Moni is amazing! I have been coming to see her for 5+ years. My nails always look perfect after and my gel lasts several weeks. Everyone at New Nails is very friendly and the salon is clean. I highly recommend Moni and New Nails.

Everyone was lovely. You can tell they have mostly regulars and everyone knows eachother. My pedicure was relaxing with a fantastic massage, my nails look great, and my feet feel smooth.

Ive been going to this salon since 1996. Although, I no longer live in Point Loma, I still drive to have my mani and pedis done and waxing services by Nina.Its located in a very nice area, Shelter Island.

Poor service, dirty tables covered with nail clippings and they file your nails too abruptly. Nails were sore leaving this place and I have strong nails. Will not be coming back here for gel manicures or any type of service.

VERY unsafe sanitation practices. I would recommend thinking twice before you come here. The pedicure was fine. But the person giving me my pedicure (though thoughtful), put Neospirin ointment DIRECTLY from the tube onto an open blister on my foot. Without using a cotton swab or simply putting the ointment on a bandaid first. I know if they did this for me, they did it to other guests as well. This is why some salons have issues with bloodborn diseases. This should NEVER have happened and highly, highly disappointed. So much cross contamination.

The ladies there are great. Been going for 2yrs now, no complaints.

Miss Lanny did my nails. She really takes her time to make sure they come out on point. I’ve been to a few places and this is definitely the best. I recommend coming on the week day if you can because it will be too busy on the weekends because of how great they are.

I had a great experience at this cute nail salon. I didn’t have an appointment so I called to see if they were available to see me since I was 5 minutes away. They said yes so I arrived shortly. My nail technician was Kent and he was super nice, he did such a great job on my manicure. This place is super convenient and I will definitely be back.

Such a nice experience!Saw a positive post regarding this salon so my neighbor and I grabbed our flip flops and made appts for mani/pedis. So happy with my experience. Im here on vacation and needed a good pedicure for the beach. Lonnie hooked it up! By far one of the best pedicures I have ever had. Everything included in their basic spa pedicure that you are normally charged extra for everywhere else. Highly recommend this place!

One recommended place to anybody take my girlfriend here to get a pedicure and they basically told her that they could not accommodate her and they were too busy to come back in an hour dont bother going horrible service

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever used (in 30 years). I love the special treatment they give to each client, the welcoming atmosphere and the fact that they converse with the clients in English and speak to each other in English as well. Its a great place to unwind with your BFF and/or significant other. My husband was reluctant to get a pedicure with me, but after going to New Nails, he looks forward to the next one.Compare pricing, you get more than what you pay for here. I love this place!

I went here for a pedicure while on vacation about a month ago. I called for an appointment and they were able to get me in when I wanted. Lanny did such a fantastic job, and all of the ladies there were very friendly.

Lanny was awesome I highly recommend her! She clearly knew what she was doing and oh my gosh THE MASSAGE was so good I almost fell asleep.

Very nice staff. Quick service and they did a great job. $48 for a Pedi and Gel Mani. Free glass of wine and massage chairs that dont beat you up like some places. I would go back to this place.

Got my nails done today by Moni, they look great. They recently put in all new pedicure lounge chairs along with new manicure stations, nice looking and very professional. The staff is so friendly and everyone leaves with beautiful nails and toes!!I highly recommend.

I get shellac manicures all the time & even have the setup at home. My sister & I came in to get our nails done before her wedding & I have to say I received the best manicure Ive ever had. Fantastic service and cute little place that I found to be clean & super friendly. Thanks ladies!

I was there on vacation for a ladies weekend. We didnt plan on getting pedicures so before we left, I put a quick coat of polish on my own toes. The older lady who did the pedicure was so horrible to me. She would not stop lecturing me about how I put too many coats on and it took her too long to take the polish off. She kept it up even while doing my friends nails afterwards. I felt so uncomfortable and was upset by the time we left. I got the point that she wasnt happy after the 1st comment. By the 20th it was overkill. Not the way I wanted to start my vacation. And to top it all off, the next morning all my my polish was messed up. The other employees were pleasant but the older lady was straight up rude.

I love it.You have to go there to do your nail. They are professional, and go and ask for Lanny she is awesome.

I wish I could no star to this place. I called ahead of time and asked to reserve 2 pedi’s and they said it was ok to come by as soon as we got there they sat me in a chair and said since we have gel nails they won’t have time for us mind you my feet were already in the water when they turned us away. Their customer service is horrible and rushed. I would not recommend this place to anyone! I repeat don’t waist your time going there!

My daughter and I went in for a mani/pedi. Lanny did my nails and she took her time and paid attention to detail. Morine did my 8 year olds. She could see that my daughter didnt care about the massage and down sold me to just a polish change for her. This means so much to me since the last place I went left a bad taste and upsold me and charged full price for my 8 year old. These girls were wonderful and we would definitely go again!
