It hasn’t even been a week and my nails are already chipping. When I arrived at the salon for my appointment I told the male owner to please make sure my nails last. Instead he did the very opposite and had a inexperienced person do both my manicure and pedicure. The lady kept erasing her mistakes with alcohol. Both services took forever. My cuticles are extremely dry because she kept using alcohol on them. She slathered my nails in Vaseline once she finished so I couldn’t noticed all of the imperfections. The top cost wasn’t applied evenly or to the tips of my nails. I paid $80 for both services plus a $10 tip which I immediately regretted once I got home and washed my hands. If I could give them no stars I definitely would.

$50 for a very sub par pedicure. I had to pull my feet back multiple times and ask her to stop multiple times and she just kept going and doing what I told her was hurting me. The polish looks bubbly. I didn’t notice until I got home that a couple of my nails are chipped at the ridges and she just left it like that without smoothing it out . Ended up having to smooth them out myself at home with a nail file

The people here are very friendly and really take their time to make sure your mani or pedi are perfect! Love how my nails turned out! It was my first time coming here. Take note they are a cash only place. But if you happen to forget cash, there is a smoke shop next door that has an ATM machine in which you can pull money out from ($2.50 service fee). Great service overall!

Lam is literally the nicest person and not to mention his work is phenomenal. He really takes pride in his craftsmanship and if I ask for something, he does it with no hesitation and isn’t rude about it. He’s always on time for appointments, doesn’t take a ton of breaks or clients in between, HE LITERALLY A HIDDEN GEM. Like literally you can’t go wrong with anyone there. This is definitely my beauty home!

I love my nails!! Usually Tee does them and she does an amazing job, but today it was done by a very nice gentleman and he did an amazing job! Thank you!

$50 for regular bikini wax at a nail salon!!! Not Brazilian, not in a spa. 😮 This used to be my usual spot but this time they tried to charge me more at the very end saying extra hair for same service (and same hair) I always get. Didnt tell me up front. Ill be going elsewhere next time.

Overall this place is clean and has a great atmosphere! Over heard them tell another customer they do bridal showers if you call ahead (like ahead not day before). Great prices. Kind of bummed there was no sign about cash tips only so I messed my nails up getting my card out when I walked over to the smoke shop to pull cash. Maybe put a sign at the front desk? Still would recommend because they are super nice friendly and they did a great job (even if I got them messed up 1 min after getting them polished).

Got my nails done on Thursday and had to go back twice within a 4 day period. I did the dip for my manicure and by the next day the coating was coming off, on day 4 the dip coating had completely come off. I have been getting dip for years and this has never happened. I gave 2 stars because they did correct the issue both times free of charge, also they do offer military discounts . Another thing I disliked was they charge for every extra little service. When I originally came the nail tech removed my polish and instantly went to dipping my nails, I had to ask for my cuticles to be cut and etc; They also charge extra for callus removal when it comes to basic pedicures. On top of it the reason I stopped by was because of a sign that stated 15% off services was being advertised instead of them honoring this the first time they told me to take a picture and bring it back, as if they didn’t know this sign was being advertised.I personally will not be back to this place.

LOVE this place! Cleanliness and professionalism is held with the highest regard. Everything is so clean, which is very important to me for many reasons. The stylist do an excellent job, I always walk out with gorgeous nails. Affordable, clean, professional, this place is great! I Highly recommend.

I used to go to the O Leisure in National City but it was too far and they are usually always really busy. So when I found out they had one in Point Loma I was excited. I’ve been coming here about every 2 weeks for gel mani and deluxe pedicure and eyebrow waxing. They always treat me nicely and will even take me in as a walk in if I didn’t make an appointment. The salon itself is very nice and clean. Looks very new and organized! Reasonably priced for all services. They always do a very awesome job even when I ask for designs and different colors! I love coming here! Definitely my nail spot 😊
