlls for something I didnt like. The same day I went to another salon because I hated my nails. Never going back to this place. Ever.
