Nail tech did a good job with my mani/pedi. Only bad experience..I had an appt, arrived on time. But had to wait 10mins. I almost left. Ill give them another try for sure.

Messed up on my eye brows and a week old my nail which is dipping powder just broke. I love this place but only certain people Ill see from now on

This is my go to nail salon! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The nail techs are all great. The quality and selection is top notch. My nails usually last 2-3 weeks until my nails grow out. The owner Kelly is always really friendly and making an appointment is really easy. Highly recommend!

I called the same day, hoping to make an appointment for 3 spa pedicures as a treat for my daughter’s birthday. They were able to accommodate us and I was thrilled. I never realized they were literally right around the corner from my house about a half mile from me. The reviews were excellent and they had been there 6 years. I brought my 89 yr old father and he loved it. Jasmine who did his spa pedicure, was so attentive to him and gave him the full treatment. He wants to know when he can go again. My daughter, who has high standards, told me she is going to come back on a regular basis. We all came out of there feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. They actually took the time and gave you a true leg and foot massage and their massage chairs, really massage. Can’t wait until I have time to pamper myself again. I’ll definitely be back.

Its always clean, staff are very friendly and their polish job last a long time. The owner has a daughter who is a year younger than my daughter and she always offer to put flower designs on my daughters pedicure.Came to see them today. Still clean, still friendly and same high quality work. May, my nail tech, is just like her name, a breeze of May wind, gentle and caring.

I come to see Tracy every few weeks and she’s wonderful! They provide beverages while you are being pampered, their pedicures are amazing and so are all the nail services. I bring my mom with and they’re always good about us being close together so we can talk. It’s nicely decorated, the ladies are great and it’s all very clean.

I’ve been to my fair share of nail salons and this is hands down the absolute BEST salon I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been coming since 2016. Immediately David, the owner became a great friend and excellent conversationalist. His wife is also extremely warm and welcoming. Thai always makes sure I drink lots if water while I’m there after he found out I am battling an autoimmune disease. I’ve never ever had even close to a bad manicure. On the contrary, they may go a little too far in trying to make my nails perfect. I always say I’m not a hand model, so don’t worry so much, but it really speaks to their work ethic and pride in their craft. Every technician is absolutely amazing (seriously) and the tools and facility are sanitized, gleaming and spotless. Try the new powder dip manicure, it’s stunning. You will not be disappointed here, I guarantee it. Enjoy!

I went in today and it was very clean and had clear directions to make sure we were all safe in the salon. Also the technician was considerate of how well they did and wanted any of my input for my nails which was a nice touch

Cleanliness and covid 19 procedures were closely followed. I felt very comfortable in their environment. Everyone was so nice and my pedicure and manicure were great!

Service was provided outdoors. Awning provided adequate shade. Safety features were in place. Good pedicure & foot massage.

I had the best manicure done by Jasmine last weekend. My cuticles have never looked this good! She spent a lot of time making sure all my nails came out perfect. Will definitely be returning.

Loved the staff and services provided for me, my daughter, and 6 year old granddaughter. My granddaughter wanted a different color polish on each toenail, plus two different designs on her big toes. Staff was very patient and sweet with these requests and treated all of us respectfully and kindly. The manicure and pedicure services were prompt, professional, efficient and very well done. I live out of state, but will be sure to go back whenever Im visiting with family again! Thank you, Nova Nail Spa staff! ❤️

This is a great nail spa. I have been having my nails done since 1987, and this is by far the best shop I have been to. Ivy is exceptional as well as many other nail technicians there. I highly recommend it.

Better prices than other area nail spas with great service. This will definitely be my new place in the neighborhood rather than driving all the way down to Mission Valley as I have done since moving to the area.

Nova Nails staff always goes above and beyond to make sure I love how my nails turn out. They are the best!

So sad its always been amazing and my last fill was horrible!!!!! You have to be careful who does them it MAKES a HUGE difference. Its been two weeks alll my nails are lifting the are so grown out looks like its been more than a month! The nails snagged on everything shape is uneven and the sides of the nails are missing color and the gel is missing in spots. Very unhappy with the lack of consistency. A 40 dollar fill to last for a little over a week? What a waste of money. Giving this place one more shot....

This place was great. Clean and a great selection of nail colors. I gave it 4 stars cause I made an appointment for a specific time. They were not ready for me and my friend. Had to wait 20 mins. If you make an appointment you should have to wait.

They are the best, I drive all the way from downtown to go here...they always look fantastic. I used to go to a places near me and it seems like they have compromised on their powder and quality. This place always takes their time and doesnt rush and they look perfect!!

Vicky is absolutely lovely! It is a bit pricier, at $45+tip for a full gel set (40 for students) but great work and very friendly.

Best service ever got my neck waxed and my eyebrows waxed Best service and great price to.

My wife and 11-year old daughter enjoyed the service. They came in very close to the the close time however the staff was accommodating and have taken care of them.
